Management at this location or shall I say policy maker at this location is brain dead. Here's why I order cod dinner 3 xs a week. If I order a 1piece it comes w 1 tartar sauce 2 piece same 3 piece same they obsessed w not giving tartar sauce so now I pay 21 dollars for my meal. I need 3 tartar sauces with my 3 piece. I pay for extra 2. One manager who works dinner and bags order makes it appoint to short my dinner. I got wise and send person back in for it. Lots of money and aggravation. I am a throat cancer survivor and need my food moist because radiation fried my saliva glands so tartar sauce is not being wasted and I pray the manager that is stuck on stupid never has a medical condition that requires special needs.

The frozen custard is great but the price of the fish sandwich or meal is outrageous. I went there again today and asked for Cole slaw as my side. They did not give me a fork and didn't even apologize when I pointed it out.

The staff was awesome butttt my burger was raw not much but I’m a well done type of girl. Everything else was hot but couldn’t enjoy it after the seeing the burger.

Food is always good! Love the pretzel bites and the concrete mixers! Try vanilla ice cream with blueberries, cheesecake bites, caramel, and pecans! You won't get another mixer after you try that. If you don't like blueberries Try strawberry or another fruit. Also, service is always fast and efficient! Only one issue is the prices....especially for fast food.

First time trying this place. Their burgers are good. Wait time was pretty fast since it’s made to order. Great service. Friendly staffs.

Atlantic cod is excellent. But my personal favorite is their sourdough, double patty melt. My go-to, summer or winter. The butter burgers are my third favorite 😍

Food was good. However, the fish platter I ordered was lukewarm, by the time I got home. The cheese curds were good... again, once I warmed them up, as they were cold. Waited about 15 minutes for my meal. Customer service was friendly, though.

The food at Culver's is very good that my son eats it at least twice a week. Only one thing that bugs me, every now and then a few of the Culver's just seem to get the order wrong where it's incomplete. Unfortunately I do not check the bag to see if everything is in there, and I've even tried going inside and they still get it wrong. From now on I'm going to ask the workers to read back my order and check to see if the order is complete. I don't know what else to do. Don't get me wrong there's other fast food places that it happens too, so I'm not just targeting them.

What can be said about this place that is negative... nothing, little pricey but if you look good online you might find coupons and they have the best of everything. I think the Butter burgers are much better without cheese and a side of cheese curds 🏆

Food tastes good, but many items are fried. Bought the 10 piece shrimp dinner and the 3 piece cod dinner, and total bill for 2 people came out to $44. Not cheap. Apparently each Culver's has different pricing (unlike McDonalds and other fast food places). Employees were young and not enthusiastic in answering questions. Many could not answer what items came in each dinner, and what caused the price difference between baskets and dinners. Note that Culver's has no family meal offerings, unlike KFC and Popeyes, but similar to McDonalds. Mobile app is virtually non-existent, and website ordering is very confusing in determining menu items options with price comparisons. Site is riddled with push type ads. Basically have to be in ordering process to get pricing.

Food is great and hot but drive thru you have to wait not only for your food but other cars food too

Worst service in any place I have ever been to in my life. None of the cashiers knew what was happening. Everyones order was wrong. My order consisted of 5 burgers which were all wrong and he forgot to add one. After we spent 5 minutes fixing the order, he still brought me the same wrong order. I then had to go up for a second time and to fix the double into the single he literally picked up the bun took one of the patties from each burger and threw them away in front of me and everyone else in line. They still had to add toppings and by the time I got my food it was cold. I then had to go up again because they never brought me the kids free ice cream or the refund. I was in the restaurant for maybe about an hour and a half. Not worth the time at all.
