Really Really good Ice Cream. My Wife and I went to this location for the first time, since the other location had a line down the block. I guess We had Our hearts set on some Plush Horse Ice Cream. Lol! We both enjoyed a cool treat on nice Summers evening 😀 😊 ☺️

Generous portions of homemade iced cream. Lots of flavors to choose from and all of the usual offerings, such as sundaes, milkshakes and more! If you like iced cream, this place is a must try!

I’ve been and come back to give another try. Overall the ice cream is okay. The texture is good but flavors don’t pop like they should. Butter pecan doesn’t have much of a butter pecan flavor and the butterfinger same thing. I’d come back if I had to but ehh.

I was very happy with our experience. The workers were great. My little one has a gluten allergy and they actually had a gluten free selection! They even went to get it in back so there was no cross contamination. And my baby was so happy she could have something just like her big sisters!! I loved the flavors I tried and was surprised to see such a large selection again. We will be back next time we are up this way.

The waffle sundae is excellent. You really can't go wrong with anything here, especially the grasshopper ice cream. The only drawback to this place is if someone with those annoying, super bright LED headlights parks right in front of the store and leaves their car running for some reason, thus shining bright lights right into your face. The windows are tinted, but you can see those terrible headlights from space.

Actually I was next door getting a Sandwich, but, after getting my food, I latched on to a Large Chocolate Malt from the Plush Horse. Brain Freeze but worth the pain! Always Good! 😋👍

If you’re a fan of mint ice cream, the grasshopper ice cream pies are dynamite!! They’re not overly sweet like others can be. I had one for my birthday and it’s been a hit with the whole fam! (The mint chip ice cream is also my favorite).

This Plush Horse location had the same wonderful ice cream creations as the one in Palos Park and the service was just as friendly. The decor is still cool, but not quite on par with the original location. If you're in Tinley, it's worth stopping in for delicious ice cream.

Wow. This place is pretty cool. All hand made ice cream on-site. When we went they had 5 vegan flavors: vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, rocky road, and cinnamon (made with coconut milk). They also have sugar free ice cream! Definitely recommend. And on Fridays they have color changing spoons!!

Awesome ice cream shop! They have so many flavors it's hard to make up your mind. My family loves coming here and staff is very welcoming. We always leave with a smile on our face. This place is a must when you have a sweet tooth!

First and last time trying. There were no friendly vibes inside from the staff, and the ordering process was weird. Ice cream was not good at all. I ordered cake batter ice cream and it just tasted like plain vanilla with sprinkless in it. I wouldn't have minded the cake batter flavor tasting like regular vanilla, but the vanilla was bland. I also ordered the key lime pie flavor but it was was also bad tasting. I ended up throwing it away. Definitely will not return here. I thought I might try this place since they look pretty busy, must be good right? Wrong, I was highly disappointed.

Decided to come here with a friend. Their cookies were delicious. Ended up purchasing a valentine cookie along with a sundae. The sundae consisted of Grasshopper flavored ice cream with gummy bears, hot fudge, and nuts. Aside from the treats and ice cream flavors, I really appreciated the customer service. When I first got the sundae, I noticed the gummy bears were missing on my sundae. When addressed this, one of the staff members fixed my order and it made my night. I’d come back again.

Delicious ice cream. They have about 25-30 flavors and they're homemade. It pretty pricey, but its a delicious treat every once in a while.

I love this place so much! Customer service is great, ice cream is wonderful, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The only problem I have with them is that they don't have more ice cream for breakfast days, lol. Trust me, you don't want to miss when it comes back, which isn't until February.

Compared to other shops in town here they serve ice creams with good amount of quality and quantity.

Staff very friendly! Patient with my kids while they sampled different flavors of ice cream. Portions are very generous! We all got junior cups, the smallest size, and it was more than enough. Yum! Can't wait to go back to try the waffle cones!

As always, wonderful. At this point, you always feel like a child and could eat endlessly, because the ice cream is so delicious. I will always come back here.

Went in yesterday august 1st 2022, waited very patiently to get some samples with my family. Didn’t even get to say a single word and a young worker looked at me and said in the rustiest way possible that they can’t do samples and just turned around and ignored me. I use to enjoy going here, be sure if I come again I will make sure to be rude right back to that worker.

We went to the original one but sadly it was closed due to a busted pipe. So we tried this one. Same delicious icecream.

DO NOT BUY A GIFT CARD!! Beware even if they can verify you have money on your card they cannot use it on their register! They have your money already! How embarrassing if you gift this!!! Manager is not helpful said she would call when the processing is working. Bad business practice when you know you already have the money!!

This was our first visit to this location, having tried Plush Horse in its original spot years ago. So many offerings and loads of unique combinations, there is something for everyone. The portions are huge so even the small will score you a large amount of goodness. The peanut butter chocolate and mint chip were favorites in our group but I really don’t think you can go wrong with any of the flavors. Stop in to try them for yourself! There at also pints available to take home!

Hands down best ice cream around.!!! There selection is awesome. There serving sizes are a little crazy. A small cup is like 3 big scoops. Not complaining just FYI.

Very good homemade ice cream, lots of flavors to choose from. I wish they would partner with Creative Cakes for their ice cream cakes though because the frosting that the Plush Horse uses on their cakes is terrible. It tastes like pure sugar.
