    Waiting times are extremely high. Appointments does mean nothing you have to wait extra an hour up to 90 mins. Waiting room is the worst. They literally lie to you till you buy their services about the wait times. So please be aware choosing this particular location or USA vein clinic in general

    My husband had a scan done 2 weeks ago. No follow up calls. We called and got a call center a week ago. The said they would contact us that afternoon. still nothing after a week. Stay away from this office and Dr Peel.

    I was reasonably happy with them before but in October, I showed up to my appointment only to find the office closed then called to learn they were closed due to staff shortage. They rescheduled me to another day and assured me the issue would not come up again. Lo and behold, they had to cancel that one too. If a patient canceled on no notice they'd charge. Deeply unprofessional and disrespectful of patient time. I'm demanding a refund of my balance and going elsewhere to a practice that respects patient time. Update: 2 and a half months later and my letters and emails have gone unanswered and ignored. Update: as of late September, they continue to ignore my letters and emails. This place seems like a scam now. Prove me wrong, USA Vein Clinics.

    My wife had mutiple vein procedures by Dr Peal. He is a great doctor and really went the extra mile to help us. My wifes pain is gone and we saw a immediate improvement. They take care of you like family at USA Clinics and Dr Peal is the best.

    The company as a whole is an unacceptable practice. Got approved for all my treatments at the Southlake location and then received a call that there was an emergency (breach of lease agreement) at that location and I needed to transfer to the Irving location. Which means then you need to get an approval from your insurance cause it was a different location, which they never submitted for 3 weeks. I was harassed for 2 days straight to reschedule my appointment. I asked them to stop calling me and they proceeded to then harass my husband with phone calls. I called to speak with a manager and was placed on hold for 24 minutes before I was hung up on. I arrived this morning for my 8:00am appointment to find the office closed along with other patients waiting. Only to find out that they cancelled all of my future appointments without notifying me when I called to find out why there wasn’t office staff there. The new Dr that arrived while I was there did not seem very pleased himself. What practice cancels your appointments mid treatment and doesn’t contact you to at least try to reschedule. Their motto is an absolute joke as well, “We treat your health and well being as if it were our own”. If that is truly the case they do not value theirs very much.

    I had excellent service when the company was Vein Clinics Of America. As soon as it switched over to USA vein clinics, my experience was horrible! I was told at my final treatment in September 2022 insurance covered more than anticipated and I should be receiving a refund of $300. I have been trying for seven months to get the refund I am owed. I have called customer service numerous times, sent several emails, and stopped by the office twice. I was told by customer service that USA Vein clinics does not have access to the Vein Clinics Of America bank accounts and they are working on getting my refund. I called the billing department today to check on the status of my refund and was treated very rudely. The representative sighed while I was speaking and seemed irritated. He wouldn’t answer my questions and then hung up on me. I am so disappointed at how badly USA vein clinics is treating their customers. I plan on contacting the attorney general to file a complaint.

    Dr Peal was a wonderful experience to come to see the Dr. The doctor is very gentle and you don't feel a thing atmosphere in t is very up andoffice is very happy and very enjoyable

    In the beginning of getting treatments, they were great. As of September, they kept canceling my appointments and rescheduling. Now today, another appointment, the office is closed and no phone call, text or email to notify me. I already figured something was wrong since I never received a follow-up call to verify appointment. I’m glad I make these appointments on my days off instead of taking a day off of work. If we, the customer, cancel on the same day then there is a fee but what about when the business cancels on the same day.
