After
reading
the
reviews
and
seeing
how
nice
the
rooms
were,
as
well
as
having
to
be
a
member
to
book
I
thought
I’d
have
an
amazing
experience.
I
got
the
Luxe
room,
Upon
arrival
my
package
I
paid
for
was
not
in
the
room.
The
WiFi
code
never
worked,
we
had
to
ask
for
things
that
were
advertised
to
be
included
in
the
room.
Let’s
start
with
downstairs,
black
mold
covering
the
walls
from
the
front
door
to
the
living
room
area
where
the
jacuzzi
was.
There
was
a
hole
in
the
staircase
to
where
I
could
see
the
room
under
it.
The
upstairs
bathroom
had
blood
like
splatters
all
over
the
wall
right
across
from
the
toilet,
so
imagine
the
view
while
you’re
sitting,
the
sink
also
leaked,
and
leaked
all
over
the
counters
soaking
the
towels
and
other
personal
belongings.
I
notified
the
front
desk
about
the
condition
of
the
room
and
she
seemed
so
unfazed
it
was
disgusting.
After
speaker
with
the
director
of
operations
through
email
and
phone,
I
was
told
I
would
receive
a
refund
to
my
payment
method
and
a
credit
towards
my
account,
I
still
have
yet
to
receive
my
refund.
That
room
violates
so
many
health
codes,
you’d
think
the
customer
service
would
be
better
for
how
upscale
they
attempt
to
make
it
seem.
