Every time I come here I usually get The bowl this time it was made horrible. The wait was outrageous the guys seemed like they didn’t want to be there working. they looked like they just rolled out of bed and we’re forced to go in and prepared the Orders. My bowl was made horrible it tasted like old chicken the rice was hard like days old rice on top of that that supposedly so-called salad they usually give us in the bowl. I guess they ran out and they decided to pull out a cucumber and a tomato Chopped it up as big as blocks for kebabs and tossed it in my bowl. They thought I wouldn’t notice. I just threw my whole bowl away. Once I started mixing my bowl I saw the big chunks in the bottom hidden.

I really like this restaurant because they represent their food in a very good looking way, everything is clean, and they have a variety of options to choose from. Their sauces are good too. I like the logo of the restaurant and the details of it. I would suggest you to go eat there if you like to try Arabic cuisine.

I live around the corner from here and usually am a big fan of the bowl I get. I ordered early this morning around 8am and didn't get a chance to eat it until around 3pm... Upon eating I was chewing and ended up biting into that plastic piece shown. Very disappointing

Taste OK, but they are making the wraps smaller and smaller each time. Is not a cheap chawarma place, on the pictures you could see how smaller look the chawarma wrap on my fingers. A Mexican flauta is bigger! Supposed to be a wrap/ chawarma sandwich for dinner, is not an appetizer.

One of the best middle eastern joints in the area in my opinion. The food was amazing and the service equally good. Found this randomly and thought of trying it. And the trial was a huge success. Had the steak shawarma, the chicken shawarma and the zatar cheese flat bread. Each dish was fresh and tasted great. Another great halal place that you should not miss.

I absolutely love this place so much. They have the best Shawarma in Illinois🥰. I have been there twice and will definitely visit this place again in my future visits to Chicago.

I drove quite a ways from the suburbs to eat at this place after I saw an IG advertisement stating it’s the best shawarma in town. Unfortunately it is not. The chicken shawarma roll lacked in flavor and I had bits of chunky chicken cartilage in my sandwich. There is a good amount of sauce which helps give the sandwich its flavor but the veggies unfortunately lacked the pickled flavor. My bread was burnt and the smell of ashes overtook the entire experience. I really wanted to like it but I was not impressed

I have had a very bad experience today at this restaurant. The worker, who claims to be the staff manager (he is short with curly hair). He was very rude to me and my family. We come twice a week, at least to eat at this nice restaurant. I just hope that a nice restaurant like this would have a nice front desk workers who smile and be kind with their customers.

Baba Saj, a true gem among culinary establishments, left an enduring impression on me with its exceptional dining experience. From the moment I stepped into the restaurant, I was captivated by its inviting and delightful atmosphere. The ambiance at Baba Saj was nothing short of impressive. The warm lighting, tasteful decor, and thoughtfully arranged seating created an environment that was both elegant and cozy. The attention to detail was evident, with every element contributing to a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. As I savored my delectable steak wrap and perfectly seasoned small fries, I couldn't help but appreciate how the ambiance enhanced the overall dining experience. The soothing background music, coupled with the gentle hum of conversation, added a touch of sophistication to the meal, making it all the more memorable. While the service at Baba Saj was satisfactory, the captivating atmosphere truly elevated the dining experience. It provided the perfect backdrop for indulging in the exquisite flavors and textures of the food, allowing me to fully immerse myself in the moment. In summary, Baba Saj not only delights the palate with its flavorful offerings but also envelops guests in a truly enchanting atmosphere. Whether you're seeking a romantic dinner or a refined gathering with friends, this establishment will undoubtedly leave you impressed. The combination of outstanding cuisine, attentive service, and an inviting ambiance ensures that Baba Saj is a remarkable dining destination worth experiencing.

Hands down the best Shawarma in Chicago & the suburbs. The flavor is rich, the sauce is smooth garlicky. Very good Shawarma in terms of everything. Fries is usually hot also tastes very good. The only thing I would change is the pickles doesn’t taste like pickles other than that great job. Keep up the good work. Will be back again soon

The food is amazing, I’ve been to 20+ states and tried their shawerma & this place was the best & closest to Jordan’s shawerma! The person at the drive thru could be nicer tho.

Gyros pita off the chain . The food was hot . They give you a lot of food. Always make it a combo. Salad, wraps but the pita is the best. Dont forget the hummus. Love it

Excellent little place in the middle of a big shopping area that serves all of the usual Arab delicacies like falafel, shawarma and lebeneh. The side salad of pickled vegetables that comes with every meal is also incredible. Prices are slightly on the higher end, but the food is good and the presentation is made for instagramming.

Do not expect a lot like the hype out there! It's good I must say! A little better than others though. I wish they get the taste from old days!

This place needs more stars i ordered 4 meals and 2 sides, 2 chicken shawarma meals and 2 steak shawarma meals a side of rice and beef zatar. Highly recommend this place as it did not let me down. Food was fresh and hot and the cashier was very caring and repeated my order correctly. Tip your servers they deserve it.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT. I have not seen a restaurant in the US who’s maintaining a good food quality and portion. Also how fast they got me my order although the place was crowded with customers after Future was having a concert next street. Also the staff, so nice and they know what to do. Also they are so respectful and they will give you a warm welcoming. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Good shawarma joint that is open 24hrs. Their warmas are pretty good and tasty and the volume they do keeps the ingredients fresh all the time. Can’t go wrong with either the steak or chicken so give both’em a try. Their cheese and zatar breads are pretty fresh and legit as well….Hungry for a shawarma at 2AM, welcome down!! 😃

Every time I go there is a pleasant experience. Quality of food is exceptional. Service is so amazingly fast even with busy hours. People who takes the order, they always have a smile in their face, they give you the impression that you as a customer is the best asset they have. I would say this is the best Middle Eastern fast food in Chicago land area. There are many good ones there, and I enjoy going there as well, but this place is the leader. Thank you

Today i tried their food for the first time and here is my ratings Food: I ordered both Meet Shawrma & Falafel. I would give their shwarma 7/10. I like their special made bread but the meat tasted average and less than my expectation. I would give their Falafel 10/10 it wae soft, fresh and delicious. Parking: Limited parking but its free and they also have drive theough which is great. Price: Average & reasonable Service: Quick and their ordering process is well organised and professional. cleanliness: It was clean and neat place. Will definitely visit again when I am in town.

Is this how the falafel sandwich looks ? I bought them at 3 Am yesterday and when I get home I was surprised , the salad and the sauce is at the top only and the bottom of the sandwich is only dry and cold falafel , they were also under cooked , this was one of my favorite restaurant but lately the food quality and the service are bad

The food was delicious. We ordered chicken roll and shawarma bowl. It tasted great and the quantity was too good. The chicken was nicely seasoned. The interior space was quite small but it was clean and neat. Overall we loved the food and would love to try again!

Wonderful place with fresh high quality food and ingredients. Had the chicken zinger, chicken was a far cry in quality compared to most other restaurants recently. French fries are fresh hand cut crispy and delicious. The orange sauce included was also really tasty and had just a nice spicy kick to it. Woman who took our order was super friendly, the overall experience drove me enough to write a review, highly recommend giving it a try.

So far this is the best shawarma i had in the USA. And best humas too. The arab food they provide is the beast in the USA. If I would rate the food I would give them 100/10. I almost ate everything in the menu and i can say There is nothing not taste good. Very clean restaurant and not bad tables. But the only thing they need to improve is the customer service. The lady on the cashier never smiled never said a nice word. I know this’s how it works back home. But here they really care about the customer service. I still believe you guys deserve more than five stars, but I’m giving you an advice as a big fan of these restaurants. Thanks

The chicken shawarma was good , I could have asked for less white sauce as I like it little drier . I liked the presentation of the food . Overall 4.5 stars .

😠 Bad customer service. I’ve called in for 2 meals for 2 people, but when I came in they mixed up my order. Instead of 2 meals they prepped 1 meal.
