    My expectations were absolutely met, after reading the reviews I was a little bit hesitant but it was close to my destination so I gave it a shot. My room was clean, no loud people and the best part no loud dogs barking next door. You guys will definitely be seeing me more often since I’ll be working out here for a couple weeks. Gladys keep up the great work! Room was nice and clean

    When I arrived there were men loitering outside the front of the hotel. It made me feel unsafe to be there. They made suggestive comments to me which I ignored. The room I was given had noisy people next door until 12:30 a.m. and I had asked for a quiet room by calling ahead 2 days before my stay as I had planned to stay there for 12 days attending to business. The room had large dust balls near the bed, the bathroom smelled like urine and when you flushed the toilet it flew out to the floor. I had checked in early at 11:30 a.m. after arriving at the airport to assure I would get a quieter room at the end of the hall. I came back at 6:00 p.m. to find only 2 rooms left, near the elevator, in the middle of the hall and with noisy neighbors. When I spoke with the manager the next morning and told her I was checking out, she told me I was going to be charged $67.00 for the night stay instead of $39.99 plus tax as I had already pre-paid. The refund amount was not what I expected. I am contacting the Regional Manager to dispute what I was charged for one night. DO NOT stay at this hotel.

    HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! They did not clean my room throughout my entire stay! The hallways smell, I had to ask for towels, since they never put any in my room, and the towels felt like sandpaper. I had a dog directly upstairs barking very loud at 6am, I called front desk to complain and nothing was done. I definitely would not be staying here again.

    You get what you pay for. No bed bugs though. Lots of dogs at this place so if you want peace and quiet, not the place for you. The rooms are like stepping into a time machine...you end up back in the 70s. Pretty funny, but the bed was comfy.

    I honestly really like this hotel for the price and compared to all the other hotels in the area. The housekeeping staff look like they actually care about the rooms. Gio at the front desk was very nice and the manager Zulema was lovely. Whenever I’m nearby I’ll definitely drive the extra 15-20 min to go here over another place.

    Aron or Aaron gave me me nice service and the price is great compared to other places in the area on the weekends. He nicely asked if we could leave a review. At first I wasn’t going to until I got to my room but my room was clean and on order so I had no problem leaving you guys a review! If we come back we’ll definitely come here first especially on the weekend

    Hotel is amazing for the price! Service, rooms, & location are all great. Ran into problems on the way and Daniel, our front desk agent, had no issue making a note to hold our room until we got there after letting him know! Once we arrived check in was quick and easy and Daniel even gave us recommendations on where to go! 10/10 will definitely stay again next time I’m in Chicago.

    I am not the kind of person to leave a review, but this hotel deserves one. This is easily the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. No amenities in the room whatsoever. No Fridge, no microwave, no coffee maker, not even a shampoo in the bathroom. The bed feels like they have furnished these rooms with mattresses picked up from the dumpster. And all that for over $70 per night!?!

    Aaron checked me in with great service. But as far as the room I stayed in is concerned, I appreciate there hard floors on floor one, but I do not want to be laying down with lights on or off with bugs like this that have been feasting on victims for months, fat as a tick brave enough to walk up to me like hello sir 🤢

    Originally we made a reservation at Holiday Inn Midway Chicago Airport. Unfortunately they cancelled our reservation without notice, and we were stuck with no where to stay. Luckily Motel 6 was available, extremely friendly, and a lot nicer and cleaner than expected for a Motel. It is in a location close to the highway and right next to a lot of food places/the venue where our concert is. Thanks Motel 6!!

    It used to be great. Coming here for years just to grab a wink and get a clean room. The online price was 42$, but check-in was $78. Company pays, but it's not the point. Had to go back as the room key did not work. The guy couldn't get it to work and asked if I was going out, and so going to Dennys and back too much hassle. He let me in the room with his pass key, and here I am. It's noisy too at 12:33AM on the first floor. Attitude was somehow it was my fault for not booking online. I am sure I won't be troubling the staff as there are plenty of hotels to choose from.

    They need some new mattresses! Planned to stay 2 nights because we're moving and all our beds were wrapped by the movers and the alternative was to sleep on the floor. We should have slept on our floor! The elevator and hallway smells really bad like someone smoked something other than cigarettes. No fridge. No microwave. I checked in almost 11pm and it's now 5 am and we've all been tossing and turning trying to get comfortable enough to fall asleep but I gave up and decided to take a shower and the water pressure sucks. I'm ready to check out and go back to my packed up house and stay there tonight even when it's empty that's how bad this place is. Oh and they obviously clean with fabuloso because the smell if it is very strong in the room. Better off sleeping in your car.

    It’s mostly hispanics and im African American, they looked at me funny like i dont belong there! Not to mention i was chargers a early check in fee, but i have not seen anything about that policy! This place is not diverse and need really to be looked into! The staff are liers and are not friendly at all! I’m here from out of state, and they are very very not professional. Maids go into your room while ur not there, although your staying over

    I recently stayed at the motel 6 in bridge view and I loved the hospitality the I was heading to the airport and the manager Gladys was so nice enough to make a fresh pot. Cause we all know no coffee plus airport would’ve be horrible

    I was pleasantly pleased with my brief visit at this hotel. The rates are awesome considering the economy right now and the staff was great as well. A member by the name of Aaron was helpful in making sure I got the best deal possible. I'd definitely stay again and recommend a stay to anyone when in the area and needing some R&R.

    It’s worst motel I seen in my life … Your employee His Name Denny worst employee…. Not good service so rude with all customers…. My old baby want use rest room and he said you can’t use… you have to need room here then you can use restroom…. And I want to stay but it’s processing and that time he didn’t allows restroom as well ….

    I never actually stayed here but when I went in there to inquire about rooms I believe his name was Aaron and he did an excellent job helping me understand rates and even showing me a room. He answered all my questions and had a lot of patience need more workers like him.

    Rooms were clean and the staff was very nice. The hallways smelled like weed and smoke but the smell didn’t reach inside our rooms. Had a good stay !

    Gladys was great at check in, she got me up into my room fast because after a long trip in the car I needed to use the washroom bad! She made sure to call up to the room to ensure everything was okay and satisfactory which it was! Absolutely great customer service

    If you want a no frills motel that is comfortable with absolutely no ammenities this is your place. Front desk not much to help with being on cell phone everytime came to desk or walked in. Asked about shampoo in rooms and said nope, didn't take time to tell me that I could buy some in vending machines. Room cleaned or clean towels for stays longer than 1 night nope. But for the price room was clean and bed was comfortable. Would stay again if just in town for a day or two but not with family. Nice area for restraunts and easy on off freeway.

    I had the worst experience with the front desk clerk Xavier. He tried to charge my card before I even checked in at the hotel and when I called to inquire about the charge he fed me nonsense that it was Motel 6 policy to charge my card by 6pm even if I haven't checked in yet and I have the clear option of paying at the property when I arrive. Since I use Motel 6 for stays 3 weeks out of a month I already knew he was lying to me and when I expressed that concern he got upset and begun yelling gibberish at me so that he wouldn't hear what I had to say. It became a shouting match for a quick second before I expressed to him that I will be calling Zulema in the morning and M6 to make a formal complaint. He then proceeded to tell me that he cancelled my reservation because he couldn't charge my card despite it being 8:30pm at this time and me not even arriving at the hotel yet to check in. Xavier acted out of spite when he cancelled my reservation and I believe as a guest I should be treated with more respect and dignity when addressing legitimate concerns pertaining to charges made on my card or my stay at the property. Despite this employee being fairly new I feel that training in customer service and policy should be extended for this individual

    Worst stay of my life.paid extra for a hot tub that did not work. Bed was uncomfortable.. only had two pillows. Sheets were stained and dirty. Headboard was extremely loose. Upon leaving we attempted to speak to the manager who just said o sorry. Absolutely no professionalism no attempts to remedy the situation... Do not recommend unless you want to waste your money.

    Tried to find a cheap, decent hotel close to Chicago and came across this one. Was not disappointed! Every staff member was very nice, rooms were extremely clean, water is great, bathtub is huge, plenty of space, never had any issues feeling unsafe, nice vending machines. They do not have microwaves in rooms, but that's okay, they do have one downstairs! No fridges, but can rent them for 5 dollars, not bad. Was not a big deal for us at all. 25 minute drive to Chicago with no traffic, about 45 minutes with traffic. Plenty of food choices around, location is also close to the interstate. Overall good place, will be coming back here as our designated Chicago hotel!

    Rooms are not worth what you pay. Most of the time the are dirty or not cleaned fully. If u need a quick place overnight this place is for u but for longer stays with kids I’d go elsewhere. Place reeks of weed and cigarettes

    Jackie at the front desk is honestly the best, helped our family a lot with directions in how to get to the city and touristic places to visit! She made sure to greet us every morning which made us feel very welcomed!

    Front desk staff was wonderful. Gave me an early check-in and no hassle about my service dog. Great price; clean room. Would have paid a little more to get a microwave or mini fridge, but this place is a good deal with great service.

    Understand overall that this is a sleep and shower kind of hotel brand, they don't claim to offer much else. However, I have a major problem with their seating, the hard chairs, and that is the only seating in the room resemble that of pre-k classroom chairs, this is not ok. These chairs have poor legs that jet out from under the seat making the seat really low to the ground. I actually experienced pain rising up from the chair. The front desk was less than helpful as I told them that this chair was not doable for me, and they said I will send maintenance, which never came and I waited two days. Unfortunately this is a standard chair at Motel 6, but as far as I'm concerned they need a complete overhaul of these chairs, because it doesn't make sense that in the lobby space and in the snack area they have much nicer chairs than they do in the room where people are paying hundreds of dollars to stay. Also they need to do something about the ant like little bugs that are coming up from the tub drain.

    Absolutely horrified at the state of the bed, hallway & thread bare towels. Did not stay, took out belongs back down stays got our money back & left. The young lady on front desk was sweet. Will NEVER book again & will send photos onto management.

    Both people I dealt with at the desk were the nicest people! So friendly and helpful! They seem to actually enjoy their job. The room was clean and large and the heater worked great. There were also lots of outlets.

    The beds were so comfortable and the room was so clean. My kids loved staying there with good cable shows. Thanks to Zulema for getting us a good room on the first floor. Will definitely stay here again

    In a year they went down hill. Our first room had burn holes and it was a jacuzzi room for my back and it was falling apart. So they moved us to another room. So some lights didn't work, the door on the heater was broke, the bed was horrible. I liked the place last year when I was there. But we won't be back. Oh the lady that checked us in waste bright spot of our stay. Very helpful

    The woman manager in the morning falsely accused me of smoking in the room. Mind you, the floor already smelled like someone always already smoking when I arrived after an hour checking in some one from the front desk sent a very rude and disrespectful young man to check my room which I refused I was highly upset being a CDL driver I explained there no way that's its my room and yes you could still smell that some one was smoking... Maybe they assumed that every Black person smoked weed, I'm not sure, but it was a very bad experience over all !!!!!!

    I understand about you get what you pay for. But dang to get a room without a dang microwave and fridge 😒. There are some hotels that it's standard no matter but this was last minute. Otherwise it was good and pretty clean. Mattress and pillows sucked.

    Amazing service. Got in around 4 am and only a small fee for early check in. The lady at the counter was awesome and so kind. The room was clean and smelt nice. The was plenty of towels. TV worked well and the wifi was fast and reliable. The was quite a bit of parking for the location and it was quite and well lit at night.. all and all would definitely stay again if in the area

    Booked here three times and I can say for a motel it’s quite, clean and the staff stays on top of their jobs from the front desk workers down to the housekeepers. Only thing is that the hallways smells like old cigarette smoke but the rooms and hallways stays clean. No they don’t have a fridge or microwave in the rooms or other necessities but it’s a pretty well kept motel. They also do a great job with making sure the building is secure after hours and that for guest to check in at the front desk before going anywhere in the building.

    Zulema was excellent. I was staying here for work purposes. She greeted me kindly. Took care of my stay, and even gave me a discounted rate when I extended my stay. Phenomenal! The staff was very clean, very professional. Highly recommend

    Wasn’t impressed with my stay here. There was NO private kitchen equipment (fridge or microwave), which I personally feel that it should’ve been due to COVID still being in the atmosphere. It was noisy during the nighttime of my stay, I could hear neighbors on the floor above me (3rd floor) as well as to the right of me. The television was absolutely HORRIBLE, the picture was discolored & flashing I couldn’t even watch the television due to its dysfunctions. The décor equipment was NOT properly assembled, I went to dry my hands & the towel rack collapsed on me! I also stayed on a non-smoking floor (2nd floor), the smell of cigarettes seeped throughout the room & entrance of the floor. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!

    I’ve been coming here since 2020 and they never disappoint. Every stay I have here is very satisfying, and pleasant. Unfortunately I have housing situations but Zulema at check in was very understanding and got us a great deal.

    PLEASE DONT STAY HERE. So i got into Illinois around 250 am. And this was the only hotel that had availability. Everyone else was booked.This was my only resort, i called over the phone and booked the room. When i got in it smelled like urine. The room smelled like urine. The room floor was dirty. The sheets had burn holes in them and the sheets were dirty. The air conditioner blew out funky hot air. The house keepers dont changed sheets or clean the rooms. I was better off sleeping in my car

    Clean and quiet, which are the two most important things in a budget hotel. Service was great, my first room the key wouldn't work then when I got in the ac unit wasn't working, front desk switched me to a nicer room no problem. Zero amenities but that's on me for not checking before I booked. Bed was really comfortable, I slept so well!

    The service at the front desk was phenomenal, very polite well spoken workers, and especially Maritza! For being so polite and helpful with making the check in process and my stay as best it can be with her assistance all around checking in, towels etc. I would definitely be staying again!

    Room is filthy. TV is broken. Bathtub doesn't drain. Pretty sure someone was shot in my room. Super sketchy place. Aggressive dogs staying in the motel. Not a good experience.

    Room was dirty, looked like boogers on wall. Simple repairs needed in and around room. Door lock had a Jerry rigged repair. I was a property maintenance and interm area maintenance for Motel 6 for roughly 2 years, and I can assure you that this location should be improved. Have pictures of the room and issues.
