Never
stayed
at
a
Red
Roof
Inn
before.
When
called
to
check
availability,
there
were
plenty
of
rooms
ready
from
what
I
was
told.
When
we
arrived,
we
went
in
to
be
sure
the
rooms
were
ready
to
be
occupied
and
was
told
yes.
After
paying
for
the
room
and
receiving
the
keys
as
soon
as
I
opened
the
door,
the
rooms
stunk
and
weren't
clean.
The
carpet
was
black
and
wasn't
cleaned
for
years.
The
room
doors
didn't
work
right,
and
it
had
stained
bedding.
Went
back
to
the
front
desk
and
asked
for
another
room
they
said
sorry,
no
rooms
available.
I
said
ok,
then
give
me
my
money
back.
Then
all
of
a
sudden
rooms
became
available.
Looked
at
a
total
of
4
more,
and
the
condition
to
these
rooms
seemed
to
get
worse
and
worse.
I
said
I'm
done
with
looking
at
any
more
rooms
that
I
want
my
money
back
and
take
my
business
elsewhere.
I
had
asked
the
front
desk
if
I
was
the
manager
of
their
place
and
you
wanted
to
rent
a
room,
Would
you
rent
in
the
current
conditions
of
the
rooms?
The
front
desk
said
no.
I
said,
"Then
why
would
you
expect
anyone
else
to
do
the
same?
Took
my
business
somewhere
else.
