Was able to come in and had Tim Trawick “Tim Didit” on social media assist me in purchasing a 2023 Gladiator. He was actually letting a new hire Megan (forgive me I do not know her last name) shadow him in the entire process. I honestly hate going to purchase vehicle but He and Megan were stellar and he was transparent through the whole process. I did go in with approved financing and let them give it their shot at getting me a lower rate. Again, Marisa Bogart in finance was transparent and let me know I had the best rate. The team gave me asking price on my trade after their initial offer. All in all I left there feeling like for once I had solid individuals that worked with me to get me into the gladiator. We have been looking for a new truck for a while. My husband found what he had been looking for and contacted Tim. What a great guy! He answered all of our questions (and there were a lot), patiently showed us everything on the truck and sold us pretty quickly. We then dealt with Marisa who got our paperwork together quickly, explained everything we needed to know and got us out of there quick. Thank you both Tim and Marisa for a great experience.

Just want to thank Spur Dodge for a great experience. We had been looking for a new vehicle, and Tim suited us to what we wanted and needed. (He kept us laughing too) The process was smooth and easy- including finance which was explained in under 10 minutes, thanks to Marisa. Excellent service and friendly employees. Josh was very helpful and we were able to work out a great deal for both parties. The dealership overall was very tidy and all the employees were very friendly and helpful. There was no sense of obligation or pushy sales. This place is focused on customer service and providing a great product at a great price.

The service department here is great. I took my wife’s car to other locations that wouldn’t give me answers or seemed like they didn’t want to help. When I called to explain what was happening to Spur they listened. Not only that, but they made sure that my concerns were taken care of and kept me updated along the process. I highly recommend the service department here.
