I love their pizza, donut holes, and loaded fries! I've been here quite a few time. Atmosphere and employees are great! Make sure to get the deal on Groupon! I've only been to this location. They have a few. Will continue to come here! Brought my boyfriend for his birthday and he loved it too! Update 07/25/2022 Still one of my favorite pizza spots. Come on Monday's, pizza is 1/2 off not including toppings. Very worth it. By the way Groupon can't be mixed in with the deal

Durbins is one of my favorite restaurants! I absolutely love their pizza! I live about an hour away but it is definitely worth the drive. My family and I would always order our pizza from here when we lived nearby and it always brings back good memories. The inside is very clean and well-kept, plus there is plenty of parking. I even get to play my favorite songs on the jukebox when I go. I highly recommend you try Durbins of Burbank!

Great wings lots a flavors. FRENCH FRIES SOFT AND SALTY. Beers served ice cold bucket. Waitress friendly and fast. Bingo nite a bit crowded. Plenty of free parking. Slot machine for the gamblers...great spot for big families.

A bucket of modelos is incredibly expensive… however, the service was great. Pizza was good. And the crowd wasn’t rowdy. We were there for a Christmas party for work. Watch the tip being added to a bill. Three buckets of Modelos was about $100 including the already added in tip. It was one guy paying for three buckets only. That’s it. You shouldn’t have added gratuity for one guy paying for beer because of the size of the party he was sitting at. I understand good and multiple pizzas and what not. But it’s three buckets. That’s all. Other than that, definitely not bad.

Always Great Food, Good service and plenty of tvs to watch sports. They have live entertainment, which is always fun. We hosted a private party out in the beer garden and our server Janece was excellent.

I walked in around 9:30pm with another, and we sat at the bar. No one ever came up to us to ask for our orders. Servers, bartenders, and a busser were all around, but no one responded. We left after twenty minutes. This is the second time this has happened here. Edit: This was last Saturday night. The pizza is always great, though.

This is a place where food is good, it needs a upgrade. The service is good also. I just have a complaint…. I would like to hear karaoke in Spanish. The Hispanic community has been growing in Burbank and I think is something that should be considering if you would like to increase your profit. 20 years ago, it wouldn’t be important, but not now. Think about it and you won’t regret.

Average, but pricey food! Got a "Pan" style pizza, which was not Pan style at all. It looked like a regular medium crust pizza. It was not thin nor thick crust, just medium crust. Maybe I am judging the word Pan bc of of Pizza Hut pizzas look, but this was slightly thicker than a traditional thin. The sauce was sweet and the toppings were just OK. The one issue I kept experiencing was that the toppings slid off of the slices...every single time. And of course they would fall on the table or on the floor unexpectedly, so those portions were inedible. The sausage had very little seasoning and the rest of the ingredients were just average. There was only one waitress and I found the service to be great! She was taking care of a lot of people at the bar, plus a few other tables, but definitely took care of everyone without issues and was very friendly! For an almost $20 large, plus an extra $2.50 per topping for mediocre pizza, I will not be returning.

We like their pizza and specials. We stop in here for happy hour, they have some great drink specials, wings, burgers and nachos. We also enjoy the outside patio. Pizza special is on Monday's and it's pretty good, I like the mango habanero wings. I often get the Caesar salad with chicken, a favorite. The servers are great and very personable.

My delivery was late about 20 minutes but the driver was a friendly and apologetic young kid so I wasn't upset. Thanks for great sandwiches!

Food was gross. We ordered to go, which calling in the order should have been the 1st red flag. The woman didn't listen, was talking over me when, and had to go ask someone any time I asked a question. I ordered a chicken dinner and asked for garlic bread as my side, she said it didn't come with garlic bread, despite what the menu said, but i could have coleslaw. Which i didn't get. Regardless the chicken dinner was gross so we threw it out. The lettuce in the caesar salad was dirty and tasted it. We also threw that out. And last but not least, the pizza. Which was the only thing we ended up eating more than a bite of, we ordered half cheese and half pepperoni. I can't believe we were charged for pepperoni as you'll see in photo. Any how don't waste your money.

This Durbins is great when your looking for a sports bar with a local atmosphere. The food is well prepared and the drinks are poured to profection if you know what I mean. Great for dates or night with friends

The pizza was delicious! Plenty of black olives and the cheese and sauce were great! The regular crust was perfect! Why haven't I had this sooner?

Pizza was good, no complaints about the food. The person who answered the phone when i ordered seemed to either be bothered br thd call or was having a bad day or just didnt like her job. That was the only reason i didnt rate higher.

Ordered a BLT club to go. was told 10 minutes. Waited 20 asked about my meal. They hadn't even prepared it. asked for my money back and I have wait 5 - 10 business days

Ordering over the phone they were rude, picking up in person they were rude and food was not good. The taco salad was supposed to come with salsa and sour cream and did not, it was just meat, lettuce and onion. Chicken with cheese wrap had no cheese, dry chicken and a pound of lettuce. Chicken quesadillas were not good, chicken was just dry. Mozzarella sticks were not good, it was just like a cold piece of cheese with breading. Overall just bad experience and waste of money.

I love their pizza & wings, however they hardly ever get my order right. It’s been about 5 times including today were they mess it up. So if you are okay with taking home the wrong order or waiting for it to get re made you will love this place. I ask for a thick crust pizza, got a regular crust pizza. They took $5 off because it was the kitchen that made the mistake not the waitress. Asked for a deep dish pizza again got a regular crust pizza even though i told the waitress TWICE because when she repeated the order she didn’t say deep dish. I didn’t bother saying anything. I’ve ordered boneless wings and taken home bone in wings. As I’m writing this review I’m eating flavored wings I didn’t order, i ordered 16 chilli tai and got 8 hot and 8 mango habanero. I know when wings are on sale they don’t include ranch so i make sure i ask for ranch then but when they aren’t on sale i still don’t get ranch regardless.

I love this place, their food is great so I’m surprised about today, I placed a delivery order, I placed it at 6:50 pm the food was delivered at 8:15pm and all of it was cold. I called to let them know my order was cold all they said was we can make u another order, but u would have to pick it up in an hour, So what was the point of delivery. Never again I will order from them,If I can give them zero stars I would have! Very disappointing!!!

I had a deep dish pizza and it was only warm when I received it. It was delicious but just warm like it sat out for a while.

I am sorry I have to change my review. Food still really good but New customer service it’s horrible. I place my order over the phone and hour and 30min ago . I have called twice and the lady on the phone could not find my order at first even though the charge was on my card. After the second call she was very rude and said” I’m not in the car with the driver do you want me to cancel your order .! “ I don’t think I’m ordering from here again .

My wife and son and I absolutely LOVE this place. We used to go there to watch the Bears games. Wonderful place to go to. Highly recommend it.

Was there for a friend B-Day party on Saturday. The server was great making sure the beer, liquor and food was at the table. The Karaoke was over the top had me and my friends laughing and singing. I will come back again...

This place was awesome! It's outdoor seating with a roof and bar and also a juke box.. The pizza was absolutely delicious. The bar tender was the waitress due to it being late I guess, but she did a great job.

Love their thin crust pizzas! Kids love a small cheese pizza & it's sliced in the usual triangular style. Bigger pizzas are the regular square sliced....

The portions were great, on the sampler. Friendly crowd, the bartender was really nice too. I didn't get her name but she has a lot of tattoos and was provided wonderful service. Id come back on a day off

Absolutely fantastic burgers cooked your way. Real meat too, not some frozen patty mess. A+

Upon arrival no one greeted, was standing at the entrance for a while, had to go get a waitress ourselves. After ordering it took waitress over 30 minutes to take our order and was told it would be a while before we see any drinks or food. People arrived after us and got their food and drinks.. Asked for out check and apparently our food order was never put in! I get it its a busy night, but staff should be more organized.

We ordered pizza and drinks. The pizza has an authentic juicy cheese and tomato flavor taste that is delightful. The classic bar atmosphere with quite respectful patrons watching one of several wall hung big screen Tv's. The bar maid was very gracious and promptly served us. No complaints. Good food and service.

We placed an order for pickup on Saturday, 03-19, and were told it would be ready in 30 minutes. We show up about 35 minutes later, pay for the order, and are told by the big guy at the pickup window (I think his name is Jay) it would be a few more minutes. After about 20 minutes, I ask how much longer, and all he says is "We're waiting on your pizza; it's still in the oven", which in no way answers my question. Finally about 15 minutes later (now over double the time we were told), the food is ready. No apology whatsoever. Had he told us when we walked in and paid that it would still be over 30 more minutes, we would've sat at the bar and ordered a drink or 2 while we waited. Not only that, but there was a woman sitting at the bar and she tried ordering food for about 20 minutes, literally, from the bar tender, the waitress, then finally the big guy at the window. None of them took her order! I have no idea why, but if I had to guess, it could be because she was the only black person in the entire building. There have been a lot of very low-rated reviews from people experiencing racism from various employees, and experiencing a bad attitude from that big guy specifically, yet a lot of the reviews have recently disappeared for some reason. To top it off, while we waited for that half hour or so, we saw a customer was cut off by the bartender or waitress for being too drunk, yet that big guy allowed him to continue being served "except for shots and bombs". This place has unfortunately gone so far downhill, who knows how much longer they will even be in business. Either way, I won't support them any longer!

I visit this place a lot since I work close by. I got to say their customer service is always fantastic and they keep the spot clean all the time. Rates are convenient and they serve large portions.

Based on several visits - To start, I've never had a bad meal from Durbins. While I don't feel they do any one thing extraordinarily well, the food is always good and the restaurant has lots of seating if you plan to dine in. I was quite happy to find that they deliver to my home, but this is where there's a bit of a break down. Ordering over the phone resulted in no issues, but ordering from the Durbins website has caused an issue. The first time I did this I had food delivered to my brother's house, the second time I added an address to the profile I made and selected delivery to my home. So I was surprised when my sister in law called me to ask if I had ordered food, which she accepted, and then delivered to my home. I checked my confirmations and everything confirmed that I had the correct address selected so I called to tell them that they delivered to the wrong address and was asked, "How do you know?" After I explained that my SIL delivered to my door they started investigating and apparently, when you add an address to your online profile on their site, it actually duplicates your name in their system, so even though you select delivery to one address, user error can still result in delivery to the wrong address. Needless to say, I ate my food cold on this occasion, but what irked me is that there was no attempt to make this error right from their end. The woman I spoke to didn't even offer an apology for the error and inconvenience. She just said that they would enter a note in their system to double check the address for future orders. This took place months ago so while I've eaten plenty of pizza since then, none of it came from Durbins. I'll be considering this more of a dine in eatery going forward. As an extra little note, I paid for my order by credit online when it was placed and tipped on the card, but my SIL said that when she asked the driver if he was tipped, he said no. She wasn't expecting food and had no cash to offer, but my question would be that if the tip on my delivery order didn't go to the driver, where did it go? How are tips paid for using a card online distributed?

We were really disappointed here. We came for dinner and to meet friends. As we were greeted upon walking in and the server took our drink order, we placed a food order shortly after. I started getting really hungry and asked about our food after quite some time. We were told that the cook was busy filling phone orders for their wing special that night. Excuse me? Did I hear that right? You are prioritizing wings for a phone order over a customer waiting and hungry in the establishment? Ok. Whatever. Then I was told that the cheese ravioli I ordered wasn't even available. They made meat instead. Glad I am not vegetarian, but it took you over 45 minutes to figure this out? And then you tell me it's already cooked? Again, not impressed with our first visit here.

I visited for the first time on a Friday night. The atmosphere was awesome. The security guy was courteous and welcoming. Our waiter Joey was great. He made sure to make sure we were content, coming to check on us often and asking if we would like anything. I loved the dj, to be honest I thought it would not be a great selection of music but found myself wanting to get up and dance. The food was delicious and reasonable priced. Whoever the owner is I give mad props. I just moved here over a year ago and was always wondering about the place with the green lights. This will now be my Friday night spot. Oh yea and check out Bears game days will be there for sure. Thanks for making this a great experience.

Purchased a jumbo cheese pizza for take out. Love the price on Mondays. Occasionally go for Bar Bingo on Tuesday. I usually have chicken wings..special.

Never been to Durbins but chose them coming in from out of state cause they were open late and we were hungry and wanting some good Chicago pizza, this place did not disappoint.we could only order pizza cause the kitchen was closed so pizza and white castles was a hit for the night.I wanted some Italian fiesta but this pizza did it for me.I loved it

We had a surprise 18th birthday for my son and it was perfect. Tiffani was my server and she was amazing. We had quite a lot of people and she was awesome making sure everyone had drinks and food. Had a little issue when we came in because manager forgot we were coming but it was resolved quickly. Food was great and again Tiffani was the best!!!
