    Praise be to Christ almighty! Thank you for bringing me to Brad and GYIS. In 2014, I suffered a near death experience from sepsis, which left me with 50% kidney function and loss of muscle function. I’ve been struggling with health and mental issues for the last 9 years and I have been praying to find something to help me recover. With the FAT method I have been able to lose weight (15 lbs), increase my confidence, improve my physical strength, eliminate bad habits (replaced with good ones), and improve my mental peace of mind. I was surprised how quickly the changes occurred. I would recommend this program to anyone who has tried everything and gotten less than desirable results. You will get results with the FAT Method, even ones you are not expecting. “I can accomplish all things through Him who strengthens me” Thank you Brad for helping me to become the best version of myself.     Brad and Get You In Shape is awesome! From the workouts to the accountability, they will on top of you and get you back on track if you are not following your goals. The community they established is full of positive energy.

    A great program! The trainers are very helpful and patient. I feel good after the workout. Brad also does a great job and has everyone’s interest at heart. He is caring and dedicated.

    I started attending to lose weight and planned to stay just a few months to get better habits then go back to working out on my own. Over 9 years later I am still a member. I stayed for the accountability, the trainers, the people I work out with (those are the top 3). There are 5 class times so it is flexible, and if those still don't work there is a virtual option that is also great for traveling. It is the BEST workout environment - and I have tried quite a few.

    I’m one month in and have already lost 20 pounds! More importantly, the length of the workouts fit my life, but there’s so much more. Coach Brad‘s accountability has been key for me. I am so pleased with this training program and the results! I’m doing it all virtually and love it!!!

    After struggling to lose weight the last few years, I was intrigued by Brad’s email about a new program being offered by Get You in Shape. Since I hadn’t been successful on my own, I decided to sign up for the eight week program. I liked the informative daily lessons which included on-line workouts and encouragement, as well as nutrition information and links to recipes. Following the FAT Method was not difficult and I was able to lose 15 pounds and 11 inches during the eight weeks. This is a program I can now continue to follow on my own to lose more and then follow for maintaining my weight loss.

    Love the trainers and the different levels of difficulty we have on every exercise. While the workouts are challenging I always have fun hanging out with my “classmates”. We do things I would never do on my own at the gym!

    Truly the best opportunity around. The structure is fantastic. You do work hard and have options to adapt exercises. The support and resources are off the charts.     I loved to be in the FAT method program. I learned so much about good habits that is going to change my whole body to aging healthier. I learned how to do intermittent fasting, I'm sleeping better, improved my intake of water. It reduced my inflammation and I lost weight in the process. Thank you so much Brad Linder
