My name is Lisa Jackson and I visited this location with my Husband on 9/8 about 4pm. We wanted to come somewhere so we can celebrate my birthday . We enter the restaurants we were greeted buy a gentleman didn't quite catch his name but he was pleasant and kind he told us that it was going to be a 10-minute wait would we like to wait and my husband say yes he told us he was going to text us when it was time to come in it didn't take that long it took about 10 minutes for the wait time for a table. So we was greeted by the young lady I asked her her name like four times I can't remember her name but she was kind and patience her customer service was extraordinary So we ordered a Caesar salad the rib and a sirloin steak mac and cheese and rice so we waited for about 20 minutes before the food got done but it was worth the wait. Coming back to check on us to see that we need anything so we ordered to Long Island Iced Teas just to kill time we finally got the food and when I say it was world worth the wait it was delicious the steak was well done to the way I love it the potato it was great with cheese bacon chili and sour cream the rib was so well done when you cut it the meat was falling off the bone. My wife and I have been here several times!! Each time they never disappoint. The appetizers, drinks , and the entrees are always good !! This last time our waitress could’ve been more responsive to our needs but she had a big table with a lot of customers she was attending to; so therefore I blame management for not giving her the help she needed. She still did the best despite the circumstances. I highly recommend this spot for good drinks and a great steak !!

Celebrated my sweeties birthday great steaks cooked to perfection, nice waitress keep the drinks flowing and nice vibe great conversation and plenty of laughs we had an amazing time... only waited 35mins... it was well worth it.... our compliments to the grill masters....

It was my birthday yesterday and I decided to catch a late dinner last night. It was amazing! I enjoyed all of my food and the Birthday ice cream was fantastic.

Surprisingly, this was pretty good. 5 stars for the type of establishment it is. Went here for a family members birthday party, and was pleasantly surprised. First off, the service was pretty darn good. The shrimp was battered and fried wonderfully. The white cheese stuffed mushrooms were fabulous! I ordered the entree salad with sirloin, medium. And my family ordered steaks. All of our steaks were cooked to order and done perfectly! So many places, even steakhouses, don't cook the steak exactly as you want - these were perfect.

This place was so good. I've never been to a Longhorn steakhouse before. My best friend and I went for my birthday and it wad fantastic. Great vibes, sat right away at the bar. Food was absolutely freaking delicious. And I would definitely rate this place a 5 out of 5. Idk maybe its my experience when I go to places but lately it's been good out here. Anyway thanks long horn. You guys rocked it out. Oh and BTW I had the parmesan crusted chicken breast and boy let me tell you it's smack your momma good lol. I swear. Smackin. Anyway I've rambled enough. Keep it up guys. You guys can't let down now in the future. Lol.

My first time here. It was decent. The server was nice. Place was clean. Noise was bearable. Silverware had stains on them. I don’t know why that gets to me. Hot to ask for a cup of hot water to clean then. I had the lamp chop (that i forgot to photograph). I would give them a 7 out of 10. The glaze that was on them was the star. Had not for it, they would not have any taste. My date that i was with sent her back due to the lack of flavor. She then reordered the New York stripe. Now they snapped with it. Flavorful and juice. Cooked medium well perfectly. Drink was nice. Almost like two for one of you order the strawberry margarita.

We were told the wait time was an hour. It was an hour and 20 minutes. It was very crowded on a Sunday. Oh when I first entered the restaurant a young GIRL with red 2 strand, maybe dreads, or lock abiut 6" long looked at me as if wrf you want tmrather than saying "hi may I help you? So, imlookibg at her like hmm no greeting nothing. Busy talking with friends "FINALLY" she say "how many?" it was unprofessional and salty. Her tip was .02 cent bc, that's how her demeanor was. The food is always delicious, and our server Karla was excellent. Ask Karla when you go there. She ✔️ on everything and made sure everything was satisfactory. Be sure to tip her well she deserves it I ❤️ love a waiter that comes back to check on things, one that has a nice personality and demeanir all throughout the service and mit only when it's all over and time to tip then want to be friendly. Karla was good from start to finish!!! The bathrooms were horrible, smelly, both the men and ladies. The kadies had tissue EVERYWHERE. When I say it was Filthy baby!!! I took a pass, and before I left, I informed the black lady manager with the cornrows. My husband said the mens was jacked up too with feces all over the place, omg!! Apparently, they had everyone working the floors, but no one cleaning the bathrooms. Maybe they should hire someone just to focus on these bathrooms bc people are constantly using them. It's just sanitary. This is like the third place with food I've visited in two days, and the bathrooms are ridiculously nasty. A bathroom is my per peeve. I don't want to come out with tissue on my shoes, or go in and can't wash my hands bc there's no soap, or the hand dryer doesn't work, no tissue, ect. Smh. But the food is always 👍 great. I come from the south suburbs when ik theres a new one at 349 indianapolis Blvd schererville, Indiana. Maybe next time, I will go to the one in Indiana, but I will make a visit as a mystery shopper just to see the bathroom, check out the ambiance, and the service. I will get an appetizer instead of the juicy steaks I get from the Oaklawn location first. If the one on in Indiana food is great as Oaklawn, it will be my new steakhouse for Mothers Day. The ambiance is great. The food is delicious. They have great prices on drinks. Ordered a porter house with a side salad ,asparagus ,loaded baked potato and a Mac and cheese. Me and hubby usually share a meal when we out. One kids meal and 4 Jack's and coke. It was so much food but super delicious 110 dollars with 20% tip . Great place. 3 people ate and had left overs

My dish: T-bone steak, salad, broccoli. First off , today is my birthday ! My boyfriend took me out to eat here for my very first time. I am not really a steak eater( I eat steak but not as whole). The environment was low and easy but the one thing that instantly surprised me was that I had given the hostess my number because she said that they would text us when our table is ready. We walk outside all the way to the car. Sat in the car for no more than 7 minutes, got the text and went back inside. We are shown to a table and instantly we noticed our table was cleared,wiped but was not set. We had no table wear. No napkins. A menu. I had to keep telling the servers over the span us of ordering to the time we got our food, (I got my salad but couldn’t eat it until we got utensils) that we needed utensils. Our order was taken but the waitress did not notice our table wasn’t dressed sufficiently. Our appetizers: shrimp and fried Onion petals - They were really good! The portion size were way too big. They literally serve it in a ceramic boat! I ordered a strawberry lemonade. I am diabetic. I could not drink that because they gave me all syrup- it seemed. I felt the sugar coarse through my veins. Maybe just add water? I ordered the t bone steak (medium well) I know. The charred flavor overpowered the steak natural flavor of meat- . The texture was spongy and the overall meat was overly seasoned with salt. A lot of overcompensation.

We had a great first experience at longhorn steakhouse. My steak was cooked perfect. My husbands salmon was so flavorful and juicy. I also enjoyed the wild west shrimp. The taste was phenomenal. The waitress was excellent as well as the margaritas. We will recommend and definitely return.

Me and a family member went out to eat all man we started out with the 🍤 shrimps delish then we had ribeye steak and slow cooked ribs with baked sweet potatoes

Do not eat here they have rude servers with attitudes and I’m 8 months pregnant and was brought out raw meat suppose to be the spicy chicken bites manger had a nonchalant attitude about it as well.

Beautiful atmosphere and the food was good with excellent customer service.

This was my first time ordering their ribs and it was delicious . But their seasoned steakhouse wings were way too salty for my liking but everything else was great.

The steaks are always amazing here. But the chicken is amazing too. Great for Birthday, Anniversary or date night!!! We came for my hubby’s Birthday.

The best steak I’ve ever had hands down.seasoned perfectly cooked and taste perfect.size was crazy. Price was reasonable. Line to get in was fast we sat down working 5 min. Service was coo. Only due to our waitress didn’t do the best but I’ll deal with it for the food

I celebrated my golden birthday here and it was really nice. When arrived I was told of a wait of 40 minutes to a hour, ended up waiting only 20 minutes for my party of 7 table. We were seated near the door and I wasn’t too fond of that being the cold air every time the door opened rushed in cold air where we were seated. Service was nice and the food was good. I was even able to bring my birthday cake. Price wasn’t even close to what I expected it to be for my party either so that was a plus as well. Will be back soon.

The food was good, I feel like that one of our steaks could have been a little bigger than that for what I paid for it.

Silverware was nasty to the core with large piece of food pasted on rolled silverware. The bread plates had some oily grease on them with food. The salad bowl was caked in cheese like it was smash on the exterior or bowel. The service was awful the two wait staff members and the manager was unable to service the simple course meal with clean dishes, attitude, and over cooked food and etc. waiting on staff to serve us was over 10 minutes and large gaps during service at the table.

The worse part about coming here is they never ever get your food right not even at curbside pickup. Guaranteed to be something missing, if you ask for No something on your salad or sandwich they will be SURE to put it on there. They do not whatsoever compensate so it’s just your loss. Management could tighten up on that in my opinion it’s a steakhouse everyone should leave satisfied. I assume they will be closed soon and if not I am sure they are the least visited long horn in the south suburbs. Go to Orland Park they are phenomenal curbside pickup, dine-in, whatever. Management over there is running a TIGHTER train.

First time eating here ! And it was pretty good ! The steak was a little over cooked . But I can’t complain. The waitress Kayla was lovely ! She had so many tables to waitress so the service was a little slow! But, we were patient !

Food was great. The service was slow, the restaurant was pretty empty went we went there.

I absolutely love this place but today my waitress was horrible she took my money,never bought my change after I gave her a nice tip she didn't deserve. She took my drink and It wasn't even empty. Sad sad service.

I went here with my mother the other day. It was pretty busy. We had put in a reservation ahead of time so we were seated as soon as we got there. I noticed that there was a line waiting to be seated so I highly encourage you to reserve your table ahead of time. Service - it was great. Our server Mike was very friendly and professional, anticipated our needs before we even asked and got us our meals very quickly. Food - superb. I ordered Flo’s filet, medium. It was cooked to perfection and piping hot. My mom, a person who has very high standards and always sends the steak back to be cooked a little longer at other restaurants, for the FIRST time, did not have to do that. She ordered the rib-eye. We both enjoyed our meals and even the leftovers were delicious. Highly recommend. I wish I had taken pictures of my food to post. It’s more expensive but that’s to be expected for grade A steaks. It’s worth the money!

MY EXPERIENCE WAS HORRIBLE, IT WAS OUR FIRST TIME GOING... WE ASKED FOR WELL DONE STEAK, MY HUSBAND HAD THE BIGGEST STEAK ON THE MENU WHICH WAS $30 AS HE BEGAN TO EAT THE STEAK WHEN HE HAD EATEN HALF OF IT... HE CAME TO A VERY PINK PORTION SO, I CALLED THE WAITRESS, TOLD HER WHAT WHAT HAPPENED SHE HAD THE NERVE TO ASK US... IF, WE WANTED THEM TO PUT THAT PIECE BACK ON THE GRILL, I SAID I KNOW YOU DIDN'T SAY WHAT I THOUGHT YOU SAID.... PUT IT BACK ON THE GRILL NO HE WANTS A NEW STEAK THIS STEAK IS $30 WE DON'T HAVE MONEY TO THROW AWAY, CAN I SPEAK TO THE MANAGER HE CAME OVER I TOLD HIM WHAT HAD ACCORDED HE HAD NO PROBLEM REPLACING THE STEAK. WE SHOULD HAVE WENT TO MATTESON LIKE WE INTENDED TO WE WILL NEVER GO BACK TO LONGHORN.

I love this wonderful restaurant, I highly recommend you make reservations ahead of time. Good food, great service the staff members were pleasant and polite. The bartender was awesome.. This restaurant is clean and bright. The restrooms was clean also. I will be back.. And food? Delicious 😋

I was going to give 1 star but our server Lou did such a great job she turned it around. We were seated an waited a good 7 minutes without any waiter. I approached the hostess an asked who our waiter was an Lou heard an said she'd take us. We were moved to her section and I'm so glad they did! She was very attentive and had EXCELENT customer service. She truly turned our night from a bad experience to an excellent one! This establishment is lucky to have a server like her, Lou is definitely 1 of a kind!

The place wasn't even crowed as I went this Monday but l got there around 4:40. Plenty of empty tables yet it still took over 30 min to be seated at a table. I ordered my ribeye medium but the steak was cooked well done. I also order asparagus but they forgot to serve it when my order arrived so I just canceled it. However the steak was still flavorful but just well done. The waitress a young lady nabbed Carla was very nice and apologized for the wait and mixup of the order and offered to take everything thing back but I didn't want to wait any longer. I just ate a few bites. If my food and left. Carla the waitress was the highlight of my visit at this location in Oaklawn on 95th Pulaski. I will not visit that Location again but will visit other Longhorn locations

Yesterday I decided to place an order online. I picked up my order after work. When I got home I realized that 2 of the items I ordered weren’t in my bag. I was livid! I called them right away only to be questioned as if I was lying. I live far from the location that I ordered from. Long story short, I was offered a $30 gift card after speaking to the manager. I still haven’t received it! The food that I did receive was horrible. The chicken was dry and tasteless. I usually enjoy this location. Not sure what was going on. By the way, I spent a total of $72 to only be disappointed.

Outlaw Ribeye Steak & the Crispy Brussel Sprouts were very good! Bread was very good. Baked potatoe & soup were both basic. Asked for grilled onions on the steaks & waiter said they had sautéed onions. The onions were neither! They were not good; they were way overcooked & flavorless. Their "Grilled/Sauteed" onions were without any browning. They looked and tasted like they had been over boiled. Instead of grilled or sautéed. The texture was terrible; they were "smushy." They had only 1 beer on tap. It took forever to get our drinks and refills. The service problems / delays were on the back end of the kitchen. Our server Eric was very nice, polite, & attentive.

My steak was delicious. Prepare just as I asked. As a matter of fact all the food was good. The staff was quick, pleasant and attentive to my needs. My only problem was the cleanliness of the place. I waited over an hour for my table. On my way being escorted to my table, I passed numerous tables with dishes that hadn't been removed.

The food was excellent! The service needs some work. Our waitress kept forgetting everything

Annabele the manager took care of my request went there to celebrate my birthday and had a great time. Food was hot and cook to order only thing I would suggest is for the Brussels sprouts to have a little more seasoning to it..waitress took care of what could overall it will satisfy your taste buds

Cordell, our server was great! His energy was great! The only down side to my experience was that it took so long for our entrees to come out! Everyone around us had gotten their food, ate, and were boxing the rest of their meals up by the time our food even came! They comped the appetizer, which was good. The food quality however, was very satisfying. My steak was cooked to perfection!

The hostess was rude at the front desk. I was told that the wait was 45 minutes to an hour. After 35 minutes, I asked how much longer was the wait, abbreviated was told " it ain't been an hour yet so no point in asking". I had a part of 5, and we were set at a table for four. We asked to be moved and was told by the manager we cold move ourselves. So we picked up the utensils and plate and moved. We were then told that the section we moved to was closed. I told the man you're the manager, so figure it out. The waiter was great. The food was good, but we received the appetitizers 10 min. After the food. The water got 2 of the 4 appetitizers removed from the bill. The place was mostly empty, and more people were waiting to get in than there were people eating. The staff was hanging out chatting.

Just left the restaurant about 30 minutes ago and my stomachs upset. While dining, I had to send my salmon back because it wasn’t seasoned correctly and tasted funny, kinda watery. The waitress tried to help so she requested another order of the salmon. I ate the second order and now I’m feeling very ill. The fish either sat out too long or wasn’t cooked correctly. Totally not the waitresses fault! Not a good experience after so many awesome priors. Far too late to notify the manager. I won’t be going there at night anymore for salmon for a while.

The longhorn's face is absolutely great wait I always get it cooked medium. And a bartenders make great drinking.

Seating and service is slow. Restaurant wasn't busy. Server kept forgetting items. No frozen drinks. Blender was broken. Food was not hot and just okay. It's a disappointment! Oak Lawn restaurant use to be a favorite. Maybe another location is better.
