Warning!!!
Do
not
make
the
mistake
of
pre
paying
for
your
stay
as
you
will
not
be
refunded
if
you
cut
your
stay
short;
even
for
valid
concerns.
We
booked
for
7
nights
starting
on
a
Monday
and
informed
front
desk
of
our
intent
to
check
out
on
day
5,
Friday,
just
to
be
told
of
the
no
refund
policy.
This
was
not
explicitly
explained
upon
check
in
(not
available
on
their
website
either),
otherwise
we
would
not
have
paid
the
full
amount
up
front.
We
had
multiple
and
legitimate
reasons
for
not
wanting
to
stay
the
full
week.
On
the
very
first
day,
we
brought
to
their
attention
THE
SMELL
OF
MOLD
on
all
of
their
pillows.
We
removed
all
the
pillowcases
and
tried
to
propped
them
against
the
glass
window
for
the
sun
to
dry,
with
no
luck.
Front
desk
assured
us
they
will
take
care
of
this
by
informing
housekeeping.
Everyday,
we
checked
our
pillows
and
our
concerns
were
still
not
addressed.
Our
mornings
were
greeted
with
stinky
mold
smelling
hair
upon
waking
up.
The
pillows
still
smell
musty
WHICH
IS
INDICATIVE
OF
BACTERIA,
MOLD
AND
MILDEW
IN
THE
PILLOWS.
It
is
not
hygienic,
reasonable
or
healthy
to
breathe
in
mold
night
after
night.
Our
allergies
reacted
accordingly
(as
with
most
guests)
on
the
first
night
and
it
has
never
been
this
bad
to
the
point
of
having
a
constant
cough
when
we
are
in
the
room.
Furthermore,
for
a
hotel
thatโs
fairly
new,
it
is
already
falling
apart.
Leaking
shower,
towel
rack
falling
out
of
the
dry
wall
to
name
a
few.
Furthermore,
the
floors
are
dangerously
slippery
(poor
choice
of
flooring).
Once
you
turn
off
the
air
conditioner
the
floors
sweat
with
moisture
and
unknowingly
builds,
creating
a
slippery,
very
hazardous
environment
as
both
my
husband
and
I
slipped
(almost
falling).
We
raised
this
concern
to
the
house
keeping
staff
who
came
in
to
wipe
the
floor
and
told
us
not
to
turn
off
the
air
conditioning
unit
(which
is
an
odd
request
to
alleviate
their
problems).
Also,
the
hotel
has
terrible
sound
proofing,
as
the
sliding
glass
doors
are
not
properly
sealed
therefore
you
can
hear
loud
music
(including
the
traffic)
all
night
long.
The
free
hot
breakfast
is
also
served
cold.
Itโs
false
advertising
on
the
hotelโs
part
to
say
that
this
is
a
luxurious
hotel
as
it
is
definitely
not
(we
confidently
can
compare
what
is
luxurious
as
we
have
many
years
of
travel
experience).
We
are
unable
to
recommend
this
hotel
to
anyone
we
know
who
wants
to
visit
Ormoc
City.
The
amount
the
hotel
charges
is
not
worth
the
services
it
has
to
offer,
plain
and
simple.
Donโt
bother
with
this
hotel,
WE
CANNOT
RECOMMEND
IT!
