This was hands down the best Buffalo Wild Wings I’ve been to in a long time. The service was fast and the food came out right away. I recommend a Stella Artois beer with the meal. Highly recommended! I will be coming back!

1st time going to this one and so far so good everything was clean fresh nice very organized and customer service excellent... hopefully I need to go in one of theirs busy day to see if it's the same ! Great Job 👍

Ordered 6 mixed wings and got 6 drumsticks. Also, celery was slimy and carrots were super dry. Why does BWW almost always mess up orders? It's amazing how incompetent this store is..

Easy to order from, and still a great selection on the hot sauce. I like that you can still choose to have the sauce on the side or on the actual wings too. The carrots & ranch that they offer on the side were nice as well. Definitely would recommend!

We came to this location because Tinley park location was under renovation. I made the worst decision ever coming here, I ordered the house sampler it comes with wings and for a moment I thought I got ROCKS instead of wings. When I tried to get the manager attention he ignored me completely, this platter comes with 4 different sauces, I only got 1, the server was so nice and she brought me the rest. I would never go back to this location never again.

Cold food old food. I guess bc I called before they close 15 minutes. They simply can say no sir we can’t serve you instead of give me something h like this and MR. Matte I guess he is the Manager was giving attitude I guess for the same reason. Very disrespectful

I love the food and service. The wings are so crispy and tender and if you order hot they’re hot like really hot but the atmosphere is what worries me. It has a bar and not exactly the best place for kids or teenagers. It’s a bad influence anybody one through 16 shouldn’t eat here or at least not dine in.

Just ordered from Grub Hub (Orland Park location). Grub Hub service was fast and professional. Unfortunately, my order was not correct. Ordered five traditional wings with medium sauce and five traditional wings with garlic parm. Received FOUR traditional wings in garlic parm and five BONELESS wings with medium sauce. I understand that mistakes happen; however, two mistakes for the same order? Unfortunately, it is worse…..previous Grub Hub order from this same location was also incorrect. Grub Hub took care of the associated cost, so hurrah for them. Grub Hub might want to consider dropping this location (which has a 75% order accuracy rate according to Grub Hub, don’t just trust me…..verify it yourself) until a new manager is found. To his credit, the manager offered a credit. I will not be using it. When an order is made correctly, the food is fine. If you want your order correct, maybe try a different BWW or Hooters.

Super disappointed with my order from last weekend. The wings were beyond dry and I wish I would’ve checked my food before leaving. I never have issues with my food at any BWW establishment. I also arrived a few mins before my pick up time and the food was still cold. Based the my pictures you probably can’t even guess which sauce they were supposed to be tossed in. These pictures are just mine, I didn’t want to take a picture of my friends food but theirs looked just as dry.

Wanted traditional dry hot wings didn’t want sauce on it but apparently they don’t do it like that but I get it like that all the time in Tinley park how I have to order from Tinley to get what I want when I work at AT&T right behind the one in Orland and can’t even get what I want from there ugh

This review is for the server, Nandy; she was great all around, super friendly and so so helpful! 10/10!! We had 3 people in our party who have sever gluten allergies, so she was trying to see what was available for them to eat and really did help us out. She then went to get the manager to see how he can help but he was not helpful at all, he just gave us a dusty allergy list and didn't even care to answer our questions just told us to check the list. With that said, Nandy was way more helpful & friendly than the manager was.

The food was a bit disappointing, our waiter had very low energy, no enthusiasm. The atmosphere was okay. So I give it 1-2 star rating. Definitely the food can be alot better.

Ordered 20 wings from this location and majority of the wings were still covered in feathers! Let’s me know this location is cutting corners when preparing their food. Makes me question how sanitary the cooking area is when they are willing to serve wings covered in feathers. I wasn’t really expecting high quality from a chain but did at the very least expect feather free wings. Will not be ordering from this location again.

I came in on a Saturday night and everyone was super nice. Our server was Grace and she was super sweet and always had a smile on her face. The food was delicious. Overall wonderful experience!!

My foot will never ever step in this place again. I went in Halloween night for food. It started with getting seated and told that I can scan a qr code to recieve the menu. I want a real menu like everyone else had. I had to get up myself and go to grab a menu from by the door. Ok I understand you guys are busy. Waited 40+ minutes for my food. Ok like I said I understand you guys are busy so that's not the issue. My issue is that you advertise all these promotions ask the server if I can use them, go checks with the manager he tells me yes, then when it's time to check out nothing comes off. All of a sudden wings are buy one get one half off instead of BOGO. The free coupon app is only upto a certain amount. Mind you I asked the MANAGER AND THE SERVER if I could get any app with the coupon. I get charged for "wet" wings and they are dry as a rock. I ask to speak to the manager about the bill and he screams at me when he was the one that told me that I could use it. Ok guess I'll take the difference out of my tip because you lied to me in the beginning. Sorry not sorry. You guys are thieves and liars. Never again will I ever be back and will tell everyone about this experience.

Precious was my server, she was spot on with my order and noticed the cook did not cooked the wings extra crispy like I requested. Her attention to detail was impressive. Thank you Precious for your excellent service.

To Go location has gotten much much better in the past 2-3 months but suggest that you order online so you don’t wait long and remind them about your drink!!! I didn’t get mine twice!!!! BDubs is always yummy, needless to say!! Previously sent a message to corporate during a survey that they needed to better staff this location because workers use to be always stressed and rushed as there was plenty of orders but at times only one person running the show. Place has gotten much better!!!

Had an issue with an online order and Alyssa was extremely helpful and had my issue solved in minutes. Other than that, never have problems here and the food is always great.

It was a bit intense with the 18 tv screens, but my food was delicious. I came for a birthday lunch. Denton was awesome. He helped me with my app and took my order with precision.

Server was more than caring and attentive. She worked the bar, served me and I didn't feel any lag in the service at all! She really made me feel like a regular. Unfortunately I forgot her name. So if you remember my order (20 boneless paramsian wings, fries and 2 beers on 5/22 @5pm) you are amazing and really made the place feel special!!

Prices online do not match prices in the restaurant. FYI. Owner is very attentive. Food was good. Music was very loud.

The waiter wasn’t too nice. She didn’t bring us water to the table. We had to ask for it. We asked for more condiments and she told my step mother that they already put mustard and ketchup on her burger. She was very sarcastic and her attitude wasn’t professional. I won’t go to this location again or maybe I’ll come back in hopes there’s a different waitress next time.

Good food, great service and no wait! We went Saturday night at 9pm. There was no wait, but the one in Tinley Park had a wait time of 90 minutes!!!

We came here for my birthday dinner, since I have been craving wings for about 2 weeks. Our server's name was Justin, and he was fantastic even in a busy atmosphere. The food was excellent.

Service was ok...just very disappointed that they are out of things such as onion rings,tater tots, limes for drinks...and its only 4pm...wth... sounds like they need someone who understands the business to order supplies...it's football season guys!!!

Everytime we go here, we have an a+ experience. Food is great and done correctly and we have had Nandy as our waitress several times and she is excellent. Goes well beyond to make aure our order is right and to make sure everything is great. A++++++++++

Server was minimally attentive, and slow to bring back extra napkins/refills after asked. Food was ok. Music was too loud.

Good old B-Dubs as it's most commonly known, seems to me the place that took the wing race to another level. What's not to love about the place? Several different sauces to choose from, I've had three different ones and they are very good, along with crisp seasoned fries and a cold beer what more could you want? Exciting menu not limited to Wings, with tasty wraps and salads if you choose. Giant TV's all over the place along with a good sized bar to enjoy your game while eating or just having a few cold ones with some appetizers, I love the Onion Rings! You won't be disappointed and you will go back. 2 thumbs way up! 👍👍

This location is my friends and I’s absolute favorite, all because of Nandy! Nandy is the kindest, friendliest server I have ever met. She truly cares for all of her customers. After meeting her, she leaves an impact, and makes you want to keep on returning! Which we do!
