Security ended up hitting a friend of mines with a metal object which ends up knocking him out and on top of that he was held by security when this happened. Another security member grabs a young kid at the entrance and punches him and slams to the wall in front of the bar. Keep a look out for this guy and his flashlight. I brawl broke out after he struck the guy in the head which caused the party to react. Could've been handled much more professionally and the fights could've been avoided.

Terrible service. Waitress was on shift change wouldn't take our order and the new waitress didn't even come to our table. After 30 minutes left $20 on the table to cover an appetizer and two beers. Actually, thought we left too much!I di not know how this place stays open and will never go here again.

Dirty place whats good is it open late. Bartenders are rude they charge prices they feel like. Security charges extra after midnight so they can keep the extra. Maria was great barely see her now. Shot girl is a charming beauty sad to not see her hope her schedule is back

This is one of the most worst bars in the whole area to go to all of their staff is completely rude. The owners of the bar are completely rude. And there's Roaches running all around the bar. While the bartenders are snorting lines of Coke in the bathroom. Place should be closed down.

The food was great but the service was lacking. The Chicago burger was delicious as well as our tables food..but hardly worth the wait. Decor was dated sports theme with video gaming adjacent to the dining area. If you want to spend the afternoon..this is a good choice. However if you are hungry and don't like to wait ? Choose elsewhere. There are better choices.

I have been ordering from durbins for over 30yts. I stepped order and put them since they no longer give out coupons for their pizza. You just responded to my review I just want to join yesterday and there was no durbin coupons on the receipts at all. Five-dollar coupon and TripAdvisor for $5 off your pizza if I come in tonight are going to use that coupon for me? And who am a speaking to so I know who to ask for tonight. And again I was at jewels yesterday and there was no Dubins coupons on receipts and there are no coupons in Val pk how do I get on your direct mail for coupons??? If I come in tonight for pizza will you honor the five-dollar coupon from 5 stars???. I thank you for responding so fast to my review but again I need your if I come in tonight to order your pizza. And you still have not answered my question regarding the five$ off. Can I still need your name please thank you

We booked a party there for February, 2023. When the bill came, the charge was much higher than agreed too when we booked. We were told we would have to wait until Monday to speak with the manager, Nikki. In order not to cause a scene in front of our guests, we paid the bill and tried to contact the manager that Monday. It took several attempts but we did finally reach her. She admitted guilt on their part and we were promised we would receive a reasonable compensation once they figured it out. (We have proof in texts and she knows we do.) We have not heard from her nor anyone else from Durbin's since then and have received nothing. They will not answer our phone calls nor our texts. We reported them to the BBB and they will not answer their correspondence either. They obviously do NOT stand behind their word, do not care about their customers, and their customer service is horrendous. We will NEVER do business with them again. We are making sure we get the word out so no one else gets scammed by this place.

Been going to Durbins for years.It is close to our home. Always have drink and food specials. My wife and I enjoy their pizza. Burgers are good and big. Turkey club very good and cream of chicken soup has large pieces. New special they have Thursday is rib special ribs very meaty and good. Used to have meat loaf special hope they bring it back very good. Most of all their bartenders are fun . Enjoy their company. Amanda Stephanie and Misha to name a few. Their new manager listens to you and is trying to improve on Durbins. A lot of regulars that been coming here for years. Like Cheers were everyone knows your name.

Was there for a reunion event. Staff was awesome. Food was good. All around great time. Great value. Thank you Durbins!

I am from out of town. My son loves hisplays but me the place is awesome. People are beautiful the service and the waitresses are awesome love. The place you cannot go wrong come in here. It is an amazing atmosphere amazing friendly people loved it.

Terrible service at the bar and it was pretty dead. There was two bartenders that seemed to be more interested in texting, watching TV, and doing shots with other patrons. The only one working hard was the waitress serving the tables. I definitely would never go back. Hopefully their gambling machines keep them in business because their bartenders and food sure aren't doing it.

I come to this bar on a regular basis and I am never let down. Pizza is great staff is fun. Specials are cheap and delicious.

Long time patron never disappointed. I always order when I come home to visit my parents. Wing are always perfectly cooked.

Great spot with pizza and full bar. Staff was very accommodating for our group…. Not sure how many we were, but they were so nice! It was a 50 year high school reunion and we did a lot of drinking and reminiscing! 🤗🍕🍷🍺🥃

Great local pizza and bar! But don't stop there! Excellent appetizers, sandwiches and dinners. Enjoy a casual family and friends or sit down after a hard day and have a beer and watch your favorite Chicago sport team.

We went on a surprisingly not busy Friday night. This is a neighborhood pizza place and tavern, the kind I tell my kids I miss from growing up. The pizza itself was very good. I eat gluten free and I found their gluten free crust tasty and well-baked. The toppings ans cheese are generous, the sauce was flavorful and just a touch sweet, really good balance. The place had a small dance floor with lights, which wasn't on at the time. It's not strictly a family restaurant but we felt welcome and enjoyed our meal. Our server was friendly and took good care of us.

I have been here many times and have never been disappointed, and the food is absolutely amazing and the staff is so respectful and wonderful.

We went there to drink around 12am, beer was cold, other drinks were made well, bartender was friendly, and prices were reasonable. What more could you ask for? Can't speak on the food since we didn't order any, maybe next time. The place was kind of dark, but if you're out looking to drink at 12am that shouldn't matter.

People working as security are horrible. . security female 35-40 old. 10$ cover to enter . Walked in paid 40$ for 3 ppl and she would give me 10$ back starts yelling that i called her Bitxh.. tried to talk with her.. but no started being rude yelling me out acting bossy and had guys to escort me out lol. So we left and they didn’t even give us out money back.. !!! Great experience, Amanda I believe that was her name was or server, seamlessly balancing her bartending duties and serving us at our table. Branding iron burger was delicious, perfect bun held together hitting the spot holding all the tasty pulled pork onion ring and burger. Going back for sure 😃 Another trip, delicious pizza

Durbins food & drink specials are nice. For example they half price dine in pizza on certain days. Their steak sandwiches are delicious! Ask for grilled onions on it. Chicken wraps look like burritos their so big. Overall you get your money worth & a full belly. Now they have drink specials going on all the time. Like $2.00 16oz cans of domestic beer. What other drinks you'll have to go to find out. I just go for the 16oz cans. Bingo brings in a mix crowd of ppl. You'll find families, old & young attending Bingo, with Bingo Bill as the host. He really knows how to make the game entertaining. Prizes can be anything from winning free food from Durbins to gift cards, to a cash pot for the final game (we never win anything, yet lol). Don't know how much the cash pot is. Forgot to mention that it's free to play. There's other events they have like Karaoke & dj's spinning dance music on Friday & Saturday nights. The staff & manager are great. They really take good care of you, especially if your a regular that comes there often. Renee & Mariah are the best! Renee is a sweetheart. She usually works the early shifts at the bar. If you don't like Renee, something is wrong with you! Unfortunately she's in Florida for the winter & won't be back until spring probably. Then there's Mariah.. can't say enough about her. Constantly working hard, checking on customers to make sure everything is ok with them. She takes very good care of us all the time. Girl barely takes a break! We really appreciate her service.

What you would expect for a south side suburbs low end pizza bar. Nothing special about any of it. Just regular pizza with average priced drinks. Good place if you are hosting a cheap pizza party and don't care about the look of the place.

I ordered a small pizza with sausage, onions, and green peppers and a tossed salad. My order arrived on time. The pizza was hot and the salad nice and fresh. The ranch dressing was good also. Enjoyed the meal.

Does this place not care about their pizza anymore? Ordered at 8pm. Pickup time scheduled at 8:30. Arrived to pick up at 8:31 4 minute drive home. Pizza was Rock hard and couldn’t even bite through the crust. I was upset and didn’t want my anger to come through the phone so we threw in a frozen pizza into the oven. Not good

Our waitress Amanda was sweet, funny, and kind. Was my first time at Durbin's. Pizza was 1/2 price today and we got to play bingo. We celebrated my grand-son going away to college. Would definitely come back.

Bartender was very friendly and cool to talk with. She always checked in on us and she has a good sense of humor. The half sausage and mushroom pizza was delicious and very tasty! Great place to visit! Keep it up!

I met my friends here, who had been waiting on their server for a LONG time even before I arrived. She was sitting at a table on her phone, then sleeping . . . I didn't get my first drink til I got up n walked to the bar n ordered . NOW the bartender was amazing . Brought my drinks to us back at the table. And was quick with the next. Very friendly, sweet and attentive . We closed out my friends tab at the table n moved to the bar for better service from the bartender

Exceptional service and delivery times! Drivers are always on point and never let us down. I’m a regular and I would recommend just about everything on the menu. So freshly made and awesome sauces on wings 🔥😋

Waitress was running the place by herself. Nice young lady and attentive even though she seemed to be preparing food and waiting tables at the same time. (She gets 4⭐s for service) I hope you don't expect much in terms of decor... This place has seen better days and I'm glad I didn't go in the kitchen. I give the decora 1.5 and the food a 3.5. Pizza was ok but then again food is almost always passable when your starving.

The bar manager, Amanda, is very nice, very accommodating, and always make everyone feel welcome. Our waitress, Mariah, was very sweet and on top of things. Always enjoy going there!
