Very helpful staff! Got all the info I needed for my purchase! Had to take some guitar pics!

Had an amazing experience with the customer service and online used section of this GC. I had my eyes on a 2019-Present Gibson Explorer for a while now and I found a used one in “excellent” condition at the perfect price online. Daryl was incredibly helpful at answering my questions about the condition of the guitar through the phone and I was instantly sold. Upon arrival, the guitar was immaculate and you could barely tell it was used. Could’ve even passed as mint condition to be honest. It plays and sounds great, electronics were working, truss rod was good, and even the original case/accessories were included. Thanks!

Thanks very much to the guys who helped me with my selection of a used Cort M1200. I called right before closing Sunday June 4 and picked up the guitar June 6. I can't remember the guys name who helped me then but it's probably in the sales record. (#20865070). He was very patient with all my questions and got another employee to offer an opinion on the guitars playability. Also, a different dude, I think Ty(?), sent me some additional pics of the guitar on May 27 since the website only had one pic. Suffice to say the guitar absolutely rips..! In better than expected condition as well probably underrated as "great" could have been rated excellent. Very glad no one else bought it..!

The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about all the things they sell. Also, my grandson is taking drum lessons and learning so much.

I had had this happen before a few times and every time I’ve been respectful. This time I just feel like the store doesn’t care. I come into this place and not once was I greeted. I walked past many people who work there and play on guitars, who take personal calls on the cell phone to joke not talk to potential customers in the phones instead of working. I literally stood in pro audio for 32 mins with not a single person even see if I was there to purchase. This time I was looking to get two things that we’re collectively were about 4k for this time. I decided you know what they don’t respect me and other customers why spend my money with them. When I decided to walk out a employee straight looked me in the face and didn’t even budge. Isn’t the front desk for you acknowledge at the very least people coming in? I truly hope and even if you are bored to avoid this store. Since they are comfortable with their jobs they don’t work let them lose them. They truly don’t care about your business or your needs. They come in okay around and go home. BUY USED FROM REVERB Bette prices better care. Worth the wait!

Good selection of products. If you can't find it in store, you probably can online
