    A female employee is very impatient and rude. I experienced the worst customer because of her. I believe the a few recent bad reviews below are all pointing to her. FedEx should provide some way to file a complaint against such a rude person.

    There is a lady employee who seems very annoyed by something and very rude and impatient during the service. Giving 2 star for the service being done. At least I’m able to finish my job :)

    The shipping is delayed w/o notice. It does not deliver as promised and the customer service only wasted your time while didn't help at all: they are not trying to help you resolve the issues but only deliver a well prepared official jargon to give you a perfunctory response.

    The service to have the package delivered to me was fast [there was no one else picking up anything]. But I had to go all the way to this place after FEDEX won't deliver my package. For the second time. Recommendation, do not use FEDEX, me and many friends have had the same with this company.

    While the staff in this location is nice and helpful, FedEx is the absolute worst shipping company you can encounter, you have better chances of your package arriving its destination in time if you throw it on the bay, their logistics and corporate departments are the absolute worst, and probably refuse to hire enough people and pay a decent wage, avoid if possible.

    Critical package. Went to office. Promised that package would be delivered on Saturday. Went home and immediately checked tracking number which stated that package would be delivered on Tuesday. Went back to office and again received assurances that it would be delivered on Saturday. Guess what? Tuesday. Piece of crap.

    Nice guys, package came out fast. When looking for this place, remember to look on your left as you get on Haven as its not where you'd expect businesses to be hiding. Otherwise, uneventful Opens late, so you can ship package quickly.

    Amazingly helpful people here. I had a packaged shipped to this location from Nevada for a work trip but the employee in Nevada forgot to put an “addressee” on the shipping label so the package got stuck at the facility. The lady working at the front spent a good 10 minutes rummaging around the back to find my package thus saving my work trip!! Highly recommend this location!

    Friendly staff eager to assist me pickup a package that had delivery issues dropping off at my home. After reading some of the negative 'Karen' reviews here I went in expecting the worst, yet was greeted by a lovely team with a delightful smile, a welcome happy ending to my busy day. Others in the fast moving lines also seemed to have a pleasant experience, defusing any stress we came in with, and took good care of everyone. This, is customer service. Though they have pickup and online print from home like everyone else, I'd drive out of my way to ship my next FedEx package here if the situation warranted it.

    Should have asked for the name when I could, the lady on the phone had the most appalling attitude that I have never experience before from a customer service, she giggles and makes unnecessary mocking noises whenever I ask for more guidances on the delivery. Sad for FedEx to have employees behaving like this.

    If you are looking for the definition of “bad customer service” look no further than the FedEx Ship Center in Menlo Park. The service is slow, the staff is unable to resolve the most basic issues, and politeness is not even a consideration. Avoid at all cost.

    Why did they put a person with a walking cane to work in the front? not to mention that he was in the bad mood and not getting along with another coworker. the sad part is to watch him handling packages with a cane.

    Not necessarily a ln easy location, but it's never really busy so it's quick and easy. If you can't get a package delivered, you can always pick up here. Plenty of parking.

    I love FedEx ... but the experience here was rough. I needed to ship a gift Internationally. Upon arrival, they instructed me to find a FedEx box and prep the package. They charge a lot for the box and any bubble wrap / packing material you need. Shipping the gift was very expensive so I wish they would have comp’d the box and packing materials. They handed me a tape gun to put the box together and seal it - the man at the counter wouldn’t lift a finger except to process the shipping slip and take my money. For the amount you pay - I would love to see some professional courtesy with respect to helping pack and prep the package. He also disappeared for a long time while I was taping up the box so I was there for about 30 minutes total from start to finish shipping this gift. The quality and speed of service has a lot of room for improvement. I’ll continue to use FedEx as they’re always reliable, but I won’t be back to this shipping center.

    The delivery man left a note that wasn't clear about what I needed to do. When I called they couldn't find my package information. I had no choice but to drive to the pick up location. Good news they were very helpful. Found the information and the package. Poor start, great outcome. Now train drivers and phone contacts like your pick-up location staff and get better reviews!

    I just wanted to specifically thank one of the guys at this Station, Michael. I had a really important package shipped out there and he was able to go above and beyond helping me to make sure I know all of my options. I ship 100-150 Fed Ex packages a day for over 3 years and I've never come across an employee like this. This guy deserve a raise. Feel free to contact me for more info @FedEx.

    Oh why dont they have 0 stars here. Fedex is just full of sh** First of they didnt even had courtesy to call me if they were unable to get into my apartment building. Secondly, they said that I can pick up my package anytime before 8:45 from this location and when I reach there at 7 PM, they are already closed. I paid extra $30 buck to get that package delivered by tonight and when I call the customer care services, they just hanged up on me. FULL OF SH**

    I had an issue with a package tonight, and I felt that the young gentleman at the counter went above and beyond to help me resolve it which took more than a bit of time. He was professional and courteous. Also, clean facility and plenty of parking.

    Fedex is fine and all good. Service here by a certain employee were extremely bad. She/he made me very uncomfortable. On top of that, typos... good thing I was able to caught them before mailing them. Will not recommend this center.

    I was home and ready at the expected delivery time, and they stamped a notice to my door then left without ringing the doorbell that is right next to the door. There were also no texted warnings about when they would arrive despite me attempting to opt into updates.

    I didn't have the right bar code for my package. Counter guy had me email the PDF to his personal account and he went in the back office and printed the label. That is customer service!

    Quick service on a Monday at 5pm. Limited things here, but they can ship all your stuff and have a small selection of boxes you can buy, ranging in sizes and utility; I was able to buy a laptop box and ship it from here.
