Amy the manager at the hickory hills location is theeeeee best!!! Her staff is amazing right on spot! I enjoy coming there to relax and have some me time fun. The staff always greet you with a smile. I even won 100 bucks from there. 🙂 Looking for a nice clean un facility stop in here!!!

If you plan on coming here don’t. Take the extra mile or so and go somewhere else. I can’t express enough how horrible this whole place is. I worked here for a MONTH, not only am being treated unequally and unethically, but more importantly I am unheard. They don’t care about people they just care about $$, so if you want to be treated like an actual human being, between an employee or a customer just go somewhere else. I’ve been emailing my frustrations with corporate and spoke back and fourth with management also, and let me tell you these people you don’t want associate yourself with, sickening

Will never come back here. First time walking in and there was no one there. I thought maybe the employee took a break? But why wouldn't they lock the door? Waited 10 minutes and I walked out. Went back the next day, saw a tall girl walking around. No hi, or anything. I played for a bit then left. Wow. Any other place greets me with a smile and offers me complimentary drinks and and snacks. It's like the staff don't care.

Agree with some other reviews, the customer service is bad. Its an extremely nice place to game at no doubt about that. I love the drinks/snacks they offer for free, but the employees there are not so friendly and never checks on their customers in the gameroom. Bathrooms are never clean either.

Love this Lounge. Amy is amazing - greets you immediately when you walk in & checks in on you to offer drinks or snacks all the time. The lounge is beautiful - Las Vegas setting. Nothing like the other lounges in the neighborhood. Great selection of machines to play on.

This place is my actual new favorite gaming Lounge to go to. As soon as you walk in your completely relaxed because it's so beautiful inside. It's so clean you can eat off the floor. They have a lot of snacks and a small selection of alcohol beverages. The games are newer and updated. And our host Mark was super nice to us and very attentive. I just love the atmosphere even though it's a smaller gambling place it's super nice and I highly recommend it. I just had an excellent time there even though I didn't win LOL it was still well worth going there. Will definitely be going there a lot more.

My husband and I stopped in before dinner last weekend. We don't live very near by but loved it will definitely make a trip when we can. The space is decorated real nice and the young lady working was very polite and offered complimentary soda. We had never been in to a place like this because we were always hesitant. We will be back!

1st time, and I enjoyed myself the staff was kind, and courteous, very professional. They offer you something to drink and I came on a day they had promotion going on.

Who ever the guy was working here on 7/9/2020 7:47pm needs to be fired. I frequently visit mays lounge and this one time, this new guy refused me entry. Wont be returning if they employ folks like him. Smh

Great place. Very clean, great ambiance, comfy, free snacks, and very friendly staff. All around nice place. Come here for a relaxing and fun time.

Absolutely love this place !! Games are truly hit or miss, but the customer service is great , I was shocked when the young lad served me fruit and orange juice!!! Delicious !!!!! I will be back !!!
