THIEVES & FRAUDS - This establishment committed fraud and theft. This establishment was asked by me if they can exchange $300 for singles. A security guard representing the establishment took my money and exchanged it for singles, but without telling me they had charged me $45 to exchange $300 into singles. Instead of being given $300 in singles, I was given back $255 in singles. Once again, this $15 charge per $100 was not mentioned nor was it posted anywhere in the establishment. I did not spend the money I was given, instead I counted the exact amount. Once I realized what happened, I asked to speak with a manager. The front desk pointed to a security guard and said he himself was the manager. This manager said that they don't allow refunds, after I informed them that I was not informed about the $45 dollar charge. He had me escorted by security. This establishment steals from everyone without informing them.

I’m not the type to write reviews but Oceans is BAD. Things went from bad to worse. I went 3/27/2021 and to start parking was $100. They charged women $60 to get in and men $80. I finally get in with my homegirls and try to get $100 in ones from a bottle girl and she gave me $60 in ones. She took the money for herself ($40). Spoke to the owner/manager about it and he had me thrown out. The drinks are expensive the male security Guards aggressively put their hands on women. This place is just a money grab, staff/security is disrespectful, manager disrespectful, just not worth it. I rather find another club.

August 14, 2021 myself and 3 of my closet girlfriends attended a event at oceans. I’m going to jump right in and say this club is terrible, service was completely unprofessional from the floor host to the bartenders. My friend complained about her order, the bartender replace the order and left. 5 mins later she came back to address us by stating what did u say about me…at this point I was completely shocked and confused. She (the bartender white lady) went on to state that we were talking about her to the other bartender (black lady). Which was completely false, no one from are table ever had any encounter with the bartender(black lady). We asked her to leave our table several times, for one she didn’t have a mask on and she was too close, and for two as a business woman you are to never address a customer about hear say. Once the order was replace it should have been left at that. Security was extremely rude Ralph (security) came yellin like that’s my sis and he’s the owner we have to go….at this point I’m trying to explain to him what our issue was and who it was with, which was previous bartender (white lady). To make this long story short we got put out. This place is extremely unprofessional, and whoever the real owner is should think about getting a better staff, b/c there were several other rude floor host and security that approach us, in a aggressive unprofessional unpleasant manner. Money was definitely not the issue but I’m disputing charges with my bank because this was the worst experience ever. And the food was terrrible….

First and last time visiting. $20 to park, $20 to get in. Waited over 2 hours for nothing! No show. No performers. No diversity. Nothing. The place was dirty, overpriced, and absolutely unprofessional. A complete scam. There was more security than there were patrons. A shame that Bedford Park allows this establishment to remain open.

They were very nice upon arrival because they wanted our money. Got inside the place was empty maybe 20 people. They was supposed to be open until 12am we got the at 10:45 pm they kicked us out at 11:30 one security was was disrespectful towards us while kicking us out. We were trying to take pictures in white throne chair were everyone had been taking pictures then boom top flight security guard rushed us forcing us out. My friends ordered a hooka they brought it out 5minutes before before kicking us out but after talking to the manager they was reimbursed and the strippers was WACK. If the customer service was As nice as the establishment they be ok

I'm surprised this place is not closed yet. The pool around the stage looks like it would give you fungus just looking at it. And they solicitate their girls in the VIP room at knifepoint. And if the girls not comfortable having sex with the customers the bouncers don't do anything neither does the managers or House mom.

Lack of dancers and dancers not taking the time to even talk to people. Drinks were either way to strong or not strong at all. Felt like we paid 20 dollars each just to pay for overly expensive drinks (bottles are also tripled in price).

Place is closed permanently! Don't let google fool you! Their phone number is OOO so calling is out the question! - Change my mind!

I went here with some friends the other night and we had the greatest time! This was the best club we’ve been to in the Chicago area. The dancers were gorgeous and extremely talented, the entire staff was so nice to us, we all felt like kings! We can’t wait to come back and definitely recommend coming here if you want to have a great time!!

I went to this club on 10/19/2020. I had to wait over an hour for a dancer to show up. The management was cool. No cover charge and my drinks were free. I only drank sprite. A New dancer to the club showed up after a while. Her name is Alexa. Very attractive. Great sexy figure. I had more dances than i should had . This club has relaxed rules and the bouncer was cool. Alexa made this outing memorable .

Theres a picture going Around online of a guy catching herpes at this place from one of the dancers so yea don’t come here…

I attempted to go here on 6th of May 2022, 8:30 at night the place was closed even though all indications online and phone (I called there number) indicate they are open for business, but there was no one there and the remnants of “no occupancy” signs on the door. I can't really give them a fair review if they are not open..
