This is really not fair because the people there are great, except for one Jalen. He has a snotty attitude and Planet Fitness should be ashamed to have him working there, especially in the morning. You should not have someone who epitomizes disrespect and unprofessionalism working for your company.

By far the cleanest planet fitness I been to. Bathroom spotless, equipment are clean. The employees greet you when you come in & leave. No complain whatsoever

Very clean facility with great and friendly staff. Always a warm welcome and they are willing to help you out any way they can. Facility is modern and up to date. Duplicates of most machines so you do not have to wait, you can get in, workout and get out. Great parking and plenty of space inside and outside the facility. Highly recommend.

Friendly staff, they never fail to greet my fiance and I when we enter the gym and say good bye when we are on our way out. There's a really nice blonde woman who is usually behind the front desk, I think she may be a manager? I can't remember her name for the life of me, but she's super helpful and cheery. I visit this location often,and it's always very clean, paper towels and hand sanitizer stocked and cleaning solutions ready for use when needed,which I like. I see the employees cleaning quite often, especially Emma ( I haven't seen her in a bit when I've visited), but she was always cleaning every nook and cranny on the gym equipment. Once I seen her looking for the owner of a lost phone that was left in the gym and she asked every single person she came across, I thought that was super nice. I've had a personal membership here and I now come as a guest with my fiance's black card, but they weren't rude or pushy when I initially cancelled my individual membership. If anyone has an issue with the fees applied when cancelling a membership, the contract is very straight forward when you initially sign up, you just have to look it over if you ever decide you might cancel, or prior to signing,just to be informed. I've been to a few planet fitness locations, and so far this is my favorite.

Great gym for a beginner or someone who likes to work out casually. I love planet fitness because unlike other gyms where I feel pressured, I can walk into planet fitness and do a whole workout without feeling like everyone is judging me. I would have given the club 5 stars but some of the machines heart rate monitors don't work. Other than that, quality gym!

The price is right. The facility is very clean. Tons of treadmills and step machines. Staff always says hello and goodbye. There are free weights which is hit or miss for waiting. The cable machines are always open as there are lots of machines. Lots of parking. There are lockers ( bring a lock). The hours were my selling point as I can exercise before work. An inexpensive choice.

All the staff is super nice and friendly and the gym is really clean! I love coming here and the hours fit all schedules.

When walking through the front door behind another Patron that just scanned his card to enter the young man behind the desk said this is for both of you if you lower your math two times you're out of here and doubt what's my welcome to that club after which I replied is that how you greet a patron with a threat. Thank you for the fast response , I would definitely reach out to a local manager if I wanted to help you with customer service , but my reply to you is not renewing membership. Your desk person needs manners and you need to vet your staff better .

Good location. Gym is always clean. Men's locker room is also clean. The staff is attentive and diligent. Our favorite Planet Fitness to come to.

This is my home gym and I am always impressed with the young staff they are always nice welcome you at the door with have a nice workout and always says bye

It’s nasty not clean always there’s greased on machines and the employee doesn’t give alsit the guy he was working on Saturday 10/14 by 2:30 pm he said okay go cleaning up that’s rude

Really bad costumer Service because the red hair girl was really rude and mean to the costumers and she didn’t let me in because I look different on the pictures . Letting you know guys that people have makeup on and look different but because today I have no makeup on. And I’m going to let all friend and family to leave the membership they have

Clean and convenient location. Never too crowded. Membership cost is as low as it can be and the staff at this location are really nice and helpful. The only down side is that they close way too early on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

The atmosphere is electrifying in my gym. Our equipment is top notch and the gym is always fresh and clean. Even when I don't want to go, once I get there, I feel as though I am among friends and I get fired up and I'm ready to do the work. The staff, Angie and Mario are the best! They greet every member with a smile and they never fail to say goodbye when you leave. I have developed a diverse group of friends, male and female, young and old, and a mosaic of skin colors. We discuss workouts and diets, and any other topics someone finds interesting. All the regulars are encouraging and always willing to assist. I bring in treats and we swap recipes. It really is a no judgement zone among friends!

It is a very clean and inviting atmosphere, you are welcomed and most of the time they even know you by your name. They are very accommodating and always make sure to say did you have a good workout and say have a nice day.

Not bad it's cozy small but big at the same time, and very clean. Also, they machines that are not available at every PF so it's worth a try. 👍🏿👍🏿

Requests for music to be lowered in locker rooms multiple times has been ignored. Besides this everything is great.

After asking corporate and management so many times to turn down the volume of the music in the women’s locker room I am now deaf. Thank you for continuously disregarding my request.

Conveniently located near my job. Welcoming staff and atmosphere. Only wish they had a body contour machine and there equipment had automatic counters/timers on them.

My favorite gym to go to. The staff is amazing. The place is well kept and clean. Machines are newer and are never down. The locker room is clean and well maintained. The fellow gym goers there are polite and feel like no one is judging you when working out. Would recommend.

There are better PF out there. Your own music on Rockbot will get bumped by club team into perpetuity, Machines aren't as up to date as other facilities, and locker rooms feel congested

Hate the new cheap flimsy treadmills. Will be joining the new LA fitness in Oak Lawn when it opens. The prior equipment was fine no reason to downgrade just bc it’s “new”.

You looking for a quick workout this is definitely a place to go they have a few machines for every muscle plenty of cardio usually isn't too packed along with plenty of parking if you're looking for much heavier weights than this one and be good for you sick with LA fitness or Xsport

They were very nice and helpful over there. Especially Ashley and Angie. They took time out of their day to help me set up a new profile. The beds are amazing. And the massage chairs are to die for.

Great raw iron gym. This is what real training feels like. If you think you're strong try this gym out guaranteed you'll have a different experience.

I really like this gym. The staff is very friendly and it is an environment where you feel safe and comfortable. No one judges you and people who are around you exercising are in their business.

The Hickory Hills location has tremendously helpful and friendly staff. Moreover, it’s extremely clean, and has an inviting environment overall. I definitely recommend it because I’m sure they have the same standards for all locations!

The employee's are friendly and it's well kept up as far as cleaning. How ever i am going on day # 3 without a call back from a manager about billing issues. This isn't the first or even second time dealing with this management from this location. It's frustrating to either have to call another location by my place so they could help me out and the lack of professionalism out of the management for not returning a call from a customer. It's at the point were I don't even want to come back to location due to it. Like i mentioned before the employee's themselves are terrific just poor management
