It
was
not
a
busy
night
there.
Our
food
was
sitting
in
the
back
for
over
30
minutes
before
4
different
very
confused
servers
with
unpleasant
&
unprofessional
attitudes
all
came
out
with
our
incomplete
order
for
a
party
of
6.
It
took
2
rounds
of
servers
to
bring
out
the
cold
&
dry
food
&
we
still
didn't
have
everything
we
ordered.
I
had
to
ask
a
total
of
6
servers
for
the
rest
of
our
order,
but
their
only
response
was
we
were
not
their
assigned
table
&
didn't
know
where
our
server
was.
Eventually,
after
another
15-20
minutes,
another
server
came
by
&
said
that
even
though
she
wasn't
assigned
to
our
table,
she
would
assist
in
completing
our
order.
She
explained
that
our
original
server
from
55
minutes
prior
had
a
medical
emergency.
We
asked
for
a
supervisor
at
least
6
times
w/no
cooperation.
However,
even
with
the
original
server
having
a
medical
emergency,
management
should
have
ensured
the
tables
were
being
served
by
assigning
a
new
server.
No
one
came
by
to
check
to
see
if
we
needed
any
additional
sauces,
food,
or
drinks.
We
asked
for
waters,
which
were
never
brought
out.
Straws
were
not
provided
&
the
Sangria
pitcher
was
slammed
on
the
table
after
asking
for
it
about
8
times
to
different
servers
who
all
said
couldn't
assit
our
tables.
By
this
time,
we
still
did
not
have
our
ranch
dressings,
which
we
typically
eat
along
with
our
wings.
The
floor
surrounding
us
&
the
table
behind
us
had
tons
of
broken
glass
all
over.
They
did
not
start
cleaning
up
the
broken
glass
until
about
an
hour
after
the
incident
behind
us
happened.
Management
should
have
assigned
the
customers
sitting
in
the
proximity
of
all
of
the
splattered
broken
glass
a
new
seating
area
with
an
actual
server
that
would
actually
serve
&
to
ensure
everyone
was
eating
safely
without
surrounding
broken
glass.
We
also
waited
another
20
minutes
for
someone
to
bring
us
our
ticket.
This
facility
has
lost
its
professionalism,
customer
service
&
management
skills.
No
one
knew
how
to
work
together.
The
food
was
cold
&
incomplete
after
it
was
sitting
in
the
back
for
so
long.
This
location
was
so
much
more
in
previous
visits.
We
will
definitely
not
be
coming
back
to
this
location.
I
would
give
it
zero
stars,
but
that
is
not
an
option.
There
was
only
one
employee
that
seemed
to
know
what
to
do
&
that
was
the
young
server
who
finally
said
she
would
assist
in
completing
our
order
who
I
suggest
should
train
all
of
the
others
including
management
on
how
to
assist
&
maintain
the
floor
&
its
customers
professionally
&
safely.
