    Waited for over a hour had a 6:15 reservation didn’t get our food until 7:45 they told us 45 minutes for food to be ready. Food came out cold. The crab legs were over cooked and soggy. The chicken was cold and my salad had soggy cucumbers in it. The fries were not hot either. Overall it was a disappointment and I am usually happy when I come to this hooters, but I was dissatisfied today.

    Good food and service at this location. Nice place to eat and watch a sports game or two. Cocktails are well made and affordable. Would recommend 👌🏽 👍🏽

    It was not a busy night there. Our food was sitting in the back for over 30 minutes before 4 different very confused servers with unpleasant & unprofessional attitudes all came out with our incomplete order for a party of 6. It took 2 rounds of servers to bring out the cold & dry food & we still didn't have everything we ordered. I had to ask a total of 6 servers for the rest of our order, but their only response was we were not their assigned table & didn't know where our server was. Eventually, after another 15-20 minutes, another server came by & said that even though she wasn't assigned to our table, she would assist in completing our order. She explained that our original server from 55 minutes prior had a medical emergency. We asked for a supervisor at least 6 times w/no cooperation. However, even with the original server having a medical emergency, management should have ensured the tables were being served by assigning a new server. No one came by to check to see if we needed any additional sauces, food, or drinks. We asked for waters, which were never brought out. Straws were not provided & the Sangria pitcher was slammed on the table after asking for it about 8 times to different servers who all said couldn't assit our tables. By this time, we still did not have our ranch dressings, which we typically eat along with our wings. The floor surrounding us & the table behind us had tons of broken glass all over. They did not start cleaning up the broken glass until about an hour after the incident behind us happened. Management should have assigned the customers sitting in the proximity of all of the splattered broken glass a new seating area with an actual server that would actually serve & to ensure everyone was eating safely without surrounding broken glass. We also waited another 20 minutes for someone to bring us our ticket. This facility has lost its professionalism, customer service & management skills. No one knew how to work together. The food was cold & incomplete after it was sitting in the back for so long. This location was so much more in previous visits. We will definitely not be coming back to this location. I would give it zero stars, but that is not an option. There was only one employee that seemed to know what to do & that was the young server who finally said she would assist in completing our order who I suggest should train all of the others including management on how to assist & maintain the floor & its customers professionally & safely.

    next time don’t let a table sit for over 30 minutes with broken glass on the table…that is a hazard for surrounding tables. But I guess that doesn’t matter here! I should’ve took a picture. However, get better customer service. And managers need to take accountability and not try to justify why their waitresses can’t do something.

    Service was real good. The food was also real good, but the prices are totally ridiculous. For 8 chicken wings with bones and a side of salad for myself. My grandaughter had 10 boneless wings with fries and a Drink. We went for lunch and cost $52.00 plus tip. They charge for every sauce you get. Usually the wings come with a sauce. They charged me a $1.50 each one and they charged me for my salad dressing too. Totally out of hand. I'll will not be going back there again.

    The last time we came here, we had a terrible experience at the bar. The bartender forgot an item even after asking 3x and she was focused on her side work mainly even though they were not closing for another 2.5 hours and was rude anytime we asked for something. But today we came in the evening and the bartender, Ali, was great from the moment we sat down. We had an issue with our meal and she fixed it right away with the manager. Her attitude is very welcoming and she was polite the whole time.

    Absolutely amazing establishment. 11/10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ and only minutes away from my hometown 🏡. Ramara & Ronnie provided exceptional service during game time 🏀 in a kind and orderly manner even during shift change (: Can't wait to come back for the buffalo shrimp 🍤 🥵🔥 as well as da fried pickles. One of the cleanest hooters I've been to and I've been to quite a few. I'll take🦉'ers over bww everyday of the week and twice on Sunday ☺️😁😆. Keep doing y'all 😎

    Our first server was amazing and attentive. The second one not so much and brought us our receipt before we were even done. Didn't get a picture, but my boy's boneless wings were overcooked. My tacos were pretty good. I had the grilled and fried. Loaded tots too much sour cream, but they were also good aside from that.

    Big improvement since reopening. Probably my favorite in within 30 miles out of Schererville, Merrillville, Lansing, and this one since then (still love Lansing though). This is kind of the perfect Hooters for me. Them HOA stores in Schererville, IN and Merrillville , IN are less engaging, have a generic vibe, and mediocre/boring food. I think Lansing has service and food that are hard to beat, but is kind of a dive. This location is nicer than Lansing, but retains OG characteristics that the Indiana ones lack. It also has Lansing’s food. Bobbi, Tyler, and Ali are always great bartenders. Last two trips Christina and Kenzie have been great.

    One of my spots for wings when I'm out this way. I get the traditional 10 buffalo wings and a side of ranch. 8.4 I do miss the days when you got full wings but either way, the flavor is still pretty consistent. Also got their onion rings 8.2 and a classic margarita 9.0 to wash everything down. Overall still a decent spot 8.5.

    My wings and shrimp was drenched in oil. I couldn’t eat the wings (because of the “butter sauce “) and the shrimp were over cooked. I called to speak to a manager named Taylor. She explained that it’s not grease it’s “butter sauce” and that the shrimp is cooked on a timer. I understand… and I know when shrimp is over cooked. I’ve had better experiences and never had this problem. Anyway, she gave me a credit for my “next” visit. I appreciate it, but if a customer is calling you telling you the food is not edible. Listen to the customer. She talked over me trying to explain the protocols in the kitchen instead of listening to a regular customer who had better food and know when shrimp are over cooked. Instead of apologizing for the bad experience and trying to figure out if the cook even paid attention to the “timer.” The manager could’ve handled this better.

    Walked into Hooters and was immediately greeted. The restaurant did not appear to be busy at all. We were quickly seated and then kind of went down from there. We placed our order and the food took quite some time to come out. The food was cold and seemed like it was out for a while before we got it. Our server was nice but the service was not. There were probably more staff then customers so not sure why everything was so slow and unorganized.

    Very disappointed with the Orland Park location. My party had reservation at 8:30pm and the food wasn't served until 9:40pm; moreover, the restaurant wasn't even crowded. The worst part of the restaurant was the filthy bathroom, which is unacceptable, especially when there are employees just sitting around talking with the hostess. I am embarrassed that I recommended this location for a birthday dinner.

    The food tasted good, but service was terrible. We ordered our food, and after 45 minutes of waiting they came and told us they didn’t have one of the entrées. So we ordered a replacement and waited another 30 minutes. They brought everyone’s food except they forgot one of the original orders. The order they forgot was 20 hot chicken wings nothing out of the ordinary. After another 15 minutes they brought the wings but it was the wrong flavor. Then we waited more and got the correct order with a few sides missing. So in short we waited a long time and no manager came over and nothing was comped.

    Food was fresh, stopped in for a quick lunch on the weekend........was a bit empty which was fine for us. Burger took 45 min, but overall had a great experience, will definitely return for other menu items.

    I wish I could give them a zero! The girl who was on the phone was extremely rude and I called her sweetie to try to change her attitude, and she goes “don’t call me sweetie” she was so rude and the food was cold and the wings were hard like rocks and the fries are like stale ! I didn’t want anything, I just wanted to give them feedback and she was extremely rude !

    I wish i could rate ZERO stars. We came in and was told we have to make a reservation even tho there was no wait time and they had tables available…. um okay. We sit down our server greets us, gets drinks etc. Pretty much after we ordered our food is when everything went down hill. We got sat down at 7:50 and didn’t end up leaving until after 10 pm. Our server disappeared for 30 minutes after getting the drinks, and we still didn’t receive our appetizers writhing these 30 minutes. We had to repeatedly ask other waiters for things ie; drinks, straws etc and you could tell they were annoyed as well. We ordered fried pickles for the appetizer and asked for them to be crispy. When they finally came 40 minutes later after ordering , they were soggy and barely even cooked AND she tried to still put them on the bill. We asked for our fries to be crispy as well. When we got our food 40 minutes AFTER getting the appetizers, they were again SOGGY and not cooked. We had to ask our server several times for refills etc and ask other servers to grab her. Now the wait is not the problem. But not once did she ask “do you need a refill” “your foods coming up” “i apologize for the wait”. Then we finally get the food, and it’s not good. And now the real problem is we had a child, so she only wanted to be attentive to the tables with the MEN who she thought would tip more which we could tell. Overall the service was horrible.

    Garbage service! I called them because I wanted to place my order online since I got 50 wings I wanted to do different sauces. Online it only give you the option to do 2 sauces. Well I called and said if I could please place my order over the phone. They said we “suggest” you place your order online. I said I understand but I would like to place my order over the phone can you help me? They replied, “we suggest you place your order online since we are very busy today” I mean isn’t it their job to be busy on a weekend? I said I’d prefer to place my order the phone. She said, “let me put you on hold” 14 minutes later I was still on the line. I hat to place an order only with no more than 2 sauce options. Please find out who worked today placing orders over the phone because clearly they weren’t interested in placing orders. It’s garbage service she could not took the time to place my order with the wasted time to deny me service. Pathetic work ethic.

    If I could give zero or negative stars, I would. Arrived and was told 25-30 minutes wait, no problem... Checked back in after 45, was told another few minutes, checked back in at an hour, and was finally seated. The server was nice and polite. We gave our drink/food order, and the appetizer and drink came quickly. 20 minutes went by, and the server stated 10 more minutes. After ten more minutes, we were told the kitchen was backed up, 10 more minutes again... 30 minutes later, there was no food, and I asked for a legitimate estimate, and the server had no idea, we had our bill comped and walked out. I appreciated that. The manager could have taken the time to come over and apologize herself. She had been aimlessly walking around for some time. If the kitchen is that backed up, maybe she should have been back there assisting with something. Will never go to this location again. Moral is, don't lie to your customers on wait/food times, we could have gone somewhere else and ate in a reasonable amount of time and enjoyed our evening.

    We decided to go to Hooters for lunch. From the time we arrived to the time we left, everything was perfect. We were greeted upon entry, sat right away, and greeted by our server, Peyton, very quickly. Peyton was a phenomenal server. She was polite, respectful, pleasant and efficient. It would be nice to see more servers as great as Peyton. Thanks for a GREAT dining experience!

    The price of the wings is too much to put up with anymore. They are tiny. I mean tiny. 67 bucks for 50 wings. Then you have to pay for any ranch, or even sauce that comes on the wings on top of that. If they were not so microscopic, and soggy the price could be overlooked. Check the prices online. Then the service. Was the worst. 20 minutes before we even got a beer. You want buffalo wings without feeling like you were robbed, then don't stop here.

    The Orland location was decently clean at lunch time. Our server was pretty attentive and gave our kid’s crayons and brought out their drinks right away. Food was good, my only gripe was that I ordered the Daytona style wings which are supposed to be naked wings with glazed sauce.. mine came out as traditional wings tossed In Daytona sauce. I didn’t bother to try to get the order corrected as it was busy and I wanted to eat at the same time my family was.

    I arrived without a reservation so I had to wait for about 25 minutes, no big deal it's on me. After I was seated, the waitress notified me that the kitchen was slow and food would take 30-45 minutes. I told her I wish someone at the entrance would have said something when I arrived. We received our food 40 minutes later and it was warm/cold. I'm a Hoge fan of Hooters but will definitely not be returning to this location.

    Our waitress never checked on us. Never asked if we needed refills. We had to ask her if we can place our order. We even had another waitress come over asking if we’ve been helped. Place was lively but not jam packed. We waited about an hour after we sat down to get our food and during that time about 4 other tables who came in after us had came and went. Someone in our party spoke to a manager about the situation and they basically said because we were the only one who complained there was nothing they could do. Very disappointed and won’t be coming back. Would not recommend.

    Ordered online. Lunch was ready on time packaged with plenty of napkins and utensils. Wings are delicious but could have had a bit more sauce with the Double Dip order.

    The portion sizes are a bit small. Make sure you also make an online reservation before going as they are now necessary here. We had a very friendly waitress & the restaurant was very very clean too. The Thai Chili Wing Sauce is very very tasty.

    I came in for dinner and got greeted but they looked annoyed. I asked for my drinks and it got there fast. But when I ordered my food, one of my family members got their food really late. I asked them what's the wait. They told me it was kinda full so we had to wait. My family member was getting really hungry. The good came at around 5:00 and we had got there at 4:35.It was okay to be at I would recommend. I liked oak Lawn Hooters a bit more.
