A very large, natural lake, there are no industrial places in it, the paths are natural and wild, Good for hiking, exploring nature, I loved it 💞💕

This is a large lake (doesn't seem too deep) that is great for kayaking. It is easy in/out on the boat ramp. They had the biggest lily pads I've ever seen! There were birds diving in the water, and we even saw a couple snakes.

Beautiful nature and today it was sunny, the view of the water is very calm and the color is wonderful, the lake is next to my house, and I enjoyed it 😍 a lot

Wonderful place for nature lovers and peace lovers... There are many parks in this place. Different places has different things like water fall, lake or small pond or just park.

The Canal Trail was poorly marked, if at all. The trail was heavily vandalized with spray paint and litter. It's probably good for cross country skiing. I did get a few nice photos of the slough.

Watching the sunset is beautiful here but parking is a bit packed and sadly it closes after sunset, I'd like it stay open a bit longer.

Watch out for otters, I mean kayakers, there have been harmless attack on my kayak, I met them on the north-east side. And non-venomous but quite large snakes on branches on the south-west shore.

Nice . Place to sit and just unwind. Could use for someone to clean the area. People should not throw garbage in the water 😢

This slough used to have so many bugs I couldn't enjoy the visit; this time the bugs were very minimal for a fishing spot - it could've been the recent drought, but I thoroughly enjoyed this visit! I will go back soon since we've had rain to update my review... My prior few experiences have led me to believe they've applied some bug treatment since!

Nice fishing spot or quick last minute picnic . Huge lake with boat rental on the other side of the lake .
