Clean with bike trail, walking trail, and nature center. Paths are well laid out. There is kayak rental. We saw baby geese, baby ducks, and turtles. Nice way to get a nice walk in.

I didn't realize you could walk all around Lake Katherine! It's my new favorite place to walk... can't wait to see the spring and summer flowers, and the fall colors!

September 20, 2023 Palos Park Waterways is now Cherry Hill Woods Sloughs (?). Since the Ice Age it was known as the Saganashkee Squaw Slough. Now it is a shallow lake great for kayaking.

Great place. Pay to launch. 2 boat ramp. Dock space. Lots of parking for trailers and friends. Could use more garbage cans.

👍👍 Park has two soccer fields. One is big , one is small. There is a small playground for ages 5-12. Parking lot private. They close at 8pm. You can still stay in park but not in parking lot. At least i have been told . Maybe winter ,summer times are different. Honestly i could not see any information...
