Not safety for kids Add asphalt pieces around the park Rust old game

I wanted to bring my 3 daughters to swim for my birthday.7/19/22. Got their the manager said 2 lifeguards called off, one being in accident. He wasn’t allowing anyone in. And was closing pool. Ok I was leaving a lady w 4 kids comes and she says my friend paid for me already. They let her in. Then a man w 3/4 kids coming in we waited to see if they would let him in. I told him what he told us. They let him in too. I think it’s very rude and inconsiderate. His reasoning was the man and kids had been their previously. Ok if people are leaving why can’t we pay and come in? Wouldn’t it even out? I’m not the person to throw race in. But he also told a woman (Hispanic) w a son that was autistic they couldn’t come in. You can’t come in we’re over capacity . The older gentleman was very rude and didn’t care. Bridgeview Park District will never get another dollar from me. If your not allowing anyone in because a lifeguard shortage do just that!

If I could leave NEGATIVE STARS, I WOULD!! Manager Tom is very unreasonable, rude, yelled at me and refuse to fix a minor issue. I’m appalled, I have been a faithful customer for years. Never would of seen this coming.

Some people have terrible opinions about this park district, but I have to add if you are a rude person, don't be surprised if someone is rude or unpleasant to you. In my opinion, the staff is charming and helpful. So far, I have had an excellent experience with this park district. My kids loved this place and very likely want to return.

Great park district, piece of mind having your little ones closed off from the larger, deeper pool. I just wish I had gotten the membership on my first trip here, it would've paid itself off by now. 2 years and younger are free so that helps and if you don't swim you don't have to pay for admission so that was great too in comparison to other pools.

Wish they had a morning pool aerobics class for us... seniors and all!!

The staff there is always nice. The pool staff is always in good spirits and does a great job. My son went to preschool there and was very happy with his experience at the program . The events there are always well planned and outcome is always fun . The only thing the park needs is a new playground.
