Ordered curbside and was served moldy cheesecake!! It was evident that most of the mold was scraped off of other parts but they forgot a piece. I'm very allergic to mold so this could have been really bad!! How absolutely disgusting.

So I took my Mom out for her Birthday we had an Amazing time, our Server was just as Amazing and Super Awesome. The Food was Great, the Atmosphere was good, just Great Vibes all around I must Say...

The food was great. However the service was terrible. I got a lady who seemed to be complaining about her teeth. Although I understand that she might have been in pain but she was putting it out on the customers. She raised her voice on me and my husband for absolutely no reason then slammed the menu in front of our faces. I will not name her to protect her identity but she was extremely unprofessional. If she was in pain then why work in the first place? there is no reason to put it out on the customers. Terrible terrible waitress.

It’s clean , cozy, pleasant. Robert was my server for tonight. He is such a delight to have. Waiters greet u who isn’t serving, manager is pleasant. This is such a great environment to be in to eat. The seating was quick which is a plus. The food is good , hot, and fresh. Yummy to my tummy!!

A visit this location on February 15 with my Husband we have never been to Chili's but we decide to go to this one . WE arrived at 12 during lunch hour we were greeted and it didn't take long for us to get seated at a booth it was very Spacey not crowded the customer service is very well please. MY HUSBAND and I order it took about 20min . The Food was nice and hot the presentation of the food was very Delight you could tell it was not just thrown together so my hat's off to the Chef that day.

Today my sisters and I went to Chilli’s and the service, the food and the manger on duty were fantastic . The manager kept checking on us because one of my sisters kept complementing him on the music that was being played throughout our time there. The waitress and her trainee were very friendly and attentive. The food was excellent, we really enjoyed our time there and will definitely be back.

I love to eat in Chillis restauraunts. Here in Chicago it was the 1st experience eating in a Chillis location. Im really disappointed, the Nachos are nasty, you guys dont know how to make a real Nachos, this was my worst experience ever in a Chillis Restaurants. The only great thing that I can say is the Execent service and kindness from leah....I drove 40 minutes just for this bad experience.

Ordered online for take out, was surprised to see that they ask for a tip, 18 to 22% or custom, which is what you tip when you are actually served, not walking in and grabbing a bag. I went in, gave my name, lady put the bag on the counter, and didn't say a word to me. No thank you, no goodbye, literally nothing. It felt very dismissive. I did tip but now wish I didn't and likely will not order again because it left a bad taste in my mouth, even though I have always loved Chili's. But even when only a few tables are seated they still make you wait 40+ minutes to be seated, that's why I ordered carry out. Their servers are good, don't know why this lady wasn't trained better.

Took the family out to dinner. We ordered 2 for $20 and one other entree. With tip my bill was $70. The quality and quantity of food was not worth even $30.Extremely overpriced and we saw our waitress twice in a very slow night.

I went here with my mom, and sister. And while the food tasted good. I could tell the sizes got smaller again :( It's a nice place to eat dinner. But right now I would not consider returning for a good while. This restaurant is becoming a "treat", such as I would only dine here once or twice a year.

Ordered take out from here, like that they have the 3 for $10 special, but be careful not everything under the 3 for $10 is $10 but their chicken sandwich was good. Messy but still good.

Was seated right away. No wait time. Service was accommodating and attentive. Food prepared nicely.

This location is pretty nice now. I used to come here years ago. It's been updated very modern and CLEAN. Our waiter Michael was great! Super friendly and very nice. We both got the 3 for meals. I can't believe the size of the Chips & Salsa we both received full sized. I was expecting a much smaller portion. Food was very good. I had the Chicken Crispers and my wife had the Secret Sauce Burger. Onions were raw on it. Overall I gave 5 stars. Everything was great, and the price was right on point. Will return soon. Thank you

I used to love chili's I haven't been in a while but I was thoroughly disappointed with this visit. We had at least a 45min wait time for our food that may have been ok but the food temperature was slightly almost warm when when it came. I had a burger it was not seasoned at all the only thing I could taste was the garden. I realize they may be short on help but still I am paying the same prices. Our server Shannon was the best part of my visit she was very attentive and made sure she took care of our needs

I love a good meal, food here is always good. Quick services friendly staff good drinks!

I was out with my family this particular day. The service was very slow but that's not why I'm giving this review. It waiter took a long time returning to our table but he sent another young lady with our orders but they were incomplete. The young lady accommodated us because she was only going of if his lead. Meanwhile our server tended to be more attentive to other tables of other races so to speak. Moving forward it was time to wrap up things to leave. Our waiter to his time again with 30 plus minutes passing by and we couldn't get his attention. I guess weren't of importance. My sister got up to go to the restroom and here comes the manager running like a track star to the table and says, will this be cash or card? No how was your meal or do you need anything else? We told him one meal was credit and the rest was cash. He brings that machine over and just leaves it. You couldn't split it up so we waited 15 minutes and my sister approached the manager and he called the waiter over to separate things. Credit was paid, now let's pay cash. Another 20 minutes waiting. I called the waiter over to pay. He looked and then looked away. I stand up along my family to get the manager. He flags the waiter, waiter comes over and said do you want change because of the size of the bill. I said oh yes. He brings the change, hands it to me and walks off. No thank you or anything. Just didn't feel respected as a person of color in this establishment. Money is green no matter where you are. Lastly I gave the young lady that helped a decent tip. Yes she was of color but must importantly she was professional and kind.

The food was great. Had the southwest egg rolls which are my fav. The atmosphere was very comforting and the staff were all very friendly.

Went late last night for dine in and I order the fajitas with steak, shrimp, and a tequila drink. All I have to say is I’m shocked of how long I been missing out this Chili’s specifically. The food was immaculate. The taste was great seasoned well. Everything was just nice. Nice job to the cook, waitress and bartender who took care of us.

I wish i read all the warnings before attending. First red flag i called when i was ten min away the hostess said there was a 40 minute wait.. i walk in restaurant practically deserted was sat immediately.. me and my friend both ordered the trio salsa with guacamole…. it was brought out to us brown! which means it ls old has been sitting out definitely a food hazard. i told the server she was very unsympathetic with no emotion said do you want another one.. no way! i really didn’t trust any of the food. when my steak came is was dry i waited over ten minutes for my server and the manager on duty who never came over when i had a issue finish their private hilarious conversation to acknowledge me so i could get steak sauce. when i asked for the bill she just said it’s on the kiosk. drinks watered down no customer service first and last time here save your money and your health this place needs serious help!

Compared to other Chilis this one was very clean, we were greeted upon entry. There was no wait. Our food came out pretty fast. Very good service, our server made sure to offer dessert at the end. As we left the manager opened the door for us and thanked us for stopping in. Will definitely be coming back!

I am a bit biased as I write this review as I admit I love Chili's. The 2 for $25 combo is usually what I go for every time I visit with another person. This combo allows you to pick an appetizer to share, two entrees, and one dessert to share. We got the chips and guacamole as an appetizer, bacon chicken quesadillas, and cookie skillet. I'd do it all again, no question about it.

We had a fine dinner with friends. The food was very good and our waitress, Lia, was great. She had a wonderful personality with a sunny disposition. Hope that when we come back, we will get her again.

For the most part, the food is good here. It really does depend on the day/workers present. In general I enjoy their food. My favorite is the Quesadilla Explosion Salad, and the Triple dipper. I gave it 4/5 because these are the only 3 items off the menu I’d actually eat lol. The rest is a hit or miss.

Great lunch deals and the steak was very tender and cooked correctly. Nice, friendly waitress also.

This was my first time ordering from Maggianos/Chilli's, not only was the food cold. It was burnt as well. The Spaghetti had very little sauce which therefore, made the pasta dry. I am very disappointed with the simple selections I have made.

We have lived in the Oak Lawn area for approximately 10 years now and have frequented the Chili's restaurant in Chicago Ridge several times even twice in a week on some occasions. But on this specific Sunday (7-25-21), we arrived at the establishment at approximately 8:30 pm and were greeted at the door by the host who instantly informed us they are no longer accepting anymore dine in customers at this time. We were very surprised to hear this but were understanding and started to make our way back to the car. On our way back to the car, we looked up the hours of operation for Chili's (Ridgeland) and the hours said until 10pm on Sundays. I decided to call the restaurant and confirm this information. The young lady who answered the telephone informed me the restaurant was open until 10pm for dine in. She then informed me that walk ins were accepted until "9 somethin". I asked the young lady if I were to get there within 2 minutes, would my family be seated? She responded by saying "probably". I asked for a manager at this point and was placed on hold. As I was holding i began walking back into the restaurant and seen the young lady speaking with who I assumed was the manager. The manager (Brian) then greeted me and asked me to inform him of the situation which I did in a very accurate and respectful manner. He (Brian) then began to stumble over his words and told me that the employee was a newer hire and wasn't exactly sure what she was speaking on. I asked Brian if this was indeed the way business was ran at this establishment (the place was at about 35% capacity and it was 8:35pm) and he doubled down by saying that they are no longer accepting walk-ins regardless of it being nearly 90 minutes prior to closing. We informed Brian that this was a very disappointing experience and to have a nice evening. We proceeded to visit the local Buffalo Wild Wings who accommodated my family and I with no problem.

Nice, but very few tables available. Food was decent for the price.
