Due to moving out of state it takes me almost 2 hours to get to this office. I will continue to do this because of the care I receive here. I have never met a dentist or supporting staff as kind, professional & committed as this one. I actually look forward to the dentist now instead of being fearful. Thank you!

Throughout my 73 years, my least favorite activity has been going to the dentist. I’m not fond of sitting in uncomfortable positions and hate pain. Several years ago, I needed a new dentist due to my old one retiring & Orland Smiles was recommended to me. I couldn’t have been happier with the choice. Let me relate my last experience. First, they never make you wait very long. In this case, I never even had a chance to sit down in the waiting room. Cheryl (hygienist) was waiting for me. I can’t praise her enough for her patience and concern for avoiding pain and discomfort. I no longer dislike getting my teeth cleaned. Dr Rood (dentist) did a quick check up and his past performance in painless procedures weren’t needed this time. Kim (receptionist) is pleasant and professional. I get multiple email and text messages reminding me of appointments. There’s no way I could forget to show up. I highly recommend Orland Smiles to anyone needing dental work.
