My gf and I were interested in getting our scalps analyzed but mainly to de-stress. We were warmly greeted and welcomed by Denise. We decided to get our facials too. We elected for the Premium package. Thu took care of me and really helped me de-stress and she made sure to confirmed with me the start time and end were correct. I've never had a masseuse asked me that before so that was quite nice. Thu was very thorough and I knocked out for a few times. I was also given a chrysanthemum tea with some goji berries. While waiting for my gf to finish up, I had a wonderful conversation with Ngoc, the manager. Everyone was very kind, smiling, and attentive. My gf said Denise was very skilled, informative, knowledgeable on hair care, and explained every step. In addition, I also noticed the certificate from County of San Mateo Environmental Health that the salon is committed to using chemicals that emits less harmful fumes. Parking is plentiful and not an issue. Though, there is room for improvements. I did wish the room I was in was more spacious. Though the room my gf was in had a lot more space and seems more proper for the service. My room was cramped, the bed was against the wall so I'd imagine Thu had a hard time reaching both sides when she was massaging my arms and back. I also wished the bed had an opening for when I was laying face down. Having a pillow with my face turned to the side for a massage was quite uncomfortable. Other than that, I recommend people who are looking to de-stress and being taken care for kind and caring people, to give this establishment a try!

The best nail spa experience I had in Bay Area. I’ve been to many salons in Los Altos, Mountain View, Redwood City but never had such quality experience 💜🩷❤️🧡💛 I had my mani, pedi, gel with Denise and Molly and they absolutely wowed me. I’m sure all their staff are amazing. One week late and my nails look fresh 💅🏻🥰 I’ll keep adding photos of each my visits ❤️♥️

The lashes are beautiful & I have recieved a lot of compliments on them from everyone in my family and even from strangers. I've been told that this is one of the best places to get your lashes done. And if you ever have a problem, the customer service is good and will help you with any of your concerns or questions. The lashes look beautiful without any make up on and last a long time if you take care of them properly. I've had these on for 9 days so far and they still look extremely full, thick and long.

My daughter & I love this salon. The staff are very friendly as well as doing great work. The hours for the salon are helpful as well, they are open a bit later so that those of us who work have somewhere nice to get salon services. They have a full range of services that I hope to try soon as well.

I've gotten my lashes done here twice, and it's definitely the best/cheapest place around (though the bed isn't super comfortable) The second time I was getting my lashes done here, I got my nails done too, and I chose a color I'd gotten before, so I wasn't worried about not being able to see the progress. However, the color was completely different this time, and it looked way different than the sample too, and I'm disappointed they didn't give me a heads up about the color being different (since I couldn't see). Plus, on 3 of the nails, there are darker splotches of color. For a $96 mani and pedi, I'm just really disappointed. (They didn't seem apologetic at all and just explained that the color difference was because they used a new bottle of color.) I'm suspicious about whether they even used the color I picked because the one on my nails EXACTLY matched a different sample on the board that was 5 shades darker

I cannot rate this place highly enough - and I am a complete spa diehard. Today I had the luxury scalp treatment with Denise and as someone who lives in NYC, I am seriously now considering flying out every other month to come in. Yes, I mean it. The spa itself is stunning and the service is impeccable. But the treatment…oh the treatment is juuuust insane. The exfoliation, the massages to your scalp, neck, back, arms, everything just transports you. But the best part was Denise’s incredible knowledge on scalp health. I was totally relaxed and still asking questions because I was just so blown away and she was SO helpful in guiding me through the process. Hands down best spa treatment of my life (and I’ve travelled the globe for them). Thank you, Denise!!

They did a great job with my nails! Exactly how I like them and I'm particular. Also, she didn't hurt me once. I'll definitely be going back to this salon.

I got my lash extensions done here and Ngoc did great! The entire process was easy and comfortable and I am so happy with the results. I'd definitely come back.

I tried the premium head spa package at Lyna’s Beauty Salon. It was relaxing and enjoyable. My scalp now feels much cleaner. I do love the scalp massage a lot! Highly recommended!

I love my nails done by Denise! They're seriously probably my favorite nails I've ever had done.. she was very friendly and I appreciated the fact that her English was so good (I have nothing against people who don't have great English but it just makes it so much easier to communicate your needs and also to have a good conversation which makes the time go by faster!). The only reason I removed one star is because I did not receive a hand or arm massage after my service even though it says it would be included. Other than that, I appreciated the cleanliness of the salon as well as the ventilation, being someone with asthma that's very important for me! I'll be back!

I love this place, girls are nice and do a good job, that’s my gel rainbow French mani in very short nails. I’d recommend this place in Menlo Park 100%. Also, all the staff is masked, and constantly cleaning their hands after each client, I never felt unsafe in that regard.

Very clean, very professional. Denise includes really amazing face and hand massages with her facials. Absolutely the best practitioner I have ever experienced in this area. Never a push for product purchases . Who wants to end a relaxing facial with a sales pitch?

Denise was the sweetest nail tech I’ve ever had. I came in with my friend expecting just a standard manicure, but her stellar professionalism, precision, and friendliness made me want to leave this review. From helping me pick out the color/design to the care she took when painting and to taking a genuine interest when chatting with me, I felt so pampered and wanted to come all the time. A couple of hours after getting my lashes done here, they were already becoming irritated. After two days, the glue was peeling down and the lashes were getting into my eye, which caused it to become swollen and even more irritated. Would not recommend ☹️
