One of the best in terms of affordability and quality of service provided by the resort staff. Very accommodating and made sure all our queries and needs were attended. The view is nice and the kids really enjoyed the pool as well as the slides. 5 stars!

The rooms are great and the staff have been very helpful however this week is some meeting at hotel and it seems the hotel values this group more than the remaining guests. As I am writing this there is karaoke from the top floor that frond out my tv. The restaurant in hotel has been closed to guests for several days and laundry service is running a day late. There are people camped out in public areas of each floor and yelling down the halls. If there was another hotel I would check out.

Warning!!! Do not make the mistake of pre paying for your stay as you will not be refunded if you cut your stay short; even for valid concerns. We booked for 7 nights starting on a Monday and informed front desk of our intent to check out on day 5, Friday, just to be told of the no refund policy. This was not explicitly explained upon check in (not available on their website either), otherwise we would not have paid the full amount up front. We had multiple and legitimate reasons for not wanting to stay the full week. On the very first day, we brought to their attention THE SMELL OF MOLD on all of their pillows. We removed all the pillowcases and tried to propped them against the glass window for the sun to dry, with no luck. Front desk assured us they will take care of this by informing housekeeping. Everyday, we checked our pillows and our concerns were still not addressed. Our mornings were greeted with stinky mold smelling hair upon waking up. The pillows still smell musty WHICH IS INDICATIVE OF BACTERIA, MOLD AND MILDEW IN THE PILLOWS. It is not hygienic, reasonable or healthy to breathe in mold night after night. Our allergies reacted accordingly (as with most guests) on the first night and it has never been this bad to the point of having a constant cough when we are in the room. Furthermore, for a hotel that’s fairly new, it is already falling apart. Leaking shower, towel rack falling out of the dry wall to name a few. Furthermore, the floors are dangerously slippery (poor choice of flooring). Once you turn off the air conditioner the floors sweat with moisture and unknowingly builds, creating a slippery, very hazardous environment as both my husband and I slipped (almost falling). We raised this concern to the house keeping staff who came in to wipe the floor and told us not to turn off the air conditioning unit (which is an odd request to alleviate their problems). Also, the hotel has terrible sound proofing, as the sliding glass doors are not properly sealed therefore you can hear loud music (including the traffic) all night long. The free hot breakfast is also served cold. It’s false advertising on the hotel’s part to say that this is a luxurious hotel as it is definitely not (we confidently can compare what is luxurious as we have many years of travel experience). We are unable to recommend this hotel to anyone we know who wants to visit Ormoc City. The amount the hotel charges is not worth the services it has to offer, plain and simple. Don’t bother with this hotel, WE CANNOT RECOMMEND IT! Now, you’ve been warned.

For a room costing PHP 4 800 a night, one would expect something a lot better. This is a PHP 1 600 - 2 500 per night hotel. Poor fittings and fixtures will ensure it will look shabby in a few years time. Not good value for money and to be avoided unless no other accommodation is available. We booked 18 room nights and won't make that mistake again.

The sound of the other rooms can be heard. The Architect or the Engineer should study more, it's because the soundproofing of the Hotel 🏨 is not effective.... I had the experience of hearing overlapping sounds from one another. So it's not good for me and for the other to experience this thing. This will cause a great distractions and you cannot concentrate on what you are hearing.... While the restroom lacks also of hand washing liquid soap 🧼....

We were put in a windowless room, w/c as per listed room rate, cost P4500 twin sharing. Breakfast ran out, not that the food was any good.. Quite ordinary. Not even a garlic fried rice for breakfast. The only advantage of this hotel is it stia across Robinsons mall. Helpful in case you need to buy something urgently.

The hotel staff were very accommodating, respectful and the place is so clean. However i got locked in the cr for their door lock was defective. Though i just closed it without locking it but it won't open anymore. I was trapped inside with no way to ask for help because i didn't bring my phone in the cr. I was there for more than an hour. But after the incident no one from the top management even talked to me. It was not a small incident coz what if it happened to elderly persons and had heart attack inside. Would it just be ignored? I dont have any intention of damaging the hotel's image because the place is excellent and so the services they offer. Only i need to suggest to the management is that they have to check their doorlocks every now and then to avoid any accident just like mine.

Unexpectedly very good! Very luxurious despite the hotel's affordable rate. Highly recommended for people who are looking for a place to stay in Leyte. The staff are very accommodating and professional. I would love to give more than 5 stars if I could.

At least, i will come back here whan i am busy in Ormoc City. 👍

Our stay was unforgettable. The staff, atmosphere and everything was just amazing. Biggest appreciation to the hotel manager who took really good care of us. She is so kind and helpful. Would definitely visit again and we will be missing Sinag for sure!

The ambiance was good and the staff were courteous. Unfortunately the food served was not good. I stayed for a total of 4 nights...so I can tell. They serve same menu even the snacks.
