My family and I always try to make a stop at the lake when visiting the hill country. It's a nice place to go kayaking.

Can't say I am a huge fan of this open style lake. It can been extremely rough with just a little wind. It's more of a finishing lake. I also have little to no cell signal in this area which is not a big deal for most but I also mountain bike out in the area which is fun. Verizon from what I heard is one of the few that does work better than others just an FYI.

Pictures are deceiving. The lake is so dried up and low that you have to hike more than a quarter hike to the waters edge. The cabin maps is just as innacurrate, the water is no where near the cabins as it indicates. The worst Father's Day trip!

One of the most beautiful lakes there is. Been on this lake for 45 years. People drowned on this lake every year. Last one 2 weeks ago. If you see a storm coming get off the lake!

It was so quiet and calm. Water always felt great.

Very peaceful lake with beautiful sunrise and sunset! The only downside is all the spiders! Webs everywhere but they generally mind their business lol

Very nice and peaceful lake great for fishing and water sports, highly recommend taking a drive here with the family and friends to enjoy the beautiful scenery and water front views and sunsets.

Yeah it's a great lake been there many times. Won't be going back now that I found out there's a whole town that got flooded that still inside that lake.

Went fishing there, got our allowance of 5 fishes each in 90 minutes. On our way back, our guide stopped by a local waterfall. Great experience overall.

Lake is 50% full, so sad to see, cant get to the water unless u hike a half mile.

Father grew up around there, always said it was good for boating! He doesn't ever review stuff tho >_<

GREAT PLACE FOR EVERYTHING OUTSIDE

Great spot for a casual day of kayaking. Lots of wind for your sails and a fun sandbar to party on, if you know where to look! Been coming here for family trips for the last 3 summers. This is a great spot little kids and grown ups alike. Be kind and clean up after yourself and keep Lake B trash free! See you on the surf!

Love the old bridge with the swings. Love looking and watching the hill country. Will be going back soon. Great atmosphere and very relaxing.
