Went into the new location. Nicely done. Place is nice and open plus a nice outside seating area. They are horribly understaffed and the ones that were currently there are horrible in customer service, the lady N****E who was behind the resister was solo and was super inconsiderate IBHE to wait almost 15 minutes for them to refill the coffee. I had to reach out to a manager and even her was indifferent and really didn’t show much care, but another lady whose name I should have gotten stepped up and went in the back and got me a cup of coffee. Given Panera has a coffee subscription program they should inform and train their staff to make sure the coffee flasks are adequate full so customers don’t have to wait long periods. The failure at this location was purely the personnel who were just inconsiderate even though they saw a customer waiting and waiting and waited and didn’t care till I spoke up.

I ordered a bread bowl, was given a half filled small cup on the side, about 2-3 times smaller than the usual portion given when we order this exact same meal. Called to voice a complaint and had the "Manager" Tiara or something along those lines begin to cuss and yell over the phone and was just overall extremely unprofessional and aggressive.. We've been getting lunch for the Staff for years from there. Not anymore. Will be voicing a more detailed concern with corporate.

There was a nice dead fly in my food. I love protein, but that’s a bit much. I called since I had left they said nothing they can do. I spent $12 for nothing. Also, yes I ate one side and took two bites with the fly on it. I’m pretty disgusted. And my chicken was freezing cold like still thawing out. Not a good experience.

Very lovely workers. Can’t start my sunday mornings if i don’t have my tomato soup and caprese sandwich. One of the best panera locations Ive ever been to. Very cute atmosphere and high ceilings. Its really far from chicago but the location is worth it!!!

This one stinks..Attitude when ordering. I was nice.. She didn't seem friendly when taking my order and felt like I was an inconvenience when I asked to substitute my dressing.. Also doesn't listen very well, kept asking me the same question after I had answered. They always ask me to go park on the side...idk why .. The one by O'Hare is awesome, very friendly there compared to this place. You always get served thru the window, they have friendly service with a smile.

Ordered pickup through the app for first time Ciara at the window was very nice… I ordered the caprese melt very on the garlic side and the Mac and cheese bowl was good just felt like the bread should’ve been removed from the inside of bowl cause now my mac and cheese that came in a cup on side is like overfilling

The food is great I loved it and right when I get it I start eating. The service is pretty good the people are nice. The atmosphere is awesome, the only thing I dont like is that there are not enough places to sit when you are you are waiting for your food (when you are taking it out) the rest of the atmosphere is great.

Panera is good but the portions are small and expensive.

The price charged is outrageous especially the potions that are chinsy. The bread was absolutely uneatable Way too hard. Their turkey chili was delicious and I bought the bowl size even sprung for the bread bowl. Grub hub delivered my order and it was $37. And the portions were about 6oz. The squash soup was gross and one of my dogs didn't want to eat it. I can't see this business lasting very long. Two thumbs down 👎👎

This location is horrible. Ordered today and my sandwich had no meat and pretty much just cheese on it when it was supposed to be a chicken avocado sandwich. Cheddar broccoli soup with thin like water Then the time before this I ordered from here they gave me a barbecue chicken sandwich when it was supposed to be a avocado chicken sandwich I always have problems with this location will not be back call customer service and got a credit. If you want to go to this location make sure you check your bag before leaving

I like the food but this is the 3rd time this store has messed up my order. It says on the bill, "accuracy matters" clearly they aren't accurate. I can't even tell a manager because I order takeout and don't realize it until I open it.

This would have been four stars five years ago but the bagel and cream cheese selection has gotten worse. A bread shop should have more variety of bagels than Dunkin Donuts or Jewel or what's the point?
