I
attended
a
special
event
here
recently
which
I
enjoyed
but
the
food
was
not
good.
Let's
start
with
the
dry
french
bread
which
came
out
first
and
required
a
load
of
butter
to
give
it
some
type
of
taste.
Secondly,
the
cup
of
wilted
salad
that
was
placed
on
each
plate.
This
was
later
(nearly
30mins
later),
the
main
entree
included
a
family-style
platters
of
pasta,
thinly-sliced
roast
beef,
fried
chicken
along
with
close
to
raw
veggies
and
minimal
sharing
of
mashed
potatoes.
Each
table
seats
10
people
and
we
didn't
mind
the
family-style
sharing
but
cautious
due
to
Covid
protocols,
we
brought
hand
sanitizer.
What
really
did
it
for
me
was
when
I
cut
into
my
chicken
thigh,
the
chicken
wasn't
thoroughly
cooked
through.
The
inside
of
the
chicken
was
pink
and
blood.
We
called
of
one
of
the
servers
and
the
lady
laughed
when
we
showed
her
our
chicken
so
we
requested
the
manager.
The
manager
came
over
and
we
showed
him
our
chicken,
he
told
us
that
all
of
the
chicken
was
well
done
because
they
cooked
it
for
an
hour.
He
didn't
care
what
we
showed
him
or
the
fact
that
it
was
clearly
a
problem
serving
raw
chicken
to
guests.
He
snatched
our
plates
and
walked
off
with
no
explanation
nor
an
apology.
I
would
never
recommend
this
place
to
anyone
needing
a
banquet
hall.
Keep
searching
because
the
food
is
not
worth
the
money
or
time.
Whoever
the
manager
for
the
weekend
was
on
02-05-22
need
training
in
customer
service
and
hospitality
because
he
had
a
bad
attitude.
