I will never walk in a game stop again. Bought call of duty for son. They will not return because I opened it. Disc doesn’t download. Told the guy and he told me he was going to loss his job if he returned it. So how I am I suppose to know the game can’t download if I don’t open it. 70.00 for game and he can’t do anything. Done with them. UPDATE Took six months but someone did get a hold of me and they took the game back and gave me my money back. I am happy with that but I still wouldn’t go into a game stop. They are closing all of there stores it seems

They're always pretty helpful and knowledgeable about the products. I've been going there for so long, that they don't even have to ask for my phone number anymore and they all call me by my name, lol They'll also call me with the latest items that they know I will like, just to make sure I can get 1. These guys are pretty awesome. Shout out to Ramiro and "H"!

Saved a ton of money looking for a game. The clerk was very friendly and helpful. He searched to see if the title was available nearby since they didn't have it in stock. I ended up getting some toys on clearance, too.

Went in to find a game for my little brother and OMG the employees here are so knowledgeable. I don’t know anything about gaming but they got me set up with some awesome stuff to surprise him for his birthday! Thank you to the manager Miles and the whole store team for helping me! I really have no idea about any sort of gaming and it was so awesome to learn from people who know exactly what they’re talking about. You guys are the absolute best!!! Thanks for all your help!

Bought a Xbox one (pre-owned) , unit was absolutely dirty and right out of the box the USB cable does not Work, horrible experience

I placed an order online for my friends gift for his birthday, he saids the game onepiece warriors 4 is not working and he tried it out five times after washing the disc off. It's been in the little yellow disc the whole time when I recieved it and gave it to him by October 23rd and I don't see why gamestop didn't put it in the actual game case so that was kind of strange and that could be the proof as of why the game wasn't working as if someone knew about it and be stupid enough to not have some sense and throw it out! Not only that but I really didn't get no assistance with customer service because no one ever picked up the line and I waited on the phone for 15 minutes for nobody not to answer for customer service! Then I can't even get a refund for the game when it literally doesn't work and I try to requested the refund shopping online can be a pain and I giving a bad review I wish I could give 0 stars because this don't deserve any stars but you guys need to test these games before even stocking them I will be calling soon to talk to the manager!!!
