I come to this place all the time with my friends and I came on the third with my best friend, who has been there many times with me, and my boyfriend who has never been there before. The bartender said she doesn’t feel comfortable serving us because she thinks our ids are fake and asked for a second form, all of us had MULTIPLE forms of identification and are all 21+ and she refused to serve us, most likely because my boyfriend is black. been here many times with no problems with the SAME bartender but she has a problem with black people coming into the establishment. will never give this racist place my money ever again

A nice place and space for great food and a few cold ones! We have to visit the rooftop it was just so extremely hot but the inside was just as wonderful and cool. Our server was new but she was great as well. The patty melt and the chicken wrap were so delicious! I haven't had tator tots in a long while I was happy it was an offer they fresh and delicious.

Used to come here all the time and the vibe and service were so good but it’s gone downhill recently. All the staff was racist towards my friend as well. We just wanted some drinks and it took forever and the waitress had an attitude. Don’t come here if you’re expecting quick and kind service. They also put up walls around the rooftop so it’s not even a rooftop anymore.

This place was ok. Our waitress was nice after about a 15 min wait...we were masked shamed by a patron and the manager (older women) should look into some customer service courses...leaves a lot to be desired. The food was great and so were the drinks.

Henry the bartender served me my new official favorite drink!! My boyfriend and I wanted to grab a drink somewhere outside so we tried out this place- perfect rooptop bar with music and karaoke! We will definitely be coming back!!!!!

wow! truly surprised by this place. didn’t even know about it till a friend brought me. the menu was massive, and all the food had the same great quality. milly the server was amazing, so quick and really cared for us when we were there.

Nice getaway up on the rooftop, right here in Palos. When the weather is beautiful, you can envision yourself on vacation in your favorite spot. Food is excellent, service all three times has been very good. It's quickly become one of our favorite spots!

The rooftop area is very nice however the service is not good at all. We went there and it wasn’t very crowded and waited an hour for our drinks and our waitress barely came by our table. She told us that the bar was backed up and that’s why they were slow, however the servers and the bartenders were just standing there on their phones.

The food was decent but I would have to say the atmosphere could have been better. The tables where you're basic circular backyard tables with umbrella holes in the middle and the chairs were just basic backyard chairs. There was no type of theme going on but I will say the service was on point and the staff was very friendly.

Met the girls after work for a drink or a few. We decided to order dinner as well, Loaded Tater Tots, fish and chips, Buffalo chicken wrap, cheese pizza, and the jalapeno burger were all delicious Drinks were made perfectly, shots were good, but a little on the pricey side. The Jamaica bombs were different but not too bad. The staff were very nice and helpful and funny. The place definitely got busy quickly. We will definitely go back. I can't wait to try the rooftop in the summer.

The service was SUB STANDARD. Went here with a friend on Tuesday night for her birthday and all she wanted was a turkey club sandwich and some fries. We got our drinks and waited thirty five minutes to get the food. I think something was seriously off with the server. First of all, it wasn’t that busy, and we were visibly sitting in the middle table. First she said “oh, I thought you guys wanted take out,” even though we were still waiting long after we finished our drinks. Then I had to wait another four minutes for them to do the fries over. I don’t feel like there was an excuse for it, given there wasn’t a lot of people there and it’s just a Sandwich with fries.. not a complicated order that requires almost forty minutes to prep and serve.

Service was EXCELLENT, can't say enough about our server. Appetizers we're very good, ample portions. The drinks were served in plastic cups, would prefer glass. I felt like I was at a picnic...lol

Came here for the first time on Sunday evening. The waitress Jessica was a drunk and sloppy and Charged her own % for tip because she assumed me and my husband won’t pay. But the other waitress Breanna ( i believe that’s her name ) and the bartender were great and apologized for the inconvenience. Will be coming back but this waitress comes here to just get drunk . She should clock out!

Food is pretty good, the bar tenders are good and friendly....only thing missing is the specials they use to run on food during the week. Be a lot busier if they brought that back.

My sister and I stopped in for a quick lunch WAY after the usual lunch crowd time. We sat on the roof top where there was a lovely breeze on that 90° day. Our server was delightful and attentive. Our food was delicious. My cocktail was fabulous! We'll be back!

It’s a nice place and all but closes far too early. 12 A.M is just too early to close. 2A.M would be great considering the fact that I want to pay to rent out the entire rooftop for my birthday. But I’m not going to do that and you all close at 12 a.m on the weekends. And my birthday is in 21/2 weeks from now. That would be a waste of money and none of the people who will be coming will be able to enjoy themselves and neither will I.

First visit, although food and Bloody Mary's were good... I accidentally spilled my drink, u would think something like that from a customer service stand point, would have been replaced at no cost. Not here, and it was full. I even had to clean it up myself. Ordered food, none of the requests were honored. Was nice to try some place new, we will not be returning.

Love dining outside on the rooftop patio, awesome burger and cold beer. The sweet potato fries are the best! Oh yeah and the friendly and efficient staff is eager to please.

The food was good. Just american fafare type food. Our waitress started off friendly but then seemed a lil irritated every time we asked for something. She'd bring our food to the table and would be on to the next. I would go back.

Had a great time there. Saw a good band and had the calamari appetizer, which was really good. The bartenders were excellent and very friendly. Great beer selection too.

Horrible. The service is just terrible. It takes forever to get a drink. Food took forever to come out and when it did they screwed up me and my friends whole order. When we did get our food it was definitely not fresh. It was super cold!!! I definitely don’t recommend this place. Also the manager on duty was absolutely rude when we spoke to him about our issues. NOT COMING BACK!!! Save your money!!!

The rooftop tap is a favorite of ours! It's a comfortable, clean & always fun atmosphere. The bartenders and servers are great! The owner is always so welcoming too! Good food, and drinks too! The Roof Top Tap never disappoints! 👍👍👍👍👍

Phenomenal experience and the customer service was off the charts! Grand tasting food, but please offer Coke products as an option. Nothing wrong with offering both Coke and Pepsi products in one location.

Terri, the daytime bartender/server/busser, is amazing! She was handling several tables by herself and she was so friendly even though she even though she was running her butt off the entire time. She made the entire experience so fun and enjoyable that I will definitely be coming back!

This place was such a surprise. It's much bigger than I expected. The potato skins appetizer was yummy- more of a smashed potato with toppings. We ordered the jalapeño burger and chicken club sandwich. Both were good sized and served fresh and hot. The service was friendly and perfectly attentive. Outdoor heaters are available so we will definitely be going back.

It was an awesome place to visit. They also serve really good food. Very relaxing and the hospitality is just off the chain. They're really cool people to be around. I would definitely suggest this as a location to just chill and relax and sip on your favorite wine or whatever you may enjoy. I don't have any photos this time but I'll get some when I go back.

A few of my friends and I came here for a little lunch celebration! Natalie was our server. She was attentive, kind and efficient! If Natalie is your server, take care of her. 6/9/23 Update We finally had time to visit the bar upstairs and we were not dissapointed. We ordered the wings and nachos again and they were just as good as before. The roof top area is very comfortable and roomy. The best part of being upstairs was the Staff who waited on us. We were able to find a spot at the bar and were well taken care of by the bartenders. Everyone was very friendly and made you feel at home. Nichole, Stephane and Rita were amazing. They made sure we always had what we needed. They made our Fri night out a great experience. In fact, most Fri we are already back home by 8:30 after dinner and drinks out and about. We were having so much fun, before we knew it it was midnight. Thank you so much ladies for rolling out the red carpet. We look forward to our next visit and we will be bringing a few more friends along. Roy/Joey We had driven by Rooftop Tap many times but never stopped. We finally stopped on this Saterday afternoon, we must say, we should have stopped a long time ago. We ordered the hot wings and steak nachos. The wings were made fresh and the buffalo sauce was spicy and tangy. Most places have hot wing these days, what sets these apart from the others is that they are bigger than most other wings we have ordered and at a reasonable price. The nachos were more than enough for 2-3 people. The steak was cooked just right and the mexican seasonings were used well but not over done. The tortilla chips were made to order in house which we loved. They were crispy, well seasoned and not oily. The cheese sauce was just right, cheesey, not runny and a little spicy. Overall RTT IS WORTH your time and money. We look forward to when the weather gets warmer so we can sit outside in their roof top bar and enjoy the sun. Roy/Joel

Seated ourselves and waited 20+ minutes before a server came we even went looking for a server twice and asked the bartender to send a server. We waited another 20+ minutes to order drinks after being given menus. We ordered an appetizer and 2 entrees. Entrees came out first. Appetizer came out 45 minutes AFTER entrees and the appetizer was burnt. Bingo was okay and had decent gifts except not very family friendly when children were around. Food was decent nothing amazing.

Very clean place nice people and the lunch special are good.they have 6 dollar lunch specials.
