This place has cockroaches. It’s funny because this was the first time in like 10 years that I went to an Einsteins Bagels and of course I see a dead cockroach right there on the floor next to the register. Here is a photo, the wall and floor tile will be pretty recognizable for you unfortunate locals.

Bagels are good but the staff does not keep a decent inventory. They refuse to make more Bagels after 10am and they close at 2pm. I really don't know why they stay open so late if they have nothing to sell. Customer service is lacking too. Employees are indifferent to customer satisfaction. They do the very bare minimum to complete a sale. Its almost like they're not getting paid. A total government office type feel in that place.

came to get a bagel, and the lady at the counter was incredibly rude. barely even paid attention to me when i was waiting to order, and had an attitude when i finally did try to order. i asked her for bacon egg and cheese, she rudely told me she didn’t have any eggs and then immediately went to go do something else. i’ve only been here one other time and they got my order wrong that time. will not be back

Great bagels! They are my favorite bagels. So soft and chewy, and always fresh. I tried the ham, egg and swiss sandwich, and it was very good. Next time I think I'd get 2 eggs so there is more filling. But it's very tasty. I also bought a dozen bagels, and they were wonderful. I shared them with my family, and only had 3 leftover to take home. My family loves their bagels also!

Absolutely horrible customer service. I’d give it negative 5 stars if I could. Staff are extremely rude and it shows from their attitude that they cannot be bothered working there. Manager standing right next to them and doing nothing while watching them be rude to customers. Never stepping my foot in that place again!!

I sincerely wish there was another Einstein Bros nearby. Love the brand and food, however service at this particular place is let’s say non-existent. I saw some other reviews about service, at least I am not the only feeling this way. Eventually, it hurts the Einstein brand and hope some management individual would pay attention. Updated 2/20 evening- Ok, I will give another try in the near future and let you know if the service has gotten better. Thank you for responding to my review. It is much appreciated.

I have to side with all the 1 star reviews. My bagel was burned like the inside was completely charred and ruined the entire taste. I was already home so I didn't bother going back. Save your money or go to panera instead

The food is fine but the service sucks. The employees don’t care to be there and have no communication.

Horrible experience. Did a mobile order and didn't get what I ordered because they didn't have it and was told there was nothing they could do about a price adjustment. So I paid for something I didn't get and they could not of cared less!! Rude and useless staff. Janiest EB I have ever been to. Tried to get help online but that is difficult too, email only......so not confident I will ever get a price adjustment.

HORRIBLE PLACE. I was served food that wasn’t even properly cooked. Disgusting and the fact that they almost make it mandatory to give a tip is absurd considering this service. I will never be coming back to this location again.

Bagels were soft and chewy and have lots of cream cheese options, although I was excepting more options.

Bathrooms are so nasty here we just walked out without ordering. If the bathrooms are this disgusting I can only imagine the kitchen. No management!

I ask for no schmere on my farmhouse, I get a sandwich full of black pepper schmere. Not the first time either.

Delicious bagels and cream cheese. Always a place to stop at when I'm in the area. Parking can be hard to find but worth a little searching.

I wish they are more friendly and professional. They were in a hurry and felt they just want to get rid of you fast so they can get to the next customer. Very pricey for a simple bagel in that region. I live in super expensive Bay area and I get better quality bagels for a slightly cheaper price there.

Came for breakfast as a treat for my graduation day. The staff looked miserable & I got the saddest, coldest farmhouse to date. Maybe understaffed but not a good time.

I had a very wonderful experience! I got a sugar cinnamon bagel and a mocha coffee! It was absolutely delicious! Yum!

The cashier was actively FaceTiming with a friend while trying to ring me up. General lack of cleanliness or hygiene basics throughout the place and zero sense of customer service.

I just got a Tasty Turkey sandwich here, took it home only to realize it had zero turkey on it! NONE! It was filled with way too much cream cheese and nasty, old lettuce, tomato and cucumbers that I wouldn’t even feed to my daughter’s turtle. Disgusting.

nasty place. Employees are rude and could care less about listening to your order. This is my third time getting wrong order. A very simple order. Go to Panera or buy bagels from a grocery store

Employees are RUDE and nasty just like the atmosphere and let’s not even mention the roach I saw in the bathroom. Gross.
