This Dunkin is the worst one in the area. Some of the employees are really rude. Don’t work in customer service if you don’t like interacting with people. They also don’t care how they put the donuts in the bag. I ordered a chocolate donut and the donuts were upside down. When I took them out of the bag, the chocolate was practically gone. The donuts weren’t fresh either. They were cold and hard. I’ve had this experience several times.

worst dunkin i have ever been to, I have been trying to give them a chance but they failed at even simple requests too many times, they rush you through the drive through when their not busy and every time i order something to the description of the menu so they don't mess it up they do anyway the food is either cold or looks like they played hockey with it and still its cold I swear there is no coffee in my drinks just milk and ice, i ordered a cocoa mocha and got a regular coffee with 1 pump of mocha swirl and tastes like just 1 part coffee and 4 parts milk. If you want dunkin donuts go to probably any other one in the area sadly this location is not worth your time or money.

I handed them a $4.99 coupon for a coffee, egg cheese croissant sandwich, and hash browns. And ordered a bagel separate. I was not given a receipt and was told $7 something. I checked my account and was charged close to $10 after I got home. Next time I will have to ask for receipt. Is this a mistake or on purpose? Not cool at all.

I went there on 3 separate occasions and they always messed my order up when I went through drive thru, so last time I decided to walk inside... They told me to place my order using their touch screen, I got half of my order and had to wait another 20 for box of donuts even though they were not busy and had 4 ladies working there. .. They would just ignore customers who walked in so most of them would leave after few minutes... worst customer service I've ever experienced.

I go here twice a day for coffee. Morning staff comes off rude. No hey how’s it going or thank you. Not a single word is what I’m saying. If I did that as a healthcare provider, it would be unacceptable. And I wonder what happen to having really long fake nails working in the food industry ? I only have to go here out of convenience.

I came in today and the girl with the glasses done messed my significant other’s and my drink up twice. Then carried on to laugh about her mistake while correcting it! We both got lattes and they put 90% milk and 10% coffee. It was terrible and we made that clear and she stated that “this is how they do it here per policy.” DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Rude employees

To all my early birds out there please make yourself a favor and skip this dunking and go to the one down the street. This is by far the worst customer service I’ve received in years. Specially the lady at the cashiers with the JORDAN tattoo on the back of her ear. Not only she got my order wrong but treated me with disrespect stating I didn’t order it correctly and asked the employees in the back as if they’re supposed to back up her mistake. Overall very disappointing with my order as well. Never coming back here again.

I don’t see why this location is still open. It’s ALWAYS something with them. The hours say one thing online, but they’re hardly ever open or no one is in there in the evening time. When they are open or someone’s there….it’s either “we’re not taking cards”, “our system is down”, “we don’t have this or that”….just always something! The last time I went they were only accepting exact cash. Today I went and they were clearly open but no one ever came to the window. Cars were still coming in. I drove all the way to Hickory Hills when this one is 2 minutes from me. They need to close permanently…let another business use that space.

I’d like to thank the ladies from this dunkin. My baby Genghis had his first ever pup cup, thanks to them. He was very excited. Thank you ladies!

If I could put 0 stars I would … HORRIBLE SERVICE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I will never return I didn’t get a recipe. My order was messed up got to window and the shift leader and employee still messed up order after explaining it again I called up there because they added oat milk to hot Chocolate. HORRIBLE . I called back and the shift manager thought it was smart to go back and forth I simply said it was a mistake on your end a my apology is better and I hung up I will be calling to talk to the General Manager.

Each time I come here, I can't complain my drinks are always made correctly and tastes delicious. You can tell they care about their job and customers. I recommend coming here

I come between 3-5 am for work and sometimes during the day but the coffee and service is always 10x better. They were not taking Apple Pay and the guy that works the night shift gave me my coffee still he’s always nice and polite.

The coffee is fine. But I got an interview when I show up on time she says that the interviews were canceled for today which I never received any notification for if anything I received confirmations about the interview. I let her know that and she gives me hella attitude throwing her arms and saying it’s canceled. Anyways I guess I dodged a bullet working for them.

Employees were rude. Grabbed my card, handed me my food. Never looked at me. Never said hello. No “here ya go”, Never said “have a good day…” I actually paused for a minute before leaving because I wasn’t sure if our interactions were done or not…thought maybe I had another bag coming.

Don’t waste your money on buying these overpriced stale ice cream cakes. It’s extremely obvious the cakes are way past their expiration date. They are so stale and disgusting.

Great selection every time I visit! FRESH ITEMS well stocked and fast, efficient drive-thru. Never disappointed and a regular customer morning, noon and night.

Was asked to pull over and park and wait on my smoothie thankfully I double checked my bag and realized they gave me the wrong food so I wind up having to get out the car go inside to get my correct food sandwiches and I also got my smoothie while I waited

OMG pls dont go or CHECK your food to be either or warm. I bought couple bagels lady on window kind of rush you off of the it because the clock is ticking meaning it counts how fast is the service and its in every fast food restaurants. Anyhow by the time I pulled to a spot within the lot, my bagels were as cold as they probably got out of a fridge. I cannot blame the cream cheese because it warm as well and just in case many don't know, it's keep on the counter so it be fast to be spread. So please don't stop here or make sure you check your food before driving away.

I feel for the owners. Today is May 28 2022 430pm. If your establishment is losing money and buisness the reason is simple you staff member thinks she's in the hood . Disrespecting a customer you only asked what line to order I walked out. Who wants to be served with a attitude from the gutter.

Some of the employees are ok but others border on being rude or curt. There seem to be frequent mechanical breakdowns and often they don't have what I want to order and if you go there late you might have a long wait . One time they made me wait 25 minutes before they even told me that they did not have what I wanted. I wish they got their act together. The place seemed mismanaged and it is the only DD I have problems with. The food when they have what you want is good and the coffee is excellent.

I order a hot hazelnut latte with sugar and they give me a regular coffee with suggar...this is not the first time that happend before.

My Coffee is 90% made wrong when i stop there. The Only reason i continue to go there is because it’s on the way to my job, but I’d rather drive 5 miles out of my way now Just to get good coffee. Gave this place so many chances.

Whoever worked on November 4th 2023 at 2am, they made the best crossant stuffer I ever had. Ovens were acting up and he made them work. 10/10 service. I will be back for more. McDonald’s was closed but don’t you worry, Dunkin is right across and they made it work.
