Today I was there waiting on line to pay because the lady on the register was talking to the customer for like 35 minutes instead call for help she keep saying am sorry and she keeps talking to the customer I ask her to use the other register while she was waiting on the manager she said no you guys need more professional staff

I went into Belk today around 4pm to get my husband some cologne, I walked over to a lady and asked, “if they sold men’s cologne” she pointed me to the direction where it was located and said, “all the samples are on the counter..” which not all of them were. Not once did she come over and ask if she could help. As I was leaving, her and another worker were walking away from their area that they were supposed to be working, another lady needed help with make up and said, “does anyone work here?” Their manager as I assume was walking up, he was telling them to go help the customer…. I’ll never step foot in there again! So I went where I knew I’d immediately get help, to Dillard’s I went!!

Love this store! The only downfall is at checkout. They push customers to open up credit cards with them. There are not enough cashiers, thus making an overly long wait to check out. I get frustrated 😠 each time I try to check out. I don't know why they can't have another cashier to ONLY work with customers who want to open a credit card!!

The place was pretty clean. The staff was pretty none existent.

My sister and I had gift cards We enjoyed our shopping excursion. Went to lunch.

The store was fine. I wasn't assisted. The selection was terrible. The plus size section was about as big as my tiny apartment. The clothes were fine, but they were more suited for younger women. Someone my size doesn't need to be wearing something so short or with spaghetti straps. I was disappointed.

Poor customer service. Lady at checkout said maybe two words and at the time my son was also crying which is why I was trying to leave, and another employee comes up and says, 'I was wondering whose baby was crying' not sure what his intentions were, but it felt like we were unwelcome.

It's a clean store, fair prices, great sales, welcoming staff, and plentiful options. Something for the whole family. I haven't made a purchase, but haven't found anything for me just yet.

Customer Service is nonexistent. I attempted to return two shirts I ordered online. The shirts came to me without a packing slip or upcs on the shirts but I've only had the shirts a week so I figured no big deal. When I try to return the shirts I was told they were from market place and I can't return them to the store even though my emailed invoice clearly says I can return the to the store. No one could tell me when this policy started. And were quite rude about the info that they gave. I shop at Belk too often to be treated this way. Their receipts need to be updated if u can no longer return to store for Belk Marketplace items.

I have never shopped at belk before. Today, I swung by and even if there were only so much workers, I caught sight of Kirt. He was very kind and even asked his coworkers if they needed assistance. He also went around asking the customers if they were okay. He was working at the cash register when I checked out and was very soft spoken and you can tell he’s doing his best to serve everyone that he could, knowing they were shorthanded, or at least I assumed so cause I only saw three people working there. Thanks, Kirt! I hope there will be more people like you everywhere.

I love Belk store. I love Kim Roger's brand. The have really good sales.

Awful customer service. My very first time entering this store since most of my transactions are online. Walked around the whole store, looking completely lost I'm sure, and I was never greated or helped by anyone. I returned my items and went to Kohls. I was going to shop here but not after this experience.

Big store but it seemed like there were just a few employees working. I couldn't find any to ask where the restrooms were.

I went there, unfortunately i couldnt buy anything. I did not find what i was looking for, a nice girly tshirt. They have many tops, but not so many tshirt option. The ones they had, i did not like them.may be i will like other batches. I will go there again to have a look.

Three times as expensive as everywhere else. Limited selection, couldn't find anything that my daughter would wear. Was disappointed in the prices especially when we found other department stores had for cheaper and much more selection.

Belk is one of my favorite department stores, especially the baby (children's) department where I shop frequently. Very good sales in most areas.

Enjoyed my first visit to this store today. Was just returning a gift, but ended up buying a candle, pants and two shirts. Lots of great clearance items.
