About last month I placed a order and waited for 2 hours for them to deliver when the pizza was ready a hour before. After two hours. We tried to call the place and canceled the order. They did not answer. We were on hold for 50 minutes until we hung up. After 3 hours of waiting the pizza finally arrived. Obviously cold, old. And we turned the pizza guy away. Who told us we would get a refund. And we will get 60 dollars worth of dominos points for free food. Never got it. Never got a refund. Had to call my bank and cancel that charge. Yesterday I took my chances and got a pasta, every one standing around not doing anything, there’s a line of 3 ppl, the one guy is held up on the phone. I walked around Walmart before even getting in line hoping the line would shorten. Nope it ain’t move. Anyway. Point of this: My pasta had no sauce. It dried up or they didn’t put any on there cause I was eating plain noodles I coulda made my own plain noodles for less than 8 dollars.

We ordered Chicken pizza, Cheesy bread with spinach, and Chicken Alfredo. They all tasted good and especially the cheesy bread with spinach. I just hated that they barely added sauce to the pasta and when I held the box it was so light I thought it was empty

I placed order to go when i pick up the food I saw two employees preparing pizza without gloves....that's big NO for me!!thats very basic thing to do for restaurant.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. I ordered over the phone and had a fundraiser card where for every LG pizza you purchase, you are supposed to get one free. I purchased 4 pizza’s so 2 should have been free, but they only honored 1 free one. I go to pick up my order and they never even started on it. They told me to wait 30 min and I waited over an hour standing. Many people who ordered online or on the phone were waiting there as well for a long time. I finally get my pizza and go home only to find my pizza order wrong. This place is a disaster. They are understaffed and it is run by 3 teenagers.

If there is less than once thought I would give it placed an order. It says 12 minutes once I checked out they’re given 45 minutes tried to cancel called 100 times and they never picked up the phone never buy from this place.

I’m ordering for a couple of my friends and they are going to pick it up @5 so I called the store it is 2 PM and I want it ready at five they told me they won’t have it ready until 615 if I order it online and can’t make any changes but if I call back or order it or place it at 4:30 it can be ready at 5??? I guess it’s hard to follow a simple request

3 hours waiting on a delivery. Called , they tell me hasn’t been made yet . Absolute garbage . Never again Dominos

Good food, don’t know how to answer a phone though. Called about 10 times and it just rings until it hangs up.

This place is a joke first time I called I asked if I can place and order the lady said no and hang up on me second time I called someone else answered and they said it was not Dominos it was Dominis very rude and unprofessional

Ordered online and the store cancelled our order because they’re closed. Only found out they were closed because we kept calling the number about our order only to be directed to the call center that only takes orders. Finally was transferred over to the actual store only to get the “We are closed” message. But nowhere does it say that online or with their call center. Took out money but received no pie in return. That’s poor management. Still trying to get our refund. Avoid the Harlem location.

Please be advised. This location is within the Walmart. Therefore they are subject to Walmart hours and close at 10p. We ordered a pizza only for it to be cancelled in the middle of the night. We tried calling but no one answered because they were closed. They cannot update the Google profile. So please be aware when ordering from this location. We were issued a refund the next day. But that evening was very frustrating. I gave a 2 because at least the call center should have this information and be able to redirect the order to a nearby Domino's on 95th.

Very nice place to visit. Walked in asked about there specials an order pizza's to go. Very nice employees here would definitely go back.

I requested my pizza be cut in squares and assuming they forgot and had to double cut it which left me with a 10 inch cut in 20 different pieces.

All over you find the deal for 699 pizza right here they're not doing it you have to be online otherwise in a charge for Get 1099 price

Best dominoes I've had. I highly recommend them! They really put effort into what they do here!

They don't deliver to the motel 6 that is about 1 mile from them and the guy did not even know the zip code in his own area or did not speak very good English

Unbelievably rude service. I called many times and they tell me to get my order together and hang up on me. Also when you order they take hours and hours to deliver your order.

It always takes over an hour to get our food. I keep giving them another try and I’m always disappointed. I called the store and they said they were busy. I get that. She is probably understaffed. Its Dominos tho. I don’t expect to wait over an hour for a dominos pizza. This will be our last time ordering. This place should be shut down
