Everything was so good! The food, service but I like most was the atmosphere! It was my 1st time trying a red bull drink & I felt in love with it. It was that good!!!

I ordered a Nashville style chicken sandwich and the onion rings were overcooked. The sandwich was the size of a regular burger 🍔 the picture they have advertising it is deceiving. We also ordered appetizers the loaded potatoes skins were not cook all the way through. I don't recommend this place

Haven't been to TGI Friday's (Oaklawn) for awhile. The service was great and food was good but the "loaded potato skins" were cold. The "bucket of bones" however, was very tasty. The experience was still good knowing that they didn't have enough servers working.

Food was good and the drinks were superb. I went there in January of this year and was quietly impressed then. It is good to see they are consistent. I can be weird with chain restaurants however I am gonna have to eat my own words. Very nice drinks.

I used to love going to this place but now I wouldn’t even recommend it. The service was horrible I couldn’t get my order out without the waitress asking “Is that it” after every item I said. I felt very rushed and then my order wasn’t even right not even the drinks. I ended up taking some food to go. I didn’t want to be there any more. Got home and wanted to eat my burger, I asked for medium well done, bit into it and it was raw smh I won’t be going back to this location. FYI It wasn’t busy in there at all. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE

I went out with friends to celebrate our girl's Birthday. The restaurant wasn't very busy and we were seated quickly. Our waitress came over after a few minutes and took our orders. She was NOT attentive at all! She only had one other table that was before us so there wasn't any reason for her not to pay attention. She brought our food out but never came back to check to see if the food was 👍ok! The Birthday girl ordered shrimp & pasta that was so bland when she tasted it and she didn't want it! It took 10 minutes for the waitress to return to our table. She didn't bring any napkins, she never offered us refills on our drinks! I ordered chicken, broccoli and tortellini and it was BLAND!!! I put lots of black pepper on it just to taste something! I will NEVER return to TGIF ever again! We asked if they had any desserts for the birthday girl and she brought out ice cream but it was partially charged on our bill. The music was Great!

The server barely paid any attention to us to busy making smart remarks about the way we were talking. He was sweaty and unless he tried to flirt he didn’t want to talk to anyone. The food was garbage. Paid almost 200 for a large group they took the tip out automatically for the manager to have an attitude. Appetizers was cold and hard potato skins. We didn’t complain about everything just got some to go containers. The one meal we mentioned the mashed potatoes were dry the broccoli and ribs over cooked and when telling manager he said oh we can take 6 dollars off then was mad when I tried explaining to him what my issue was and says oh it’s good we cook it fresh shouldn’t anything be wrong it’s delicious fresh cooked daily. But it taste like it was just reheated and not heated to the right temperature. Everyone at our table has management experience in food business and many many years experience in food to know what is right or not. Then to try to tell me I’m wrong. Will never go again

I love this restaurant. We went to this establishment after my grandmothers funeral service. I ordered the Cajun shrimp and chicken. The waitress was pretty much overwhelmed because it was like 25 of us, and I think she did a great job. Considering we weren't the only tables she had to service. So yes. She was a little slower than usual. But I was still grateful because they got the food right. But they charged us a gratuity of over $100 per table. I thought that was nuts. But they fixed it. We had a great time. 👍🏽

My husband food (chicken) had more flavor than the food I ordered. I didn't to much mind because I don't need the salt, but I would of loved to have some kind of flavor on my food. The mashed potatoes were just plain, no butter or salt and the sirloin steak was soo small... Again, no flavor, but that sweet chicken my husband had was pretty good and crunchy. Our server was nice though. He was good. 2 thumbs up for him.

Great ribs, burgers & salmon. Must try it. Great service our dishes were out fast.

Burger is good the people that work they very unprofessional they sit down at your table and take your order tried to do a little scam to try to make us pay a 5$ to sit down per person until manger came up

Was not so good experience here first thing is that it's very pricey and next thing is , food was not fresh , it was stale.. But I must say that customer service were really nice.All staffs were polite and friendly.Also deserts were good so only desert recommended..

Ordered delivery and was totally disappointed. Ordered two different pasta dishes and both lacked flavor. Pasta sauce tasted watered down and pasta was mushy. We also ordered an appetizer platter which was a huge waste of money. The cheese sticks were half cooked, boneless wings were hard and crispy, potato skins were saturated in grease, and we found a hair on the pot stickers. Yea, not ordering delivery again.

We went early so the food was nice and fresh. However I was extremely disappointed in the portion size of the sizzling chicken and shrimp. Years ago they had already downsized the chicken breast by slicing them into two very small pieces. Now you only get one very small breast. It's as small as a bugar bun. Don't get me wrong I'm ok with smaller portions but what I'm not ok with is charging the same price. At least give customers a decent portion. I guarantee it was under 4oz's of chicken. That was very disappointing! Our server was not very attentive. Not giving us napkins or silverware to enjoy our appetizers. She took way too long to attend to us. We were on our phones while we waited.

It is my first time at the restaurant, and this location was the closest so we, a group of 6, decided to go there. We arrived and there was no one to seat us. Finally, someone came and they wanted to seat us at a not clean table. The floor was dirty, and no one came to clean it. We stand there waiting for someone to clean but they were looking at us, doing nothing like it was not their business. Someone said the manager will solve it, so we asked them to seat us on a mother table. We waited more than 40 min but this was okay because the place was busy. The food was good, nothing special. The salad was not fresh tho.

The tables were nasty! I had to ask for towels and things to clean the table. Service was okay! Our waiter she was okay but the place was not crowded for the mishaps. Shout out to the bartender /waitress Marshay! You were a vibe and you made our visit worth it.

There were only two damn people eating at the tables. The server never came to our table. We were waiting 15 minutes while the manager was looking at our table not doing a damn thing. Their menus are dirty with food on them and the place is disgusting. This is the only TGIF I been to with a disgusting establishment. Do better or look for another job if you don't like where you work. Smh.

30 min wait after sitting, as 3 other tables were ahead of us they explained that only one waitress at 230pm, finally getting water 305pm. Unfortunately, it's right across the street from our job site, so we thought it was going to be quick. As its empty parking lot and no more than 5 tables are being used.

Upon entering the establishment you would expect to be greeted by the host to seat you. Much to my dismay me and my guest waited for someone to assist us and 4 minutes into my wait another couple came in and all four of us waited an additional 2 minutes before I peeped around the corner to see no other than the the hostess sitting down. She see me and immediately start to do her job and seat us. As we traveled to what was a hazardous lawsuit of a maze of water puddles to get to our dirty table and seats. The bright spots were the waiter Danny who did what needed to be done in respect to making sure the order was in correctly and the meal was prepared well and it came out promptly However the plates the food came on was dirty. I recommend the manager walks the floor to see what his employees are NOT doing such as making sure the restaurant is safe and hazardous free….

Sadly, this place is now just super bad. I actually ordered delivery through the restaurant. They were missing one of my items. Called the number because you can not report a missing item through the app. Was placed on hold for 20 minutes. Called back, and someone answered and said they would reimburse my card. I said, "Do you need the receipt number or any information?" She said she would look up my order. I didn't see any credits on the app, so I ended up going into the restaurant. The manager, while nice, explained that she wasn't working the previous day and that she needed to speak with someone else. She stated she would call me later that day. 3 days later, there was no call, but I did notice my order was refunded!!! While I appreciate the refund, I went through a ton to get my order corrected, and the food that I did get was terrible. The mashed potatoes had absolutely no flavor. The sauce for the cheesecake egg rolls was a lumpy disgusting mess. The broccoli slaw was literally chopped broccoli in a container.. My husband stated that the grilled chicken was really good. Hence, 2 stars.

Good experience, and the food was tastier than I was expecting, though we weren't offered a kid seat for our toddler when we were seated and instead were given a menu for her. The waitress was friendly and prompt with our order and requests. I would say that the cleanliness could be improved. Wasn't terrible, just wasn't great either.

It been a while soon I been to TGIF, the service was great. Very clean and friendly worker and food taste great. Their drinks are good, they weren't crowded.

Overall we had a fairly positive experience, and to be honest I wasn't necessarily expecting to, between reputation of the brand and recent reviews of this particular restaurant. But we were pleasantly surprised and enjoyed our evening. The food was enjoyable and the staff were nice. There were some quirks about the whole experience but nothing that took away from a nice dinner out.

I loved this location untill tonight. 10min waiting buy the door for the hostes. To be seated while no one there, another 10 min waiting for the server to come to the table. Ordered a Cobb salad with a sirloin steak. Salad was not a Cobb salad was chopped salad. Menu said salad is served with garlic bread stick. When I asked the server for breadstick he said it doesn't come with cuz we don't even have any in the back. Also told me we don't have silverware gave me plastic fork.Manager brought us silverware. Young man who served us was not friendly at all. Never ones checked if we needed anything or was everything OK. Place was not busy at all. As much as we love this place I think this was our last time here.

My food wasn't hot it was luke warm! My waitress Keiona wasn't that attentive, but I guess she was doing the best she can

Service was good, not great but good, was satisfied, I had the "The Big Lit" drink which I thought was pretty good, I think its just a long island iced tea my girl had the double berry mojito which was also pretty good for those mojito lovers, I ordered the Cajun shrimp and Chicken Pasta dinner which I wasn't overly excited about, it tasted a bit bland I needed to add salt to it and I NEVER add salt to my food, I don't think I'll be ordering that again, my daughter had the mozzarella sticks and macaroni which she loved (but then again shes only 10 am i right) but overall I'd say my experience was good, our waiter was good checked in on us a couple of times, 3 out of 5 stars

We went after a graduation and obviously they were unaware of the graduations at the nearby schools. We stood for 15 minutes waiting for a host an almost 30 minutes for our order ro be taken. A gentleman came out shortly he was nice had good service but seemed to be working too many tables as we could not ever get him. Food was decent as usual no complaints there. Just wish they plan better for graduation times.

Let me start off by saying I don’t normally give reviews but I have to express this experience. The wait time was awesome didn’t even wait 5 minutes for a table and then it went down hill. The server was trying to hard to be funny and try to talk to a person in our party he didn’t get our order right. The food was cold when it came to the table and nasty. The strawberry lemonade wasn’t sweet. I didn’t like the fact that the server was using profanity with my mother and nephew at the table too. I couldn’t do anything but shake my head at this point. I was ready to go… It took the server and the manager about 15 minutes to bring the check out, after asking another member of their staff if they could get our server they came back out and said I told him but he’s in the back eating. I will NEVER visit this location again.

I really enjoyed the food but the costumer service was 5 stars. because I came in 10 min till closing, I had surgery and my diet is limited. I was visiting the area for a funeral and they opened the kitchen and cooked me fresh salmon with mash potatoes and Broccoli. it was delicious.. I could only eat a few bites of but just the thought that they went out of their way to make sure I ate. I will support them forever and I suggest anybody in that area go support them good team over there good people the manager the bartenders all 5 stars.

Absolutely love the thought behind the new paper menus! It simply states it's "for one time use', please take me or use me as a placemat! It was that detail and the new "Under the Big Top" Carnival themed menu that won me over! I hadn't been here in a very long time like at least 2 years maybe 3 but I'll definitely be back soon now. Our waiter was busy and had to ask us to wait four times before taking our order but he was attentive after doing so and showed great charisma! He also had a great memory, he literally took our whole tables food and drink order without writing anything down. There was only one mix-up, the Whiskey Glazed Donut Burger WITH bacon was brought out and I DO NOT EAT PORK or BEEF. (Insert shriek!) He made it right though, just was a little bummed I didn't get to eat while my family ate. The ONLY suggestion I'd make for the experience to be better and have greater customer retention, if possible, is to have the same details from the menu come alive in serving! I am a Content Creator/Influencer and for me details are EVERYTHING! We live for that GREAT PICTURE moment! For instance, I was under the impression when I ordered the Flaming Donut Chicken Sandwich and Cotton Candy Cosmo that they'd look just as pictured and they didn't. My chicken sandwich had way too much sauce drenched over it and it didn't come on the stand that's pictured. My cotton candy also just disappeared as soon as my server poured the drink over it. Maybe have extra cotton candy on the side as well or on a Cosmo stick dangling on the side. That way all of it doesn't absorb into the alcohol and it's still pretty for the girls like me! 💕

Our waiter was excellent and friendly. She took care of us without being overbearing and was accommodating regarding my dietary needs. The manager came out and greeted us and she was equally friendly and asked for suggestions regarding making future customers feel comfortable. I don't remember seeing any hand sanitizer stations which is the only thing I can think of at the moment. The food was served hot and prompt and the portions where appropriately sized. We stopped on a whim and I'm glad we did.

BURGERS WERE GREAT... BUT THE DRINK (RASPBERRY ICED TEA) TASTED FUNNY. THIS IS MY NEW PLACE FOR A GREAT JUICY... HOMEMADE OLD FASHIONED BURGER. FAMILY WILL RETURN

They fry everything in the same grease. That's very problematic for people like myself with food allergies. My food took too long to be adjusted to not include fried items (kinda defeated the purpose of the meal choice) so I had to not eat. A companion had to wait just as long for their salad and it was wrong. But the only redeeming light was Ms.Sarah. They were so understanding and worked with us with compassion. Plus they were personable and just overall a great person. They even made sure to recommend change so that we may have a better experience if we decidetocome back. 2 stars for TGIF 5 stars for Ms.Sarah.

Our server Abraham was the best!! Super attentive and polite.

As a party of 5 today, we enjoyed our early dinner meals which were prepared with near perfection. Not only were plate presentations eye catching, but they all tasted well. Our waiter Jonathan was on point with taking orders, checking in on table regularly, courteous and professional. Appreciate the dining experience at Fridays today.

The ribs was ok. My chicken and shrimp pasta was bland and the chicken was over cooked and taste old. My long island was good.
