It is a very nice store, a lot of nice stuff to buy, but for about a month their restrooms are not working. This is not a store for a brief shopping trip, you spend a significant time over there. They should at least let the customers know that their restrooms are not working as you enter the store, not when you reach the area with your full shopping cart. Employees have access to the restroom (that would be illegal if they do not), but customers do not with the explanation that the restrooms are broken. They are closed with yellow tape over the doors. I do not find this place customer friendly.

We were rushed and treated very rude by Haydee. Just like everyone else we waited in line. I asked her to break my up in two transactions. As she ran my items up she kept saying Oh my God, Oh my God and she became impatient and frustrated. She became loud where everyone in line heard her getting loud with us. My issue is that I watched her help other people and she did not get frustrated with them but for some reason she decided to read us unfairly. I was very disappointed with Haydee’s services today and I hope she gets training and learns the patients which should come with this job.

Bella was super helpful in helping me find what I wanted she went above what I expected ! May God bless this angel the other people point and directed to places in the store , I got lost until BELLA found me and that was amazing please give her a raise thank you again sweet one 🌸

A show stopper but not for shoes. Seaside California has the best Marshall's shoe department. Now I'm on the hunt for these pretty blue CK slides. This was my first visit to a Marshalls & Homegoods combo. Impressive store layout and lots of deals. I even picked up a few things for the Grand dog 🐕.

I really enjoy shopping at Marshalls Home Goods Mountain View. Store is well stock with quality and great designers items. Gene B. is always there and makes customers feel welcomed to the store with a big smile and professional manners. Shopping at this store is fantastic selection at a great value. I like to thank Cristal at the checkout, she was so helpful and when I complimented and thanked her she immediately complimented back. So sweet, it made my day!! This used to be my favorite store but after my encounter with the sales associate Mikayla and Haydee I am so disgusted and would think twice before I visit this store anymore. These sales associates were rude and didn't even seem happy to be there. This bad attitude ruined my shopping experience. Lately the store has hiked up the price on everything the least I would expect is good respectful service and not someone who would speak in spanish which my daughter could understand which were unkind remarks. Very sad and utterly disappointed with these associates.

Been here a few times this holiday season. While the merchandise is mostly good, there are serious service issues: - they don’t give bags for purchases unless you specifically ask. Even when I asked, they said they don’t have, or that i use those thin plastic bags they have. I didn’t have a choice so said yes but be careful about that and get your own sturdy big bags if you make large purchases. - the carts are too big for the rows between merchandise. Makes it a huge hassle to move around. - no seating area, which is problematic because I noticed a lot of elderly people visiting this store.

This stores restrooms have not worked in months for their shoppers!!! You can't go pee if you have to go forcing us to leave store twice!!!

Great experience shopping today. Bobby, sales associate in Men's department was very helpful in finding an outfit for an important event I'm having tomorrow. Excellent fashion advice! Much appreciated from a man who usually buys catalog clothes ;) Thanks Bobby.

Fantastic place for home decor. If you are lucky, you may get certain items for a steal price.

Don’t expect quality customer service at this time of the year. I asked one thing and the lady started huffin n puffin then accusing me of not believing her. Dear God! Go home if you can’t work, doing a disservice to the company.

Well organised rackings for easy selections . Quality products at lower prices . Faster check out.

The stuff is friendly, polite and willing to help. There is verity of clothes in the store for all seasons, from t-shirts to winter costs (visited in Oct)

The women's clothes get mixed in with the men's clothes or vise versa, I will shop at a men's suit shop where they are complete. Sorry Marshall's you've lost a customer, you don't sell men's ties, or dress business shirts -buh bye.

Prices are competitive. Hit or miss with products. Practically, impossible to find youth shoes size 6 or adult size 7 here. Not much social distancing here during the pandemic. Staff seems to stare at your shopping bag as soon as you walk in if you bring your own bag.

I love to shop at home goods and Marshall’s ,but this place manager and cashier just keep chatting,laughing joking like they are at their break time ,they don’t care there has long lines,they don’t care customers are waiting,i haven’t been to the store like this ,if there are busy for service customers I don’t mind to wait ,like other home goods or Marshals stores ,my job is a cashier too ,and this is really not ok ,check your line and see how many customers waiting and do your job please.

Prices where close to prices at the thrift stores. Large selection of purses. A lot of CK couple of MK & ALDO. Prices on Hair products are way cheaper than target. At target they charge $19. For a tiny bottle its or its a 10 leave in conditioner it is $5.99 at Marshalls. Its a ten miracle silk target $25. Marshalls $7.99.

Nice store, variety of goods, I have never seen empty shelves as the management takes care of having products available for sale. The staff are very nice and attentive, work fast - overall that makes a very good impression and if you would want to buy something new - this place is a good choice!
