They did not follow basic instructions I order a Veggie sub custom with onions nothing I ordered was on the sandwich they charged me for …. The worst thing ever is to look forward to something then get it and it’s trash … don’t think I will come back to this one

Tried calling ahead to place a pickup order. This was a very painful 5 minute conversation with the employee on 11/06/21 at approximately 6:35pm. I had to cancel that order and placed an order in the store for 5 sandwiches because she said my 5 sandwich order would take 30 minutes. I get inside the store and there is nobody in this place. My 5 sandwiches were made in 5 minutes. They weren't too happy to take my $45 order. This labor shortage is probably to blame. I hope the franchise owner reads this and educates his staff on the importance of good customer service. Ordered again on 10/22/22 a party box online for curbside pick-up at 1pm. Get there at 1pm and order was not even made yet although the order was placed an hour earlier. Food ready at 1:17pm and all the sandwiches were made with stale bread. This place really is bad and it's my fault for continuing to give them business.

This is the only Jimmy John’s that always gets the order right. The employees here always acknowledge you right when you walk in the door and are very kind and quick. This location is farther than the other 2 from where I live, but I still come to this location because I know they’ll get my order correct.

Delivery is fast and handy, fresh bread and fixin's. Tasty. We get delivery every few weeks and takeout more often. Always good. Love the new mini's!

Our company has a lot of meetings and times when we all just want sandwiches. Our choice is always Jimmy John's in Hickory Hills, IL. The staff is always friendly, helpful. Service is always on time and the sandwiches are always fresh. We appreciate all of you folks very much.

The food was as expected, but the service, have mercy. I had the misfortune of turning into the lot, behind her and she randomly stopped all katty-whompas in the middle of the drive, blocking traffic for several minutes. Then she practically stumbled her way into the store, to my surprise she clocked in... looking very disheveled and high or drunk... she needed people to repeat everything and she didn't appear to have showered. If she had been making my food, I would've just went some place else. Actually this women left a few minutes after I got my food...perhaps she's a manager or franchise owner.

A little pricey but still great tasting sandwiches. They make the sandwiches pretty quickly. Being right off 294, it's very convenient for those traveling to get off and either grab a sandwich to go or eat it there.

Most disorganized store. Good luck getting your order correctly. Picked up sandwich thru drive thru, got home….had the wrong sandwich and the wrong receipt. Called was offered a credit, wouldn’t deliver my sandwich because they had other deliveries and only one driver. How is that my problem? Joke.

Typical Jimmy John's, good service, but with a drive through! I love it.

Today I placed an order, for ONE sandwich .. I waited approximately 40 minutes for it .. I did a drive thru pick up to do it could be quick while on my break for work.. and it was kind of pointless.

My first time trying this place . It didn’t really do anything for me. Sandwich was dry. I prefer Subway over Jimmy Johns. The establishment was clean , workers was nice but Parking lot is a little small.

The worst sandwich I ever had in my life. So bad that I am actually writing review. Two slices of probably the cheapest salami and two slices of something was supposed to be capocollo but it was so chewy and not recognizable. This will be definitely my last order since previously i had issue with this location and "freckly fast delivery"

They did great if all sandwich shops for like this be awesome however the drive-through could be bigger so I can get a work truck through there but outside of that it's Ok.

I visited Jimmy John’s today and they were EXTREMELY BUSY ! It’s really easy for employees to get frustrated and overwhelmed but this crew that was working was sooooo kind and handled it very well ! I was shook on how fast I received my food ! GREAT JOB !

Not bad ....But took 45 minutes to get my subs and messed up as usual...ordered xmayo and it was dry dry dry as ever
