Came here a few times and had great service. Last time I will be going here the waitress seemed like she did not to be at work. She got my order wrong and when I told her it was wrong she asked my husband did you not her me repeat the order.. She took them burger off my bill but did not offer if we wanted anything else and just have us the bill. I had to ask her for to go box and she told me it seemed like you did not like the food. For a place being in a resident neighborhood you would think you would want the business instead of turning people away.

I went in tonight to watch the Canelo fight and called early in the day to make reservations, which they said was "first come first serve". Cover is $10 per person when they are well aware that their establishment has filled up. There are more people standing up with drinks in their hands. I'm sure they are above capacity of people the establishment can hold but as long as they can charge $10 per person it does not matter, safety is out the window! There are two security guards for way too many people, if a fight was to break down there is no way they can control the situation. People are in danger if there is a fire, fight, emergency situation etc... I wish they would be honest and not overfill the building if they don't have the space.

$2 Steak burgers and $2 PBR tall boys on Tuesdays. Hard to beat. Food was excellent. Price was unbelievable. Nice outdoor patio. Exceptional bartender / server. She was on top of everything even though we sat outside. Highly recommend.

Horrible horrible horrible! Sat at the bar with literally no one in there and the service was horrible! Tons of workers talking but no service. One and done! First and last time there!

I will never go here again. The food is horrible and made me sick. The soda glasses are tiny and they are the only bar restaurant I have ever been to that charges for soda refills. The service is slow and leaves a lot to be desired. I would advise everyone to avoid this place. Bad food and bad experience. I have notified the health department due to the food making me ill.

Servers ,Bartenders and Kitchen staff are professional and friendly. The younger co-owner Jorge is rude, condescending, arrogant, and disconcerting.

Walked in with the wife and my son. Things started great. Alex (at least I think that’s her name based on receipt unless manager printed it when I complained) was our server and she didn’t really seem to care and gave absolutely poor service. We ordered an app and drinks. After we ordered our dinner it got bad. When dinner came we didn’t have silverware so we asked for that. My wife ordered wings which came out 15 mins after everyone else’s food. I’m convinced it was our server who didn’t seem to care. Finally the wings came out and we asked for the silverware again from Alex. I finally had to go to the bar to get silverware so my wife’s food didn’t get cold. We then never saw our waitress again until after 30 mins I went up to the bar to ask for a box and the check since apparently Alex didn’t want to help us or let us order any more drinks. She brought the check after the manager told her. She was not apologetic and it took her another 10 mins to come back and get credit card. We go here a lot and the food an atmosphere are great but that is the second time we had awful service. Unlikely we go back and we live right down the street.

Came here on Saturday at 10pm for a quick bite just to get out of the house. My favorite neighborhood bar. Food is absolutely fantastic! Love their saganaki cheese with the little pita bites and their fried buffalo fried shrimp is always delicious. I know, I know, it's a bar so I should drink but we just wanted good food. Waitress was nice and love that they got pool table. One of my favorite places for some late night food and drinks.

Great staff, very good food. But, for some reason, it seems like the air conditioning is never on. Luckily, we ate outside, where we had some air, but alot of traffic noise.

Great family place especially for the Holidays and the very successful summer St. Jude fundraiser event! The great group of young ladies who really love working together give great service with a wide smile only at X'S and O'S year round! AKA Chris L.

Ran out of wings on $1 wing night. Was offered boneless instead. Charged me 1.50 extra. Its not patrons fault you under ordered. Will not return.

Atmosphere is fun, especially on busy days. Pool, TVs, darts, and bags out on the patio. Bartender was busy & friendly, yet she handled the pressure rather well. 🍻🎯

Good spot been there plenty of times. Last night place was packed with what looked like high school kids. Not sure if they're checking ALL Id's but it looked like the place is definitely a kids hangout and not a bar for adults anymore.

This place has a Cheers-like atmosphere with friendly staff and great food.  Their pizzas are good, too!

Great place for large groups to enjoy the game. They also have a beer garden which is a huge plus. Their food is amazing no matter what you order; burgers, tacos, wings, you name it! The staff is very friendly and always accommodating. Would recommend to any friend!!

Food wasn't bad but service was lacking not sure if it was because of the UFC fight but we were given the wrong check and credit card and it was a struggle to get the waitress attention but we will probably give it a another try.

Kind of pricey, but cute atmosphere with the outside seating that includes a swinging chair table and a water feature. Staff is friendly. Noise level is high being on a busy intersection, but not an issue as the music drowns out traffic.

I had such a good time. Good food, bean bags, outdoor patio and laughs. I found my new bar home

The bartender, Alyssa, was overwhelmed and running her butt off, but still managed to keep my drink full and always had a smile for me. 5 stars!

X’s & O’s has a great environment it's a nice place hangout and have a meeting. There menu is small. But the food is yummy;I highly recommend any of there classic wraps

Excellent happy hour steak tacos. The food is really very good. Prices are very reasonable.

Terrible service! Absolutely miserable! The waitress and bartender are looking out into space and flirting with patrons at the bar while ignoring groups walking in and when finally approached they told people to wait another 20 minutes for someone to come instead of offering to call the server for us. Worst service imaginable with no excuse on a slow evening. Never again!

Dined here 4-2-2023 at night. Nice crowd, mostly young 21-25 and various other ages. Had the margarita and they were just ok. Maybe missing fresh lime juice. Had the grilled chicken sandwich and fries and it was very good. Also had the Nashville chicken sandwich, it was just ok. I prefer the grilled chicken over it. Onion rings were not that great in my opinion, I prefer the fries. Plenty of screens to watch the games, clean, no security but none was needed. The bar tenders are very nice and attentive. I will definitely be back.

Chicago Bears Game Day. Place is packed. One waitress, one bar tender. Help must be hard to find. Nothing like waiting 15-20 for a drink.

Amazing meal. Beautiful restaurant and grounds, friendly staff, and fantastic meal. Will definitely try to come back again.

Food is great but I’m not sure what happened with ordering process. They had someone taking my order that I couldn’t understand and it was clear that she also couldn’t understand. 15 minutes of repeating and her answering every question that I didn’t ask. It was so frustrating. I will continue to order because I really do like the food only hope they see that this employee will lose them money for not listening, knowing the menu, or paying attention.

Bad service from the waitresses. Restaurant is seat yourself. Multiple waitresses walked past my table… multiple times. Never once asking if we had been helped or had a server. Had to resort to ordering drinks from the bar and finally flagged a waitress down who checked on us a total of 2 times.

Food is good. Pizza and wings are amazing. Still havent had something i didnt like. Typically have same waitress when my friend and I go in and she treats us extremely well and is very attentive not just to us but to everyone who comes in.

Generally we love this place. Their beer garden is awesome (when the weather is nice) and the staff is usually very attentive. The food is very good too. I only gave three stars because of our last experience. We placed our drink order and told the waitress we would be sitting outside. She said that would be alright and came out a few minutes later with our drinks and asked if we were ready to order food. We told her we needed a few minutes and she didn't come back out to take our order for another 30 minutes. She had been talking the whole time with a couple regulars, and that's fine, but there were only 5 people in the entire restaurant. We told her we changed our minds and left to eat somewhere else. This kinda tainted our experience, but we will be willing to give more stars and give them another chance, and hopefully our service will be better.

Great bar with exceptional food and drink specials. Owner's George and Bill are always interactive with patron's. Also not to mention that they have very good looking waitresses working here. Place to go for PPV events or just simply to hangout after a long work week.

Good place; it was a busy night so service was a little slow at first, but made up for it with the food served hot, drinks refilled, and check brought timely. Seemed like a local crowd of regulars.

Nothing fancy. However food is always good. Service good even in this time when most places are short servers.

We had a luncheon there and price was right, the food was good and the service was great. The owners Bill and George were very nice and friendly. I recommend this place to anyone!!!

Very disappointed in the service I received when I was there a few weeks ago with my wife. The server seemed to have a very sour attitude and messed up our order multiple times. When confronted about it, she scowled and said well didn't you hear me repeat the order. Sadly, I don't think we will be going back. Sorry folks
