Chuck and Michelle run a great gym. Members are good too. You will not find anyone trying to tell you how to do something. People mind their own business. Easy to learn new methods just by watching (from a respectful distance).

Great raw iron gym. This is what real training feels like. If you think you're strong try this gym out guaranteed you'll have a different experience. Owner is genuine and gives you tips on workouts if you ask. Definitely returning.

Classic equipment, phenomenal owners, and one of the best gym facilities of the south side! Love the support system here and locally family owned businesses that care for their clients are always the way to go.

Great gym if you really want to lift and don't want to be in a commercial gym. Mostly frequented by bodybuilders and some powerlifters. If your serious about getting fit and moving weight, this is the place to come. Most of the equipment is old. Won't find anything shiny and new. All equipment has been used thoroughly. The gym has a lot of machines. Not a lot of space for deadlifting and I expected more squat racks. However the gym isn't packed like a commercial place so you don't have to wait per say for a rack or machine. Overall, A1 place

I can see why there are so many trophies on that wall. That place breeds winners. Everything you could possibly need can be found here, my only regret is that I live 3 states away, but it more than did the job while I was in town. This will be my home away from home from here on out. I’d rate this place higher if I could. If you’re serious about lifting, this is where you want to be.

Love this Gym! I have been a member for 4 years. All of the trainers are professional, educated, and always helpful. They create new workouts and encourage you to work harder.

Great gym for it's size. Does get a little chaotic at 6ish a bit over priced compared to other gyms in the area with better offers like a pool or a sauna.

Trainers are all amazing and give good corrections and modifications so you're getting an individualized workout, but for the cost of a group class.

Where the legends lift, and where other gym goers would swear the weights are heavier. Plenty of weight and plenty of squat racks. Even a smith machine for the beginner lifter.
