    Hey everyone! ☺️ I went to this Starbucks in Oak Lawn today on March 1, 2023. I went to this Starbucks for a remote work day. I arrived at this location a little before 8:30 am. I left around 12 pm for lunch. I came back around 1 pm. Finally, finished my remote work day & left around 4:20 ish pm. I ordered my go-to drink, a strawberry açaí lemonade. This drink never disappoints. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at this Starbucks. I definitely plan to come back here when I have remote work days and want to get out of the house. • The staff was nice • My order was made pretty quick • Little to no line throughout the entire time I was there (8:30 am - 4:30 pm) • Nice variety in seating (couches, single couches, & 1 long table in the back) • The wi-fi was really easy to connect to (I’ve had issues with connecting to wi-fi at some Starbucks locations, definitely varies) • The music wasn’t played so loud (just the way I like it) • One of the baristas was nice in taking my order & another barista was nice for letting me know what the code was to use the bathroom when I asked her

    Long lines and the coffee was made wrong. I didn’t wanna wait in line again so I just drove away because I was late for work.

    Coffee tasted like water and didn’t get my order correct wasn’t the best like I had at other locations. Needs better workers that get the drinks to their customers likening.

    In fact, I could spend hours not saying anything, just looking around me and enjoying the peaceful wi-fi atmosphere in Starbucks. The music is always quite good there, I would say that it depends on what mood you're in to choose your favorite songs. However, they always play something that fits the spirit of the place.

    I'm so disappointed. I never have an issue with my order, ever. I order the same thing evertime I visit, WHITE CHOCOLATE MOCHA FRAPPUCCINO. When the associate in the drive through gave me my drink I couldn't help but notice that it wasn't what it usually looks like. She argued with me as if I didn't know what I was talking about. I asked if there was coffee in it and she said "no, you ordered a white chocolate frappuccino." I responded that I said a White chocolate mocha frappuccino. She then went on to explain cold and hot coffee as if I was not understanding what I was trying to order. So I wasted $6 on a drink that just went to the garbage.

    Slow, rude service‼️ The barista slung my drink to me instead of handing it to me‼️ I feel like your products are way to EXPENSIVE to not get top notch service. Never again will I come to this location.

    Ordered a online order 20 mins before I walked into the Starbucks and still waited an additional 15 mins and walked out with nothing. Employees here are very slow and helpless and make you feel stupid when you ask for help.

    There is long lines inside and out. This location is always out of some sort of product. Inside was crowded. Many customers were not wearing masks. I took mine off. At the counter the cashier said I need a face covering and it was a law to wear it. I asked about the other customers not wearing a mask and I said it is not a law. I then put mine on and ordered a coffee. AGAIN, this location was out of product. This is the last time I'll be going to this location. Expected wait time for coffee is average 20-30 minutes.

    Lemonade was a bit too sweet for my liking but otherwise things were good on my visit here. Atmosphere was quiet, place was clean, bathrooms clean.

    This location deserves 5 stars. The line moved fast and the cashier offered me a straw for my iced coffee. I get the same thing at least 3 times a week but I go to different locations and this is the first time I didn't have to ask for a straw. I appreciate that! So next time I'm in the area I'll stop by this Starbucks again.

    Where do I begin? What the $@#& did she just tell me? You're gonna charge me an extra dollar if I want light ice?? 🤔 Not today! Not me girl! But I can get foam to take up the extra space in my cup from the light ice. I asked for light ice...not less drink in my cup. These drinks already cost $1,732,908, but you can't fill up my cup because I asked for light ice. I probably go to Starbucks 3x/wk, and have never heard this before. It's cool though. Cancelled the whole order. I can always go somewhere else cuz there's a Starbucks on every other corner, just like Walgreens. ✌🏾

    I'm visiting from out of town and popped in for my normal pick me up. Overall, the service was good. My only issue is that they didn't ask for my name. Other than that, the batistas seem friendly and appear to have a good flow getting the orders out.

    The white heavyset cashier at the drive window around 7 pm on 1/25/23 had a nasty attitude towards me. It seems as if my order was bothering him. Starbucks costs too much to deal with ppl like that. I used to come here frequently but now I will not because of that type of customer service provided. I do not recommend this location

    Starbucks has become my go to for iced coffee, the cold brew chocolate cream is my favorite. This spot was OK and the service was good. But my girls brown sugar shaken espresso needed more flavor. Tasted kind of boring.

    I got a grande cafe mocha and a danish. Sat down to eat. Facility was filthy. Papers on floor, tables dirty. Employees were behind counter and working drive through but I was amazed at the number of drive through customers having to come in for their order. 2 employees were unloading and replenishing stock to shelves while many of the drivers had to retrieve their orders inside. One customer returned to ask if they found a pair of air buds. When she left a female employee and male employee exchange inappropriate quips on “she should have watched her stuff,”, etc. unnecessary and certainly inappropriate considering customers were present and any one of their customers in the store may have experienced a similar loss. Inappropriate and disrespectful comments including unprofessional behavior from employees handling food.

    My strawberry frappe was not made correctly. Therefore I was dissatisfied w the barista. Prior to this one I had went two days before and the frappe was delicious, I don’t understand why they can’t follow the same steps as other baristas. Meaning it should be made the same way every time

    Starbucks prices are outrageous & make no sense! 1 of many examples: a hot venti white mocha has less shots of espresso & has less fluid OZ then an iced venti white mocha & is easier to make but still costs more then the venti iced white mocha..!?!? There is no logic to Starbucks prices, the outrageous pricing is the result of corporate greed!

    Worst experience ever waited over 10+ mins in the drive thru for a drink because the idiots kept making mistakes with the person who ordered in front of me. My drink waited , I waited , this store is absolute trash and the young white chic full of excuses is trash too

    I ordered on line using the Starbucks app, so I didn't have to wait but when I got there my orders were not ready and I had to wait. My sandwich fell out of the bag because the bottom part of the paper bag wasn't sealed.

    Mostly I pick up for delivery but employees tend to ignore the delivery drivers. My customers are your customers they pay both our bills. I don't expect them to drop everything for me but a simple I will be with you in a few minutes works great for me at my other job where I serve coffee and donuts.

    This is the only Starbucks I usually go to and I never have complains but the lady at the drive thru today right now around 10:45am was really rude and acted as if she was doing us a huge favor of some kind. I’ve never experience this happen at this Starbucks all the other people usually are really caring and sweet

    Fantastic staff! One member sings out your name and everyone else is just as friendly. Overheard them state the Starbucks was recently remodeled. It's very modern and clean.

    Always out of flavoring for my drink, barista offered another drink said it was compared to the toffee nut latte and NO IT WASN'T it was a chestnut praline and it was so disgusting and very disappointed to be out almost 5.00 on it. GET IT TOGETHER STARBUCKS LATELY YOUR COMPANY IS HORRIBLE AND STAFF IS RUDE. WANTED TO LEAVE 0 STARS. HOW CAN YOU GUYS ALWAYS BE OUT OF EVERYTHING.

    I wasn't really pleased with this location they didn't offer a full menu of different coffees and they weren't apologetic about it as far as they weren't making any because it was too late that part I understood but for a simple cup of coffee not to be on the menu was disappointing I was looking for Sumatra

    The line is usually a bit long, but that's because it's the last Starbucks just off of a major highway exit. Despite a 10 car line up most times I visit, I'm usually in and out in under 10 minutes with little issue. My drinks have always been right, too. The baristas are always polite and cheerful and everyone is great about wearing their masks. I come here regularly and will continue to do so.

    Worst drive-thru and customer service. Don’t come to this Starbucks. My drink was made wrong. I asked them to make it hot and they gave me cold black coffee.
