I lovvvvve Krispy Kreme but the visit to this store was not a good experience. The drive-thru had two cars in it but we had a looong wait. It was around Father's Day weekend so we thought we would splurge a little. The prices were high and the product was not the same quality that we remembered. The workers used to pull odd ball donuts off the assembly line but that did not happen with ours. There were several odd ball or unevenly cooked donuts. We were travelling a long distance so we didn't have the opportunity to return them. Out of the three dozen or so donuts, we expected a box of warm ones. That didn't happen either. We probably won't go out of our way next time we travel to that region.

First off, I asked for a hot specialty latte. They told me some kind of machine was down so they could only do frozen drinks and coffee. I asked for the vanilla mocha and ordered a specialty donut. They didn’t have the donut either. I ordered something else. It took a long time to get my food, the customer service was poor and my coffee was cold. It wasn’t even warm. This was my first time ever going to Krispy Kreme and it will be my last. I’ll stick with my Starbucks

Day after Christmas we brought the kids to have a donut. Posted hours say they are open, but a sign on the door says "driver-thru only." We get back in the car and see three employees lounging at a table. To make it worse, when we attempt to place our order, they only have one variety of donut, nevermind the three employees sitting on their butts having coffee! Will not be coming back....

if i could give them no stars i would. i placed a order to be delivered to my husband at 2pm why 2 hours later i get an email saying my order was cancelled so i called the store and the manager said the system closed online orders. i asked her why it take 2 hrs to close and cancel my order and she rudely said your money will go back on your card and hung up on me

Truly Disappointing, My 8 Year Old Son Was Practically Begging to come here. Because they supposedly give out free donuts for good grades. #1 AWFUL Service first we went up to the store it said Drive Thru Only. I had to tell other people also that it was drive thru only which totally ruins the whole experience of watching them make the donuts in front of you. But I thought that it was fine until we pulled up to the drive thru and we heard a kind of a scratchy voice but we thought nothing of it. And the employee said hold on. We had to wait about 6 minutes before the guy responded. We said about the promotion and they said they didn’t do that anymore I was truly angry because of the gas and the other expenses to come here. And my son was disappointed now I finally understand why they’re going out of business.

Staff was professional, but not friendly. Very limited selection. Apple Fritters are only available on Fridays(corporate decision). Then I asked for a cinnamon roll as shown on the menu. They are only available on Sundays(today). There were none made yet today. This was around 7:30am. The store opened at 6am. Kinda disappointed. Last time I stopped here, about 6 months ago, there were other items on the menu that were not available for purchase. Perhaps I'll try again in another 6 months.

Came through the drive through, at 9 am this morning. Ordered 1/2 dozen donuts. I even let them pick. I could use them as hockey pucks that's how hard they are. No worries I won't be back.

I haven't had a Krispy Kreme donut since they went out of business in MN so I was super excited when I was driving by this one. Unfortunately the donuts weren't very good. I think they should offer to heat them up for you if you say you're eating there. I like that you can watch how they are made and the place seemed nice otherwise.

Horrible experience. Pulled up to the drive thru and we were told to wait. Then we were told to just pull up to the window. When we got to the window we were given a price to pay. We had not even ordered yet which seemed to confuse the person at the window. We were then told there were no more glazed donuts as their machine was broken. We were then told "sorry ladies you'll just have to come back". And then she slammed the window shut. We drove from Orland to give my granddaughters a treat. It's not like it's around the corner.

These were not worth an up charge and should never have been placed in my box. These feel as hard as they look. Krispy Kreme has always been my go to, but with the inflation of prices, how is it hard to make sure the quality is sufficient.

My visits to Krispy Kreme have left me frustrated. Despite giving the location multiple chances, I consistently encounter issues. The donuts lack freshness in the morning, and my first coffee order was served at room temperature despite my request for a fresh cup. Unfortunately, subsequent visits have been marred by either a malfunctioning coffee machine or a lack of available donuts. These experiences have been disappointing, and it seems the location needs to improve its consistency and customer service.

I love their original glazed donuts but BABY the Strawberry 🍓 glazed Strawberry 🍓 filled donuts is RIDICULOUS !!! Too addictive, you've been warned!! I need to buy some for my freezer 😁

I ordered 3 boxes of mini donuts 5 days before pickup. I get there to pick up my order and they said they didn't receive it. Then they changed it to they don't have the mini donuts. 5 people in there working and they couldn't get a small order together with 5 days in advance. Instead of offering other options they just offer a refund.

I literally drive a hour out to get a hot donut today was the last straw they saying they not making no hot donuts today and the lady laugh over the intercom it’s like y be in business if you selling cold donuts

It took 20 mins for 3 dozen donuts.. I was asked to wait at the entrance, had to come back through the drive through (after waiting 10 mins) and waited another 10 mins in the drive through as well!. Just ridiculous

Minnie is a ray of sunshine her customer service was superior. I wish more people took pride in her job like she does definitely will be back

Worst experience at Krispy Kreme ever. We asked for donuts the chocolate ice and they said they didn't have any more I asked if they were making more they told me no. So I gave all of my donut choices to my kids because those are the only ones I eat. Come to find out some of the donuts that they wanted we're out of stock as well, but they never told us and we just were waiting while the drive-thru and other people kept getting their orders. Finally I asked what was going on and they said that they were putting chocolate on the kids cream filled Donuts they ordered. Well, While we kept waiting they now brought out chocolate iced Donuts which is what I wanted originally. I went up and asked if I can now have the chocolate ice donuts for the inconvenience. They said no but they'll swap out Donuts from the original dozen. I asked if they would do anything for the long wait and inconvenience and she snoodly said yes, that she'd swap them out but wouldn't do anything else. Not even 1 of them. Very rude and stuck up! The whole while there were staff sitting in the corner at the table, the cashier running around back and forth and no one really looking like they knew what they were doing.

Talk about hard sell. I pulled into the drive-thru, as they have the lobby closed. I tried to order 3 donuts, but the girl kept asking me how many. I told her one each, 3 times. She kept saying... you want 20 donuts? I couldn't even understand how "one each" could sound like 20. I ordered 3 types of donuts, but she said I wanted 20 donuts, then when I went quiet, trying to figure out how to complete my order, she told me she'd be back in a few minutes...I just drove away. Did KK start paying people commissions? What sort of hard selling tactic is this? You gonna force customers to buy 20, what is that number coming from? I mean aren't they sold in dozens? Shouldn't they be trying to force me to buy 24? Anyway... I'll never be back.

Great service! Marques is the best cashier I’ve ever had the blessed moment to speak to. He’s very optimistic, great service, and speedy quick. Everyone store needs a worker like him. He really makes the customer’s environment so pleasant. He makes the donuts with LOVEEEEE! Will definitely be coming again the 4 hour drive was worth it! The donuts were delicious! Perfect presentation and very. Lastly, the outstanding service of the manager Kea was extraordinary! She was able to walk me through the menu, rewards signup, and helped me save money! Definitely recommend to stop by.

930 am drove 30 minutes to get some donuts. No donuts ready till 11am. Only minis. Girl at drive thru VERY RUDE didn't say thank you bye hello....nothing not even a smile. Not a good or happy experience at all. Epic fail Krispiy Kreme.

I had placed a pick up for two dozen donuts for 12:45 PM. I pull up to the window. I tell the worker I have a pick up and she asked for the name I tell her the name for the order and what I have in the order, she tells me we don’t have the Scooby Doo and I asked for a refund because I drove 30 minutes to get those. She assures me I’m gonna get a refund and an email confirmation about a refund. I pull into a parking lot to make sure I get my money back. I go onto the app and it says my order is completed. I have nothing from that order , so I go back to the store and I ask why did it say my orders completed? If you guys said you don’t have it and I’m getting a refund she tells me to pull up to the window and guess what they had my whole order I don’t know if someone was trying to steal my money or steal my order, but that was ridiculous

As usually this place stay packed... but I had order Mines the night before. I had the bright idea to bring Krispy to a Repass and it went beautifully. But as always the doughnuts are always delicious and there was none left and I bought 5 dozens.. Thanks ☺️

It's been about 10 years since I went to Krispy Kreme and happened the past one and couldn't wait for the coffee in the donuts I do remember it is absolutely delicious. However I went through the drive-thru ordered a very specific coffee and very specific donuts they gave me the wrong donuts in the drive-thru give me a hard time about exchanging it, and I was just kind of like whatever so I drove away and got about a block away and sit my coffee and it was absolutely cold there was no cream or sugar in it it was garbage it was like they just had a rotten pot sitting around and got rid of it so I'm going to say it my disappointment was beyond belief but I was too far to turn around and worry about a $6 purchase but I do know that I will never ever show up to this facility again.

We traveled all the way to this location all for absolute nothing. Got there at 10am and was given old donuts! Lady straight up lied to our faces about them being fresh and was given a full refund and a waste of time. This was about to be my first krispy kreme donut and it was completely ruined. Glad to have never wasted my money on this business. 0/10

Enjoyed the banana creme pie donut! Nice twist on the old fashion dessert. Tonight was crowded as Krispy Kreme was giving away a free dozen of donuts to graduates. Nice gesture to customers!

Drive-thru customer service needs improvement; on the other hand, the original glazed donuts are consistently delicious which is great; frozen lattes could not be made apparently so instead I ordered an iced latte which was just okay (but tasted too sweet)

Getting worse every day. Don’t expect edible doughnuts if you go too early. They will be cold and hard like they have been in the freezer. And the closed lobby is irritating. They are rude at the drive through. If you order any of the ice coffees. They will bring them in a much smaller cup with no whip cream.

Came here with a friend tonight we hangout and done coffee and talked, no complaints except that the lady made a mistake on the size of our coffees, other then that not a big deal. She was very kind she brought our coffees to us and I loved the music they played very jazzy and fun. We had a good time. I like this krispy Kreme it's not to bad.

Extremely disappointed. 😢 I had been wanting Krispy Kreme for weeks now, but there isn’t one in my town or close to me. So I convinced my husband to take a drive to the closest one to us ! We made a whole little trip out of it with the kids an all, who were also so excited to get the donuts! So we go, and get 2 dozen original donut as they handed us the boxes the boxes were cold ( not room temperature cold!!) almost like they’re been sitting in a fridge. When asked if we could please get some warm ones. We even offer to wait if we needed too, it was only 6pm and the store didn’t close until 10pm. The worker there responded “No! We don’t have any hot ones, the heat lamps not working.” And that was that. I was disappointed, hope everyone else has a better experience.

WORST PLACE IN THE WORLD TO TRY AND ENJOY A DONUT. Went in with my 2 year old daughter to have a valentine donut and enjoy some time together. Was kinda hard to enjoy anything in there. The entire staff, literally the ENTIRE STAFF, every single one of them. Sitting in the lobby playing loud obnoxious music, cursing, and twerking. They greeted the customers as they came in but continued to just act like as if they were in a club. I truly believe that they thought what they were doing was okay. Just down right disrespectful and distasteful.
