No b.s i haven't even stayed here yet, i called them to see if they had an availability and the lady who answered was so rude over the phone. She yelled and then hung up. I heard good things about the place before so i was willing to give it a chance, but not after the way she answered the phone. I would gladly take my business elsewhere.

Charming & somewhat unique as far as motels are (with its smooth jazz playing outside), & tucked away right off 95th St in Hickory Hills. VERY reasonable prices, and the rooms are always clean. The TV channels are pretty limited though. My only gripe is the Asian women working the front desk. At first I she seemed very sweet & accommodating...true until she finds something not to like about you. After staying there a few times during a couple month span, she told me that I never bring the room key back in the morning. I always bring the key back, especially since it's not worth loosing $3 that they request as calaterel in case one looses it or doesn't return it. The hispanic woman who works evenings seems to just make up her own rates & rules. She was never very nice from the get go. All in all, it's a good motel, with better rates than other places within a 5 - 10 mile radius of the area.

Sad when you don't want children in your motel but drug dealers and prostitutes are okay. Annd check the drawers more often I found a bloody towel in one. The lady at the front desk hates her job! Only needed to stay here one night because of a wedding at Camelot and was disgusted.

My boyfriend and I got the basic 4 hour room for $36. Decent for the price. The carpets really need to be cleaned. Toilet seat was green they could use some updating, chairs in room have stains and there was a random stain on sheet. Overall it was alright though, it served it's purpose.

Overall 1 star because BED BUGS. The late night/early morning service was awful - rude & unwelcoming. The afternoon service was great - very kind and accommodating. WILL NEVER GO BACK because of the bed bugs. We were both bit up everywhere, horribly.

This motel is awesome I love it here.The rooms with hot tubs are nice and cozy and clean as well as the regular ones. And affordable.

In the past this was a great place to go to. But recently my boyfriend and I have been very disappointed. Boyfriend found a used bandaid in the jacuzzi tub the time before our last time there (figured it was a understandable thing missed by the maid). Today some old black lady was screaming her head off outside saying someone took her money. And then she was right next to us in the hotel and she was throwing stuff. Noticed some ants and then when my boyfriend went to take a shower there was a wasp in the bathroom. We closed the door and kept it shut. Disappointed because this was our favorite place to go to get away for a a couple hours and boyfriend really doesn't want to go anymore.

You ladies need to work on your customer service, the attitude is unbelievable...if you hate your job so much go find another one. Maybe something like dog grooming or housekeeping.

Nice room. Door locks need to work better. Good hot water for shower in the morning. Needs a small microwave in room to warm up left over food.

This hotel is so nasty as soon as I got to the room it had a nasty smell it was food on the floor and the hot water didn’t work so they moved me to another room they room was nasty to the couch was ripped up the toilet had so many stains I just packed up my stuff and left this hotel should not be open

Staff isn't really too friendly but the rooms are pretty cool cozy couches more like a small apartment than a hotel room definitely recommend this place and prices are very reasonable right around 50 bucks a night

rude staff. lied on the phone about rates. called and they claimed it was 80$ for a 4 hour stay in the whirlpool suite. Ended up being $125 . Bit my tongue but the manager yelled at my partner and i for water being on the floor. Why would you put carpet next to a hot tub and expect it to not get wet? I apologized and said “I’m sorry I tried to press the towels into it to get out what I can” and she said “YOU WANNA GO CLEAN IT?” Was a good stay, she spoiled it. She said “we’re going to have to rip out the entire carpet” ? Very odd considering there’s another review on here about her saying the exact same thing. I used to clean carpets, that’s not necessary. Every hotel usually has a water suction vacuum. Haven’t been charged any extra fees yet but Wont be coming back. Not to mention we could hear the staff talking to each other on the other side of the wall. Not very romantic. Don’t recommend, find some where else.

you can’t have a good experience here because all you hear are the workers on the other side of the door. It’s like no privacy

They are rude asl the rooms stink are dirty and they have bed bugs and the ac barely works and they lie about prices I would never come here save your time this place is a complete dump
