This is my first experience with a dealer. I bought a 2023 Hyundai Elantra Limited last year from Chevy & Erik, helpful people. I've visited this place a couple times. Terrible customer service. Salesman Erick literally had us sit there for over 3.5 hours with zero communication. Every time we saw him we was talking to another set of clients and telling us “I need a few more minutes.” After all that time the woman we made the appointment with called and asked were we still interested because she was never made aware of our arrival!!! After all that time he still never returned. Another rep came and told us that the car we were looking for was at an entirely different location!! Information that Erick could’ve told us almost 4 hours prior!!! Literally the worst experience I’ve had buying a car.
