Searching for a local coffee shop in the Wheaton area and this one came up and we gave it a try, so glad we did. Not only was it one of the best tasting lattes I’ve ever had, the staff was friendly and the shop also sold merchandise such as mugs, jewelry and shirts. Your purchase really does matter as they give back to those in need. You can read about it on their posted signs while you take time to relax and enjoy your coffee in house in a ceramic mug (if you choose) instead of throwing away a landfill plastic or paper cup. Thumbs up, wish it was closer to home. Sitting in the shop gave me a good un- rushed feeling. They even have pasta sticks available for stirrers. That’s a first one I’ve seen. Neat.

A great spot for coffee. The breve latte I ordered was excellent and the fresh baked toasted muffin bread with butter and jelly was some of the best I've ever had. It's a small place, so there isn't much room to lounge around but that didn't detract from the experience. The employees were polite and helpful

Cute coffee shop. Cozy home like design. A bunch of local and good cause items for sale (jewelry, lotions, candles, cards…etc). Friendly staff - good coffee (I ordered the cappuccino) - nice variety of drinks other than coffee and eats. Overall good spot for meet ups or light work.

"My half of the sky" is a really wonderful locally owned coffee, tea, jewelry and apparel with a purpose shop. We stopped into this great business after going to the Wheaton Farmers Market. We are so glad that we did! The coffee and tea selection is wonderful, and the selection of muffins and quiche was so good it was difficult to choose just one thing. I really appreciate the jewelry made by women and for a purpose. Also they have other retail items including mugs and t-shirts. I will be stopping here to buy some birthday gifts in the near future.

I been at this place a couple times. And the coffee has a unique and bold flavor. I had the cortado pair with a guava and cheese empanada. Was delicious, they’ve a nice outdoor seating and very cozy atmosphere. The staff are friendly and approachable. But last and most important they have “Coffee with a Mission” they’re a nonprofit organization that help the less fortunate. I give them a big shout . Blessed them in this journey. I hope this vision grow bigger and biggest . Because we’re very fortunate people for having endless blessings at our country.

Very quaint coffee spot! Nice and cozy inside and plenty of outdoor seating. I'm not a coffee snob , but to me it seems they have very good variety, as well as decaf, non dairy , and low sugar options. They also serve small bites here- mini donuts, quiche, other pastries, snack boxes, etc. I had the tastiest decaf salted caramel latte with coconut milk - highly recommend. Apparently you have to pay for wifi here, though, and they offer packages. Can't confirm for 100% There's some small conference/study rooms that you pay for and reserve ahead of time. They also sell things like candles, jewelry, tapestry items. Overall, I really liked this place and would return.

Small business coffee shop that offers a variety of flavors. There's a small room before you reach the line to place your order where you can browse some items for sale. The first time I went here, I ordered an iced java mocha latte and a pumpkin muffin. The coffee was bold and flavorful. It wasn't too sweet and was better than Starbucks (in my opinion). The pumpkin muffin came with a dollop of butter on top, and it was so good that I bought another before I left. It was even better the second time when I ate it the next day. I warmed it up in the microwave, and the muffin became super soft and pillowy. The butter melted a little to give that glazed effect, and I ended up eating the whole thing within 2 minutes. I walked to this coffee shop the next day, and I ordered a decaf lavender vanilla latte. It was so good. You could taste both the lavender and the vanilla without it being overly sweet. It was a perfect treat during my walk in the chilly morning. Highly recommend this little coffee shop. There are even small rooms you can occupy inside if you need to do some work while you're there.

This coffee shop is SO CUTE!!! definitely feels cozy and just perfect for a cold day in the windy city!! Lots of delicious choices and ready to order desserts I got the dirty chai and it was one of the best I've had in a while! Greeted with smiles and a little shop for gifts and ideas to fill those stockings!! Best part of the whole concept is your purchase matters! Love people. Love coffee

Casually strolling through downtown Wheaton I stumbled across this gem ! I had the salted caramel iced coffee with almond milk, it knocked my Starbucks search straight out the window. Just wow. Service was the best and the shop itself was adorable ! I now have a reason to visit again !

I love the coffee here. It is not acidic. They also have flavors not as common at other places. I love their iced horchata latte. In the fall, they have an amazing apple cider. Recently I tried their watermelon cucumber mint drink. It was very refreshing. My friend likes them because they have milk alternatives. The only complaint is that the building is an old house. It can get very crowded very fast. Because it is small, there is often a long wait. The drinks are worth the wait though.

An upbeat coffee shop. They have their own little gift shop for more things to purchase like handbags, shirts, etc. The service was good and friendly. The espresso was good and the salted chocolate chip cookie was ok. I paid a little over $7 altogether which is about average. Lots of space and rooms to hangout with outdoor seating. Nifty little coffee shop in heart of downtown Wheaton!

Beautiful venue! Inspiring values: Love People Love Coffee. A really nice place to relax, grab a snack and a sip. Vietnamese latte was 4/5. Don’t know exactly what’s in there but it was good. Coffee could be richer. But overall good. Quiche 2/5. Hard and disintegrating. Rice crispy 5/5. Gooey and crispy!!

A great coffee shop with a great mission. The coffee and treats available are both delicious! It's a busy spot but the line moves quickly!

Great little coffee shop that literally exists in a old Wheaton historical home. It is right downtown, a stones throw away from Wheaton College. The coffee is good, the meeting space extends from the downstairs, across some rentable rooms, and upstairs with more private rooms and open space. Great spot to study and meet with friends. Can’t vouch for the pastries, but the coffee is good. I ordered a cappuccino. It was nice!

Discovered them right before I moved from the Wheaton area, but I continue to drive down because I like the coffee. If you get just a latte with nondairy, expect to spend around $7-10 and if you add in food… maybe add another $3-10. I’ve liked everything I’ve tried so far. Not many places to sit so I always order everything to go

Super cute place but what’s Vietnamese about my latte without the sweetened condensed milk? I love that it’s not filled with students taking up seats with their laptops. The house is beautiful. It took some time to get our lattes. If anyone has any information about what is Vietnamese about the latte I’d love to hear. Thanks!

Very cute atmosphere and the coffee is delicious. Our group got a variety of drinks (horchata latte, green smoothie, protein shake, cold brew) and we all tasted each other’s drinks and all of them were amazing. The staff is friendly and service is quick. Kiddos to the owner, Renee, for creating a business with a meaningful purpose.😊❤️

I wandered in less than 15 minutes before they closed on a Thursday and the staff was extremely polite and helpful - quite a pleasure. I had a medium golden cinnamon latte and it was quite good. I definitely recommend My Half of the Sky and will return. They also sell a variety of locally produced items - jewelry, greeting cards, and more - and provide business collaboration space.

Our FAVORITE coffee shop in the burbs. It’s always a treat to get my half of the sky! The pumpkin spice latte in the fall is amazing with their homemade syrup. Lattes, teas and pastries are excellent. You can’t go wrong with anything. You can order ahead online which always helps - sometimes the line is out the door!
