Open hours is very short , a lot of my friends saying the same

I’m so disappointed in blink fitness. I’ve been attending the gym since August of 2020. Recently they enforced that vaccinations are required but failed to notify me or my partner of this change. They were always adamant about sending emails about everything else but failed to let us know that they will be enforcing mandatory vaccination to attend the gym. I came into the gym hoping to get a workout in, but cancelled my membership instead due to that absurd requirement. I’m so upset because the day I cancelled my membership, they made sure to charge my account. I will never be back again.

Previously had a gym membership at Blast Fitness and loved it there, it had just what I needed and not the extra unnecessary things that were "nice to haves" that you used once or twice and never again. I like to get my workout in and leave. Blink seems like it will be the place that fits my needs so I can get in and get out. I also believe it wont be as packed as your Xsports and Lifetimes which is key for me. A previous review stated the hours are too short, well that's what's wrong with people these days is that they jump to conclusions and make a high deal about it instead of doing their due diligence. It's open from 8am-8pm for sign up and your purposes only as it is not officially open yet to the general public to actually use. If you take 3 min of your time to make a simple phone call, the nice lady tells you that once they open, the official hours will be 6am to 11pm on weekdays. Besides the short rant, overall I took a tour of the place and it looks like it well be very suited to the person who likes to get in and get out, which is myself. It has all the benches, racks, stands, and free weights a typical weight lifter would need. I look forward to going here once it officially opens to the general public. P.S. I have no affiliation with Blink nor anyone who is employed by them. I'm just a guy who lives a couple blocks away and loves having the convenience of a gym nearby.

wish they would’ve text me or email me that they were going to require vaccines. I don’t mind your decision but charging me for the month and then telling me I can’t have a refund. Terrible owners

For many of you who don't know they have a one dollar down promotion that they have extended throught november to december. This dollar promotion is a SCAM!!! It has no effect & there is no use for this promotion whatsoever they say that this dollar promotion is so you wont be charged until they open but really its so they can steal money from each person that signs up that way their revenue increases each time someone signs up for this promotion be aware.

The worst gym to sign up with....charged my account 4 times in one day. Four charges of $23.00 In a row. I asked to speak with the manager and here comes an irrelevant party that works there speaking to me out of turn! Once I ask to speak with the manager, you no longer have anything to say to me! I’ll be contacting the better business bureau on them! I’ll also make sure to go on every platform and give them a poor rating because it’s what they deserve!

DO NOT SIGN UP! Prior to the illegal vaccine requirement they enforced, this gym was the best around this area, clean, excellent staff and always professional. Once Dante left it has gone down hill fast, the new managers do not care about its members or maybe it is the owners new direction at BLINK. I canceled due to the mandate (can't use something already paid for) told I can reactivate within 30 days if something changes, go back and they said sorry gotta pay another fee which I just paid 3 wks prior so 2 annual fees for a company to discriminate against its paying members for their medical preference? (They could have offered to cancel and refund because you wont get your money back) Talked to manager who just stared me down saying its not me its BLINK you have to pay again, sent email to regional management they call me back which I thought was to reactivate but no they said sorry nothing we can do, you have to pay another fee or no work out I said ok I will send my daughter in to cancel hers as well she said no problem she can cancel in person or online. Why did you even bother calling me back my membership was already canceled total waste of time. I might be old but last time I checked businesses needed customers? They do not value your membership in any way, very bad customer service and poor management skills to say the least a business should try to keep their members not drive them away, sad because it was a very nice gym, was is the key word! There are several new gyms in the area that are cheaper and value you as a customer!

It was great when I first became a member. Now it has definately gone down hill. Never a manager around. You ask the employees & they seem to be unable to do anything & with no mgr around their hands are tied. No one enforcing the mask mandate, young people coming in spending more time socializing & loudly chatting so if you forget your headphones you are unable to concentrate on your workout.

Great deal for the money. Very nice clean location. A lot of different machines, free weights area, and the locker room/ bathrooms are clean and nice.

I love working out in this gym. The only things that it needs is extending business hours. It closes at 9 pm which is too early. It would be great if you start closing at 10 or 11. That would by highly appreciate it by every one. Other than that, staff are friendly, and the place is clean.

Whoever chooses the music for this place seriously needs to do some research on what’s popular nowadays once I left my headphones at home and I had to endure 2 hours of Ed Sheeran, Lady Gaga, and Taylor Swift and more terrible artists why do the other blinks have songs that get you in the mood for an intense workout, but this one makes you wonder what you are doing wrong in life.

Not professional and filthy. The heavies dumbbell is like 80lbs, not enough equipment. Don’t waste your money

Great gym. New machines, very clean, and friendly staff. I just wish there were more locations within the city, especially in the downtown area. It would be great to also add massage chairs/beds for the $23 membership.

Just moved into the area. Looking for a great gym to call home. The staff members are super friendly and helpful. The Facility is very clean. I love the fact they have disinfectant wipes thru out the gym. I definitely recommend this gym

Love this gym! The trainers are extremely knowledgeable and personable- they make a real effort to get to know, challenge, and encourage each person. Workouts can be modified to absolutely any level of fitness or skill, and every day is different to keep things interesting.

LOVE THIS GYM! Everything is brand new and whenever I go it isn’t super packed—which I love. All of the equipment is of high quality and has a lot of space for HIIT workouts, ab workouts, stretching, etc. Since I am a college student, it was only $45 for a 3 month membership. Highly recommend!!!

Great staff, great gym. Has many machines and many thing to help build your body. Only downside is they do not have a hacksquat or hip thrust machine. Besides that, it's great! Very clean too!!!

Blink Fitness is a little no frills gym with a lot of punch. The staff is very friendly and professional. The equipment is clean, and the personal training is top-notch. Nate is an awesome trainer, and Jose, the manager, is on top of things.

The staff is very friendly and the machines are constantly being cleaned and maintained. The cardio machines are the newest versions I have ever seen and offer a great experience. The staff is always going around cleaning the machines and making sure everything is in good working order, never had an issue. The hours are great (5am-11pm) with plenty of parking. The people complaining simply did not read or listen when they signed up. They ran a promotion before the opening day and that’s why the hours were limited.

COULD NOT POST REVIEW to Marionette park so I'll post it here I paid off the remainder of the one year contract and 7 months later I find out I've been getting charged $20 every month(to a bank I no longer use) ... the employee that closed my account assured me I could use the gym for the remaining month of my contract and by paying off the contract I was no longer obligated to make monthly payments and would have to resign up after to continue using the gym

I’m really happy this gym was recommended to me. I really like this facility and location. The staff is extremely nice and whenever I’m there they are always cleaning and up keeping the equipment. The machines all look brand new and the treadmills have tv screen which is great! This location is fairly large and has many machines and a variety of equipment so I never have to wait on something I want to use. I really like that the gym isn’t so packed whenever I go. Because I work long hours, I also like that they’re open later in the evening so I’m able to get a workout in after work. I recommend Blink to anyone, especially because of the reasonably monthly fee!

My wife and I have been going here for about 2 months now. We are in love with the environment here. Everyone is friendly and cleans up after themselves. Also, the staff is incredible. They actually want us there unlike Xsport did where we went previous to Blink. I recommend this gym to anyone looking for a serious, clean, and fun work out!

This location was recommended to me by some friends from work. I started going to blink a few months ago and have a great workout every time i go. The staff are extremely nice and the place is very sanitary. I used to go to Xsport and i felt like it was dirty, smelly, and unsanitary. And no one ever cleaned after themselves and no one would put away their weights, leaving the dumbells staggered all over the facility. Great job to all the staff and members that clean up after themselves!

Love this gym, I really do! Staff is nice and its super clean. The only thing that seems to be an issue (small one, nothing serious) is allowing group of young teens hogging one machine or other piece of equipment for a long time. I love seeing the younger generation get into fitness. However, I feel that gym etiquette should be enforced. I was waiting for a machine close to 45 minutes, they were not using it for the last 15 minutes because they were just talking I asked how sets were left and they said they all needed to have 3 sets of each person to go through. It was group of 5-7 teens, it did seem it was a lack of respect for anybody who is older and have a tight work schedule and cherishes every moment being in the gym. That would be something I just wish that can change.

If you're interested in a good gym but not a really big gym you'll love Blink.

Staff is always friendly and greets you by name. Surfaces constantly being cleaned and wiped, you can tell they put effort in here. Would recommend this gym to anybody!

Blink Fitness is literally that, a hidden gem that I truly wish was closer to me because I would become a member in a heart beat! The vibe is always on top here, it’s spacious and has tons of machines!!

Excellent gym for a low price. Cleaned often, very impressed with cleanliness and staff's diligence.

As for the workout, they are consistently challenging and I always feel accomplished after 40 minutes. Highly recommend this place if you want a good sweat.

Ever since I moved, I’ve been looking for a gym to continue my fitness journey. I’ve been to several but none of them ever did it for me until Blink. Very spacious, very clean and the workers are friendly. Whenever I come here and I don’t feel the need to leave early because the atmosphere is overall very calm and the equipments all work perfectly.

Your customer service representative lied to me. This is by far the worst customer service i have received. I have tried for over a month to cancel my membership. The gym closes for 6 months. Than all of a sudden you re-open and start billing me. Annual fees and monthly billing. Even after I requested my membership cancelled. Your refusal to let me speak to a manager.. I am beyond furious about your company's ethics. I will never do business with blink again. And I am contacting BBB, As well as sharing my experience on every platform i find you on. And will be sure to make your company ethics known to everyone.. I am astounded by the company's lack of concern for your customers happiness. A dollar should never come before a customer.

Been working out here for almost a year, gym equipment is up to date and is perfect w the size of the gym. Feels like a community, everyone is friendly, staff is great.

I come to the gym almost every morning and the gym is always clean and even at 6am all of the employees are super friendly and eager to help you if needed.

Nice and clean fitness center. Besides the finesse machines they have free weights here as well. All of the equipment is in abundance. There is no need to worry about a chance to use the type of equipment that you want!! I recently joined and today was my first visit! It is officially on!!

Don’t understand why I’m paying double the money when the membership allows me to bring in a guest when they don’t allow guest anymore Think I should be able to bring in my guest when I’m paying for it and when there’s not even a lot of people going

Making canceling a hassle online (My accounts a "weird" case apparently) and only other option is requiring an in-person cancel amidst a pandemic. Happy to switch. Gym wise it's mediocre would only be 3 stars without payment cancelation hassle.

Went in to join and told for my money, I'd have to make appointment and only allowed one hour to workout. Funny other locations not Blink, no such thing. Sorry, can't be told for my money, when and how long.
