Very clean and professional. Elise was great in my first visit with addressing the questions I had, as well as explaining why certain movements were being done and how they were going to benefit. Excited to get started with therapy to get me back on track.

Great place for therapy. Everyone is helpful and professional. Elise my therapist knew my injury, and checked my movement levels. The therapy made me feel mentally a lot better. The exercises have me on a sure road to recovery.

Excellent therapists. Andrew, Sandy, Brian and Jamie worked well in a collaborative effort to get my hand back to normal.Jamie started the treat followed by Brian. Sandy then moved me on to post stitches wound care and accelerated the therapy. Andrew handled the last five treatments and got me in a great position to transition to independent at home treatment . Great people, Great therapists.

Dr. Zats, Dr. Abraham, the X-ray techs, and the nurses were incredible! So helpful, kind and friendly. They were very clear with their explanation of my diagnosis. I couldn’t have been happier with them. However, the heavy African-American woman with the eyebrow piercing at reception was abrasive, ignorant, rude and condescending. She mumbled something to me and all I asked was, “Sorry what was that?” She proceeded to shout in a nasty attitude filled tone, “Step up!”. She again mumbled and gave me her nasty attitude the entire process of setting up a follow up appointment. I have never had to deal with a receptionist that rude or disrespectful in my life. If it wasn’t for that ignorant cow, I would’ve given 5 stars.

I went to the location in Palos on a Saturday morning for a broken toe and fortunately there was no wait. They took x-rays right away and I was immediately treated by a PA (Doug). He was incredibly friendly and he took the time to answer all my questions and explain everything thoroughly. I did not feel rushed out the door. The staff at the front desk and the X-ray technician were friendly and patient, as well. I am so grateful they were open on New Year’s Eve day.

Douglas shared professional and helpful guidance as I determine my best treatment for my deteriorating knees. Since my pain is not intense right now, he discussed a moderate approach for treatment. He listened to my symptoms and helped me to decide to get the cortisol shots for current treatment. I am feeling good about my choice. I scheduled a follow-up appointment to determine if this treatment could be my best option. My overall experience during my appointment was very positive.

it is a very professional, orthopedic establishment. I thought I was gonna have to go to the mayo clinic and have my hands operated on. But this place was closer to home, and everything came out very good. I would recommend mid-America orthopedic to my family.

Thomas reviewed my surgical results nine days after an elbow implant was installed and a carpal tunnel procedure was performed. He set me up with a motion limiting brace after the post surgical splint was removed. Thomas was very thorough in answering my questions and explaining what would come next. He gets a "thumbs-up" from me, literally!

My 2-year-old daughter hurt her leg while going down a slide at the park and our pediatrician referred us to MidAmerica Orthopaedics. Their immediate care option was excellent and everyone we encountered from the staff was helpful and friendly. We waited for less than 30 minutes without an appointment and got her X-rays taken, were seen by a doctor and given her diagnosis, and had a cast on her leg in about 2 hours total. Definitely recommend and am grateful to the staff here!

Needed a last minute H&P, done that day in order to have surgery at 5am the next am. I could not find any place to have this done on such ahort notice Thomas was kind enough to agreed to take the time to see me at end of his work day, so I was able to have my surgery. He was professional, kind, informative and thorough. Made sure I was in good condition to have the surgery. And made sure I understood all that procedure included. Thank you!

Everyone at this office is incredible. They were able to squeeze me in last minute, knowing I was concerned that I might have an infection. I was well taken care of, and never felt as if I was putting anybody out. I am extremely grateful that they got me in and took good care of me!

The physician assistant Thomas Pascual was wonderful, compassion, kind & understanding....The women at the front desk were NOT so great, I felt they were pretty rude..When I first walked in, they didn't bother to say "Good Morning", or even "Good morning, how can I help you?" I stood there for several minutes, sat down, then asked other patients if they checked in yet & they said they did. Then I asked some questions on how the visit would go, as I am a self pay and they just kept stating "we don't know" I even asked for a ball park and still received the answer of "we don't know". When I was done filling out my paperwork, I had to get back in line..(per the desk clerk). They even were yelling out..."Next patient, step up" This a place where people come because they are in pain, these unkind attitudes do not help the situation. I work at the front desk of a hospital, where visitors come to see their sick/dying family...as a front person there needs to be kind words, empathy at first sight. Mannerism at the front desk def needs work at this location. The rest of the health care employees here were very kind and welcoming. I even mentioned it to Thomas the physician asst., and he said it's not the first time he has heard this....
