I love Starbucks and I have it at least 3 times a week. This particular location is very convenient but it is not my favorite. The customer service sucks. They aren't friendly whatsoever. The lady taking my order in the drive thru was huffing and puffing because I took a couple minutes to decide what I wanted, while no one else was in line behind me. They then gave me a cold hot chocolate and were rude about replacing it and were making smart comments about the situation. On a separate occasion, a man working there repeatedly called my brother "ma'am" when he is clearly a man, full beard and mustache. Just wouldn't recommend this location at all.

drinks and food were made fine, one of my drinks had AN INCH OF ROOM. in a drink that should NOT have room. if i’m gonna pay all this money for a good quality drink, at least give me my moneys worth and fill up my entire drink.

Very rude and don’t know how to make proper drinks. I’ve been coming here since it opened but now it’s just a horrible place to come to. The drinks that I order taste watered down and are messy. It’s close to my home but I’ll drive the extra few miles to go to the one on 159th and Cicero.

Still the best and most consistent coffee around. The best Baristas are only at Starbucks.

I been going to this Starbucks since they opened and never had a problem until today. I go here at-least four days a week to have to deal with poor customer service. Customer service is very important. Today I went and the lil boy that thinks he is a girl was very rude and extra today. He don't need to deal with the customers all.

The manager, I didn’t catch her name, but she had locs and was lighter skinned, was very friendly. The location ran out of dragonfruit and she explained so graciously. My daughter said “mom, she was so kind” when we left this location. Very friendly. Thank you!

Workers are always happy at this location. I got my order ready within one minute.

I go here all the time. Up until today this place is so unprofessional. I ordered 4 ice coffees and the employee was mumbling the whole time and continued to “talk over me” vary rude at the window as well. all 4 coffees smelled like cleening spay. I was so “disappointed” And “discussed“ that’s how nasty this place is. worst staybucks in the burbs.

I am so disappointed!! Got a cream based version of a frappe and the barista made my drink wrong not just once but TWICE, what’s so hard about not adding coffee to a drink that is one less step you have to take! And then they don’t answer the phone ever !

If dumb was a business, it’d be this. I went through the drive it was a line, so I went in and ordered ONE drink and was sitting there for over 10mins to end up telling them to just give me a refund. It was one person sitting down eating on her phone and the other girl took my order and went in the back. I stood at the register to place another order and nobody came to take it or said anything to me. I’d never come back to this Starbucks.

Friendly staff but they are slow as cold molasses and sometimes drink isn't really that hot so....eh!

I normally don’t have the best experience with this particular Starbucks. I go he because it’s the closest to my house. HOWEVER! Today I had a much better experience. I order my normal Match Lemonade and was handed my drink while I waited for my food. As I took a sip I was disappointed because it wasn’t that good. I guess the expression was on my face because one of the staff members (not the one who was working the drive thru) looked at me and said “is it okay, you can tell us” and smiled. I said no and she took it back and made a new one and insisted that I try it before I pulled off. Shout out to her. I should have gotten her name. She had black curly hair, maybe Spanish, really pretty. You’re the real MVP of that location.

I ordered 1 Grande drink in store. Over 5 mins for them to start the order. 3 employees inside. I had to leave the drink behind for the bus. It has NEVER taken them that long before. Still disappointed and a little angry. This was a waste of my time and money today. They are too focused on the drive-thru. Normally, I am in and out in 5 mins or less. Shop had 2 or 3 customers inside. Update: I went back the next day, and the man inside remembered me. I got my drink 😁😁

This is my little spot. The servers are charming- and always get my drink right. I order: Carmel Machiato Soy No Foam Upside down. Doing No Foam is nard, but they get it right everytime.

I am so happy this Starbucks is back open. Since I am usually at Starbucks at least twice a day it is refreshing to only have to drive 1/2 a mile to Starbucks again. The new remodel is beautiful and the staff is very friendly. They are still learning but that is to be expected, since they have only been open two weeks. I am a happy loyal customer and so far I have had a wonderful experiences at this location.
