We ordered an extra-large half sausage and a half cheese pizza, when we got home and opened the box this is what we found! the sausage side looked like it wasn't even cooked and the cheese side was all sauce, no cheese! In is this accepted as a pizza?what universe no way does this look like a acceptable pizza. I called them and they said they would make us another pizza, when we arrived for our other pizza they said they were sorry but never offered anything for our inconvenience! I guess they don't want our business? Good bye Zacarelli"s!

Great spot! I love getting pizza here after or before Court in Bridgeview. They have video gaming and sell a lot of lotto tickets too. Nice little spot.

Pizza is good if this is the kind of pizza you're looking for. Greasy...but good because this was the taste I wanted today. My mild w/garlic wings (requested minced got it chopped) were sauced in grease!!! The more they cool off, the more disgusting they get. I'm gonna fish then out of that gunk, attempt to save the garlic & put some REAL hot sauce on them.

Not a high quality pizza but it gets the job done. Pizza is a little greasy, cheese kinda falls off, but the dough is thick though. But you get what you pay for because it was under $14 for a party size pizza with 2 toppings.

First time trying this place, my experience was great! Curly head guy at the counter was super nice. They mess up my pizza and had to redo it which made for a longer wait time. Not only did I appreciate them making it right instead of giving it to me as is but they also gave us freebies wings & a drink for the inconvenience. Great customer service! Will be coming back as we also enjoyed their pizza & wings. 🙂

Worked beside this restaurant at a main even they offered me to try out their food and it was amazing I enjoyed their buffalo chicken sandwich and fries 10/10 experience highly recommend the staff is super friendly and their hospitality is like no others.

Delicious pizza, I extremely loved it the first time I went to it. Second time around I didn't feel the pizza was as good. The service was excellent the first visit, but the second time the service wasn't as good. I would still go back and give them another chance, hoping the taste and service is better than my last visit.

Absolutely Delicious pizza! Friendly staff. We ordered (2) party size pizzas and an extra large for a family party. Everyone enjoyed the different toppings and we had plenty leftover. They do not skimp on the size or quality of their pizzas. We will definitely be ordering from Zacarelli's again. Love that they are local!

Staff was friendly. But the pizza by the slice was only warm. It wasn't hot. Also it wasn't very tasty! Frozen pizza is better. Their cheese fries were good. So this why I gave 3 stars.

No delivery until after 4... their website hasn't been updated... delivery charge is about 5 dollars...no specials... no coupons....so I no spend my money here ....thanks for nothing!

This place use to be good. Enjoyed the pizza so much. Went last night after almost a year. Holy cow!!! Soooooo gooooood!!! Whoever they hired to make their pizzas needs a raise. I need to talk to management about how wonderful the food was. Thank you for the amazing food is all I can say.
