Public exhibitions are always worth checking out. Dining is for members only. Increasingly performing arts events are trying to open themselves to a wider audience, so stand by for further announcements from one of the best curatorial teams in town.

Interesting spot with collections rarely seen in public. The event are awesome with great spreads of cheese and drink tickets that are a bit over priced. It's probably because they have to pay for all that brie! Second floor boasts event space with expansive stage. Lots of great talks, poetry readings, and other intelligentsia passtimes.

Great staff! Very lucky to experience the art. For the last month, I’ve been wanting to see the gallery and the current exhibit but have not had the time. However, I have been able to take interest in and enjoy the current pieces outside in their courtyard. It’s a few sculptures that look like eggs and clowns. I will make sure to add the name of the artist. Today, I was able to stop by on my hour lunch break to see the exhibit by Kamrooz Aram. It was a very interesting and relatable exhibit. I am very grateful to the Security Guard/Attendant/Welcoming Staff Member today who made me feel very welcome to come in and absorb this exhibition. She relayed clear detailed info about the space. Due to it being a light attendance day, there was time for me to ask her some questions about the exhibit. It was such treat to experience her knowledge, excitement, and engagement not only with the exhibit but also with the history of the building and other events that have been happening there. I know that can’t be an easy job and I feel lucky to have had a conversation with her on the work and space. The current Exhibit of Kamrooz Aram was very interesting in regards to examining isolation. I’m excited to read more about it.

Historic art society with dynamic contemporary art exhibitions inspired by The Arts Club of Chicago's history for championing Modern Art. The Ludwig Mies van der Rohe main staircase is stunning.

A small museum in streeterville. Open to the public, but the viewing is limited to the show on the first floor

Contemporary Public Arts & Event space. Quick walk through the 1st FL free exhibit, have been to an elegant Holiday Office party event upstairs.

I finally made it to the Arts Club! Saw the famous staircase. I think I saw a Calder. The present show is pretty sparse, but powerful. Tim Burton would love it. Sometimes less is more. I was reminded of the time I took in a Francis Bacon show, and decided to skip lunch afterwards.

We visited the Arts Club of Chicago to see the exhibition "The Nervous System" by Amy Sillman, which my wife would not miss. Apart from the doorman there was nobody about, so we had the place to ourselves to enjoy unusually good paintings. A lovely brief interlude on a busy Chicago weekend!

It’s a small space worth a visit. Check their website for events, the live performances are really well done.

Hidden gem with interesting art on display in their gallery. The recent remodel is well done. This is a private club so public views of the arts in believe are welcome but further use of the premises is restricted.
